Irresistable

I have brewed countless concoctions

to wake me up

from the charm you possess

which I cannot quite resist.

Blood sacrifice

to lift this enchantment,

but I can never stop loving you.

Futile have been my attempts

to escape our joined fate,

I only run in circles.

You never chase,

but your musk trails itself

into my nostrils

whispering a soft lullaby.

I sleepwalk

back into your arms.

Embrace

Your arms

stretch longer than chewing gum

to hold my bare body

in them

I crave your lips,

to have them kiss every inch

of my lusting skin,

to flutter around my body

as if your lips were a butterfly

in a garden full of roses.

Let my breath

tickle your ears,

my scent fill your nostrils

while your tongue slithers

across my neck.

As my body lays breathless,

my wandering eyes slowly open

to gaze into yours,

getting lost in the complexity

of your universe.

Gentle hands

caress my cheek,

my teeth biting

the insides of my lip,

my face beaming

radiantly

as I breathe

“I love you”.

Extremities

I remember when you were the formation of skies

showering me with delicate kisses and soft hugs –

the scent of our memories

lingered in the ether

days after the lands had dried.

That tongue

that used to tickle my skin

with all its sensuality,

it now threatens to shred me

with razor-sharp blades.

Those arms

that used to hold me

when I felt alone at night,

they now crush me with all their might.

Those eyes

that used to crown me

in the highest throne of their kingdom,

they now belittle my existence.

We are now hanging

on an edge of a frail cliff,

one reckless motion away

from the death of us.

Sharing a Home

Fluffed feather pillows

on soft mattress,

placed in the warmest corner

of my humble heart.

There,

you and I can lay together,

leave our worries when we rest

to rediscover the bravery

we hold within ourselves.

Adorable in your sleep

I let you in for too little too long,

and now the devil inside you has awoken.

His rampant energy kicked me out

bruised and cold,

lying on the gelid staircase

of my rib cage.

Your words poison my blood

and I rot in agony.

Your love is the death of me.

Two Halves

“Should I stay or should I go?”

like an ice-skater

slithering in circles

forever in my head.

My hands firmly grip the cold metal poles,

determined to hold on

until the end of time.

Towards each horizon

my legs stretch,

swirling my body around.

One forceful push

and my body tor in two,

half a corpse stayed with you

and the other half sunk into the sea.

Holy (Poem Featured in my Book)

A man

so handsome,

about to be thirty,

so young.

He is no god,

life full of mistakes,

imperfections,

unfulfilled dreams.

When seen on the streets,

he is just

another average man

who hides the charm

of his soul.

His morals are holy

an angel in disguise

doing good deeds,

or at least he tries.

Never perfect

but neither evil.

When I lay next to him,

I feel like a devil

tempting

the pure into being

a human.

He tends to forgive

all the things

I do

that taint

the purity of his soul.

Respectful of my humanity;

he is a biblical figure

waiting until I let myself

get blessed

by his holy touch.

He is my religion,

a role model

in the literal sense,

and I know

his humility will not comprehend

why I see him this way.

A Burning Wish

Dancing around a bonfire

in a lost forest,

my eyes shimmer

in front of fiery flames.

Hodded around the head,

I can hear

the wolves howl from afar,

hoots coming from

the huge trees

which hold hands upon us,

hiding the sky above them.

Mist surrounds the area,

warmth and light

radiating from the blaze.

Your name chanted

three times by my tongue,

a combustion flares.

Palms soaked in sweat

as I reach closer,

leaping into the searing heat

to feel your touch

one more time.
