Earth School
Life lessons. Soul growth. Study. Higher learning.
Planet Earth is a great initiation for the soul and life lessons are the curriculum for which we enroll. These aren’t one-time lessons but themes we choose to circle around, deepening our experience of them as we make our way through the spiral of life. Life lessons aren’t only about getting it right – they’re also about getting it wrong. Remembering that Earth is a planet of polarity helps with this understanding. Each year the study deepens more and more.
If you pull this card while you’re going through a difficult time, you’re being prompted to remember that your soul came here to grow and learn. Try not to look at difficult times as ‘getting it wrong’ – instead, see them as opportunities for soul growth. If you can find a way to grow and soften your heart through the highs and lows, your soul is most definitely growing, which is the whole point!
Pulling this card can also mean that you’re being called to embark on a new area of study or growth. This could be through structured learning, such as university, school, or a training course. If you’re having difficulties in a relationship, you’re being reminded that these are opportunities for soul growth – after all, relationships are known as the number one way that we grow as souls while we’re here on Earth.

The art of waiting
In our world of go go go, grow grow grow, the art of waiting is something that few of us have mastered. Now waiting is not to be mistaken for avoiding. True waiting comes when you are in the in between. You know where you are is not where you are going and yet where you are going has not yet been revealed. You are in the change. In the in between.
It is in this uncertainty that the only certain thing is that things are not clear. And when you find yourself here all one can do is set up camp to wait and listen. If you give yourself the gift of this inner winter you will be able to save yourself precious resources… time, worry, confusion, planning, pushing, controlling, bending to your will… all are wasted during this in between. For when you are in between your only option is to wait it out. To trust that perhaps you do not need to be busy for things to be being done. That perhaps things are being woven into the fabric of life on your behalf. That perhaps you are one note in the great orchestra of life and when the time is right the great universal conductor will let you know when it is your turn once again to be sung. But for now we bunker down in the in between and we wait and we listen.

Mintakan
Longing for home. Belonging. The original Lightworkers.
Mintakans are a soul group who originated on a planet in the constellation Orion. They were the first star beings to travel to Earth, and believed to be the original Lightworkers. The Mintakans’ home planet is thought to have been a water world with water so pure that you could see through it for miles. For this reason, Mintakans feel most at peace and at home when in or around crystal-clear water. They are here to teach us to see the potential in everything and the light in all beings.
Many Mintakans have an odd longing for ‘home,’ and struggle with feeling like they don’t belong. It is thought that this is due to their home planet no longer being in existence. If you pulled this card, it could mean that you are a Mintakan or are longing for a sense of belonging and root chakra healing is necessary for you to feel secure and safe. Perhaps you feel this longing to find home without knowing where that is.
Perhaps you’ve been moving around a lot and yearn for a place on Earth to call your own. If so, you are being called to connect with Mother Earth and create it for yourself now. To choose where you feel most at home and create it, rather than waiting for the feeling of belonging to come.
△ Work Your Light Transmission: Hold the card on your heart and say: ‘I allow myself to be truly here and at home on this planet. I release any grief around not belonging or feeling held and call in the perfect home.’△

I’m Sorry
Defenselessness. Righting past wrongs. Uprooting.
We’re living in divisive times. When we’re hurt and triggered we tend to see things as a personal attack rather than an opportunity for healing. If we’re to find true peace and unity, we need to drop our defenses and see things outside of right and wrong.
As souls we intrinsically remember unity and yearn for it here on Earth. Perhaps this is why it feels so painful when we experience the opposite. But it’s crucial to remember that we can’t simply bypass reality and pretend that unity, love, and forgiveness are here. This is one of the greatest challenges for Starseeds.
To bring about unity we must first acknowledge the ways in which both we and the world have been divisive (personally, ancestrally, and collectively): the shadows, hate, wounds, separation, severing, wrongs, and sadness.
You may be called to explore how you, your ancestors, or your society have, consciously or unconsciously, inflicted pain on others. To find a way to drop the armor around your heart and see things as they truly are for all people. To say ‘I’m sorry’ with an open heart and mean it. To be part of the healing rather than the perpetuation of inherited conflict or oppression. This isn’t about blame – it’s about unwinding the patterning that got us here.
You may be called to devote your time to causes you believe in or do healing work on your ancestral line.

