Fill Up Your Well

Retreat. Rest. Refuel.

The most selfless thing you can do is to fill up your own inner well. When we are running around half filled, we subconsciously look to things and people around us to give us the nourishment and nurturing that we so deeply crave.

Nothing can grow in barren lands. You are no good to anyone if you’re running on empty. The feminine is bountiful, fertile, and rich. Tend to your own well and watch as the amount you have to give multiplies.

If your inner well isn’t full, you will find yourself craving things from the outside world to fill it. This is our body’s instinctive way of reaching for the grounding and nurturing that we are not allowing ourselves.

What nourishes you? What refuels your body? What is nectar for your soul? What brings you back to life? What is your secret medicine? What makes you feel abundant and fertile? Overspilling with life? It may be gardening, arranging flowers, getting a massage, using luxurious essential oils, snuggling up on the couch, hiking, sipping a good coffee at your favorite cafe, attending a women’s circle, reading about sacred sites, spontaneous bike rides, walking along the beach, or yin yoga.

What nourishes you is your medicine. When you give yourself the medicine that you need to be nourished, you nourish all those around you for there is more than enough to go around.

Perspective

None of this matters. Zoom out. Common ground.

Take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your life. Step away from the blinkered vision and reactive frame of mind of ‘me against them.’ Change your perspective. Shift your point of view and zoom out-out-out.

We are but a speck of dust in the Universe yet we think everything revolves around us. We see the planet as ours to own and conquer, pillaging the land and setting ourselves up for our eventual extinction. We build fences and walls and create invisible borders. Mother Earth doesn’t need us to survive, but we need Her. It’s time to wake up. A new perspective is urgently needed.

We become so lost in our individual experience that we don’t realize that most of the things that keep us awake at night are actually distractions. We’re wasting our precious time and resources fighting each other when we should be coming together to heal what’s been severed.

This moment is a breath in the timeline of your life. This life is a fleeting moment in the tapestry of your soul’s experience. Your soul’s experience is a flash in the timeline of the known Universe. And the known Universe is a grain of sand in the unknown Universe. Take a moment to see the bigger picture. To find common ground. To find deep compassion in your heart. To gain a greater perspective of humanity in this fleeting moment in the timeline of your soul’s existence in the timeline of all that is, was, and ever will be.

Trust the Niggle

What is the niggling feeling trying to tell you?

That niggling feeling. That annoying, niggling feeling. That inconvenient, annoying, niggling feeling. Try as you might, it’s there. And it ain’t going anywhere. Most people spend years ignoring their niggling feelings. Throwing their best dollops of stubbornness, ego, and post-rationalization to numb them out. It’s exhausting. And until you face the niggle, life just throws you more bait to awaken it. To draw your attention to the light within you that is bursting to come out. The niggle is an arrow pointing to what is standing in your way – the relationship, the conversation, the decision, the shift that needs to be made, the stone in your shoe.

Often, we feel the niggling feeling in our body first. Many people think that intuition is something from the higher realms, but in fact it is the body that is the intuitive one, working through our senses to deliver vibrational information. It takes just a moment every day to scan your body to receive the intuitive intelligence and act on it quickly.

You are being called to face the niggle now. If you don’t face it, the Universe will throw something much bigger and more obvious in your path. And then you will likely regret that you didn’t answer the niggle in the first place. I know it’s scary, but you are safe. Answer the niggle now.

The Courageous Peony

Multifaceted, unique nature. Let yourself be seen.

Flowers don’t open and close according to who walks by. They embrace all of what they are and show it to the world around them. The peony doesn’t try to compete with the cherry blossom, and the cherry blossom doesn’t try to compete with the tulip – they own what they are and trust the timing of their true nature. You’re being called to do the same.

It’s time to open yourself up to being seen. Time to share your incredible, multifaceted, true nature with the world around you. To uncover and reveal your soul’s greatest gifts without wavering. To own your uniqueness without apology. There’s a flower on this planet that holds the same qualities that your soul is readying itself to express. Let it inform you.

You may have been taught that it’s safer to keep your light hidden and your voice small; to hide behind the bushes instead of growing tall. The Courageous Peony is here to remind you that it’s safe to embody all of who you truly are. It’s safe to share your voice and let yourself be seen. At first it may feel uncomfortable and you may be afraid of what others think…but with each passing day it does become easier. Little by little you realize that it draws in those who are meant for you; and experiences you’ve been longing for arrive at your feet.

Akasha

Your guidance is divinely guided.

Akasha exists in the fifth dimension and the Iibrary of souls. All soul contracts, history, gifts, lessons, and more exist here. We each have access to this information of the past, present, and future, and can tap into it at any time.

While we have freewill, there are also points on the timeline of our lives that are predestined or preplanned – soul contracts or agreements that were made before incarnating. It could be a company you chose to work for, a relationship you planned to have, or a person you agreed to mentor or help. Whatever it is, know that it is divinely guided and will not bypass you.

