Drive-thru Relationships

This instant gratification society is becoming bad. No one wants to earn anything.  No one wants to seek God for themselves. 

Whatever happened to the pride and satisfaction of doing something? Is it that the only thing we can accomplish, is to reach the next level in our video game? Who does that help? Have we forgotten we were made to help lift each other up and not seek our own first?

October Falling Thought

One other thought I had while writing “October Falling”. During a major crises, the people you can depend on most are the ER Nurses and Doctors. They’re “fight” response is already turned on. With everyone else the “fight or flight” might be 50/50. And these professionals will look out for others rather than just themselves. 

What would a world wide earthquake look like?