The other is now us
All of the things we are going through right now are things that were already going on across the globe (hunger, sickness, loneliness, loss of jobs, loss of homes and many more deeply sad things). The only difference is that right now as a planet, we are going through it together and as a result we are having to look at it together. That is the tragedy and the opportunity of this moment. The other is now us. And we realise that we are now the other. There is nothing like a common ‘other’ to bring people together.
Interestingly, the only way for us to get through this is through coming together. Through joint action. Through compassionate togetherness.
What is required of us is repetitive daily action and acting in a way that protects the most vulnerable. To act in a way that sees the ‘other’ as ‘us’.
It reminds me of the poet saints of India who democratised prayer through gathering everyone in the community to sing together – and thus the Bhakti Kirtan movement began. At the time only the rich were allowed to enter the temples to pray. The poet saints of India knew that you did not need a church or temple to have faith, an inner relationship with the divine. So many of us in the west have been programmed to be so self focussed that that is all we see. We live in a way that takes so much for granted. Food, nature, health, life. Together, we are all being forced to look at all of those things at the same time. We have been halted to a stop.
We are being called to acknowledge our separateness through keeping our distance. We are being called to notice all we have taken for granted. We are being called to recognise how we are privileged. We are being called to protect the most vulnerable. We are being called to unite together through going in, in, in.
Anyone who has been on the spiritual path for a little while knows that it is times such as these that our spiritual practice holds us. Not all, but most of us in the west who have not grown up with faith are only called to daily devotional practice through some tragedy, crumbling or loss. Through life ripping something away from us and us finding ourselves desperately reaching for something to hold onto. Through finding yourself in a moment where you need to believe in something in order to carry on.
All of my teachers count on their devotional practice for that reason. Personally it is the only way that I have found to find a sense of safety and holding throughout the extremes of life. It is when I feel most alone, most scared, most angry, most frustrated, most hurt that I need my practice to hold me the most. In fact, many of my greatest teachers and peers count on their devotional practice to withstand both the highs and lows that come with being a conscious human.
I believe that nobody is immune to these extreme, changing times. And make no mistake, they are extreme changing times. For we are living in the throes of labour as we usher in a new age.
Together, we are in the midst of a global awakening. And the thing about the awakening process is that it is very rarely effortless and pretty. In my experience and in witnessing others during theirs I have come to see that it requires a crumbling and letting go of the way things were. And that is not easy. Instead of finding meaning in the external world we need to find something to hold onto that will not crumble. Eventually we realise that the only place to find that something is to search deep, deep within.
And so if prayer, if chanting, if meditation, if dancing, if poetry, if mantra holds you and delivers you even the slightest peace, then go there, do that, over and over again. Do whatever helps you keep your heart open. You will be most helpful that way. Keep showing up and being held by that place that never crumbles and is always ever constant. Do whatever you can to rest in the space of grace.

Lemuria
Creating heaven on Earth. It’s happening.
Lemuria or Mu is one of the Earth’s lost lands, where heaven really was a place on Earth. A time before we were kicked out of the Garden of Eden. In Lemuria, life worked in harmony, all beings were seen as equal and we were deeply reverent to Mother Earth. We knew that a mosquito was no worse than us and the sun no better.
Perhaps you too believe that heaven really can be a place on Earth. Perhaps you are part of the transition team who at soul level are devoted to creating this kind of harmony on the planet now. Thank you for wanting to do this work.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the state of affairs on the planet right now, but you are being encouraged to keep holding the clear vision of the future; it is closer than you think.
You may be guided to hold the frequency of Lemuria in your own community, family, workplace, or within yourself. Know that it is possible, and while at times it may feel like you are alone, you truly are not. There are hundreds of thousands who hold the codes of this ancient lost land and even Lemuria crystals that hold the codes of remembering that are beginning to rise all over the planet.
Keep doing what you are doing and remember: The only way to heal the world around us is to first heal ourselves.