If you are waiting for a sign to proceed, this card is it. You are likely living out an important part of your soul’s journey and you are exactly where you need to be. This is very exciting indeed.

WHAT IS A STARSEED?

Have you always had a longing for home, without knowing what that meant? Or a sense of knowing deep in your soul? If so, you may be a Starseed Soul.

When I began training in the intuitive arts and was drawn to the Akashic Records I learnt how to access information on behalf of others and began doing soul readings for them. Through the years I deepened my studies and began seeing similar traits of certain soul types. What I learned was, there were two different types of souls – Earth Souls and Starseed Souls.

Earth Souls are those who incarnate on Earth over and over again. Starseed Souls are souls who first incarnated somewhere beyond this planet.

Some Starseeds feel misplaced in the world. Many have a sort of ‘knowing’ from a young age and possess a longing for home without really knowing where ‘home’ is. This is due to the fact that they have incarnated in places different from Earth. If hearing this strikes a chord in your heart or makes you feel emotional, it’s likely you are a Starseed Soul. 

Once awake, most Starseed souls find it hard to have meaningless conversations, jobs, and relationships. They innately know that there is much more to life and remain restless until they step into their calling, which is to light up the world with their unique presence.

A New Earth

It’s happening. Keep holding the vision.

Don’t give up now. You’re closer than you think. I know it’s hard to hold the frequency of a new age when it feels as if so much is crumbling and so many are losing faith. This is your sign that you’re facing the right direction. You have a great gift in being able to see the potential of things before they exist. Tend to the new seeds – dream them into existence. Don’t lose faith now. Keep your focus fixed.

Planting new seeds and bringing about a shift of the ages is no mean feat. It requires extreme trust and a radical vision. If you pull this card its a reminder to have faith! You chose to be here, to be part of this global shift. Whether you’re bringing it about through prayer and meditation or through working on a new project, job, or creation, keep going. It’s happening. Don’t give up now.

The world needs more dreamers like you. More people with hope in their hearts. The road ahead may not be plain sailing… ushering in a new age in times of change never is. You’re being encouraged to remember that what you’ve been working toward for so long is almost here. Don’t question yourself now. Don’t waver. Dig your devotion deep. Keepers of the Earth

You are not alone. Ancient ancestors stand beside you.

You are so supported. You do not stand alone. You have a magnificent team of helpers, both in this world and of the Earth, who are here to help you every step of the way. Call upon them for assistance; they are here to help.

The Keepers of the Earth acknowledge the work that you have done already and are ready to work through you. They bow at your feet and thank you for wanting to stand for them. To devote your life to protecting the Earth in your unique way.

It is time to increase your capacity to receive support in the physical realm. This can come in the form of financial abundance, acts of service from strangers, or people flocking to help you and your work. The only thing that is stopping you right now is your capacity to receive support. You deserve to be rewarded for the work that you are doing. You do not need to go at it alone. Call upon the Keepers of the Earth to help you and your mission. Open your heart and your mind to receiving more than you ever thought possible.

CRACKED OPEN

Rock bottom. Surrender to the alchemy of life.

Don’t let the weight and density of the world squash your tender spirit. Instead, let it call even more of it home. Into your body. At the center front of your life. It’s through the extreme pressure of life’s trials that diamonds are cultivated. It’s when things are at their darkest that we cultivate proper faith and our light is ignited. It’s through the crumbling that we can allow our wounds to be alchemized. Let your pain, sorrow, and losses make you not break you. Let life alchemize your tragedies into gold.

Be open to being cracked open. Wide open. It’s the difficult times that help us grow in leaps and bounds, and in ways we could only dream were possible. But first, they have to crack us open. Sometimes it hurts like hell. It’s nature’s way. Whether you let it happen or not, it’s going to happen, so surrender to the process. It’s how the light gets in.

When your heart cracks open, a space is created for your soul to more fully enter. When your soul cracks open, a space is created for the grace of the Holy Spirit to enter. Let your trials, your sorrows, your pains, and your losses transform you into more and more of yourself.

Stay open to the possibility that your tragedies, your losses, your sorrows, and your hurt happened for you, not to you. Bless the thing that broke you down and cracked you open, because the world needs you open. Surrender to the alchemy of life.

DANCE

Do something to shift your vibration.

Life is always moving. If you resist this ever-changing flow, your energy will become stagnant and you will fall out of flow with the Universe. The Universe has a mysterious intelligent force, a natural rhythmic beat, which governs all of life. One of the best ways to shift your energy, frequency, and vibration is to put on some music and dance along with it.

When we dance unrestrained our spirit takes over, and with each new bop, sway, and kick we are rocked back into harmony with the rest of life. Get unstuck by doing something that shifts your vibration. Put on some music, dance unrestrained and fall into the frequency of life. In doing so, your body will begin to learn how to be moved by your intuition, which is connected with this systemic beat.

If dancing isn’t your thing, then simply do something that you would not usually do to shift the energy. You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it and you cannot attract a different experience without changing your energy first. It’s time to shift things up and to find a way to dance along with the beat of life.