Star Bathing
Light body. Crystal grid. Transmission. Activation.
The stars are constantly showering emanations onto the crystalline grid of the Earth. When things are in balance the planet also sends information back up to the stars. Many Starseeds have come to Earth at this time to help shift the planet vibrationally. To activate the ancient codes of wisdom that humanity’s forgotten. And all of that information is stored in the crystalline grid.
If you pull this card you may be being called to begin working with the stars and the crystalline grid of the Earth. Some people believe that the crystalline grid of the Earth anchors divine cosmic frequencies onto the planet. You may be guided to journey to particular places on Earth to unlock these cosmic codes with your presence. You may also be interested in a practice called star bathing; download a star bathing meditation at: www.StarseedOracle.me.
This card commonly arises because you’re here to connect with the crystalline grid of the Earth, either in your hometown or by traveling to other places without quite knowing why. It also can mean that your light body (the energy body in its highest form) is being activated. If this resonates, take things extra slow in order to integrate this change of vibration.
△ Starseed Activation: Place the card on the portal of your heart and whisper the following: ‘I open myself up to receiving the wisdom of the crystalline grid beneath me. May the stars and the Earth inform and heal me. And as they do, may it heal the Earth too.’ △⠀

21 days of group devotion
What an unexpected place we are in right now. So much is moving and changing. The only certainty seems to be change itself. As cyclic beings we know this, but it’s much harder to actually live it in extreme times such as these.
At the beginning of the year after giving birth and feeling into the changes I was being led to make for 2020, the message I got was really clear: gather people in devotion. And so we went about planning more events, even committing to booking physical spaces for a bi-weekly class in Glastonbury and a monthly one in London. Soon after arranging that came the call for social distancing and the need for us all to gather together, albeit not physically during these changing times.
So often the guidance we hear turns out different to what we first think. Our job, especially right now, is to be agile and nimble. To keep our ear to the ground and when we hear the whisper, be guided and led.
Last week I was guided to show up every day and hold a space of devotion for whoever wants to show up. I’m calling it Spend More Time with Your Soul: 21 Days of Group Devotion.
We all know that the more rocky the times the more we need our soul practices to keep us grounded and steady. The safer and more supported we feel, the safer and more supported people will feel in our presence.
I’ll be showing up on Instagram and Facebook Live every day at 15:00 GMT (8am PDT, 11am EDT), holding space for anyone who wants to tune in to their heart and stay connected and grounded during these extreme times.
I know that you are likely holding space for others in your community; thank you for doing that. A special thank you to all of the nurses and doctors and supermarket workers and delivery drivers and everyone who is devoting themselves to their communities at this time.
Below are the videos of daily practices from the last 7 days. More to come in the coming weeks.

Take a Break
A life’s work, not a season. Get off the treadmill.
It’s OK to take a break and enjoy your creations. To take a moment from your busy schedule. To get off the treadmill of life. To appreciate and acknowledge all that you have created, achieved, released, or experienced before rushing on to the next thing. To be in the moment and enjoy where you are. To take a breath and regather your mind, body, and spirit. To recalibrate, appreciate, and celebrate. To decide on what you really want to experience next. If you take a moment you are not going to miss out.
Perhaps you have just completed a big project, manifested something significant in your life, released an old way of being, or just been burning the candle at both ends. Now is the time to take some time out before rushing on to the next thing. You did it! Enjoy yourself and recalibrate. Go on vacation, book a massage, take long walks in nature, go away for a rejuvenating weekend to recharge and replenish.

This moment is a breath in the timeline of your life
This moment is a breath in the timeline of your life. This life is a fleeting moment in the tapestry of your soul’s experience. Your soul’s experience is a flash in the timeline of the known Universe.
Take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your life. Step away from the blinkered vision and reactive frame of mind of ‘me against them.’ Change your perspective. Shift your point of view and zoom out, out, out.
We are but a speck of dust in the Universe yet we think everything revolves around us. We see the planet as ours to own and conquer, pillaging the land and setting ourselves up for our eventual extinction. We build fences and walls and create invisible borders. Mother Earth doesn’t need us to survive, but we need Her. It’s time to wake up. A new perspective is urgently needed.
We become so lost in our individual experience that we don’t realize that most of the things that keep us awake at night are actually distractions. We’re wasting our precious time and resources fighting each other when we should be coming together to heal what’s been severed.
This moment is a breath in the timeline of your life. This life is a fleeting moment in the tapestry of your soul’s experience. Your soul’s experience is a flash in the timeline of the known Universe. And the known Universe is a grain of sand in the unknown Universe. Take a moment to see the bigger picture. To find common ground. To find deep compassion in your heart. To gain a greater perspective of humanity in this fleeting moment in the timeline of your soul’s existence in the timeline of all that is, was, and ever will be.
