"STEADY AS SHE GOES!"

Dear Friends, 

Throughout this week I have felt such encouragement from the Lord concerning the present course many in the Body of Christ are on. 

I believe the Lord wants you to know that the steps of obedience you have taken to walk in new, unfamiliar, even uncomfortable things this season are a blessing to His heart! God is carefully ordering your steps; watching over every detail of your life so that you arrive at your destination whole, complete, and empowered by His Spirit.

The direction you are taking and the timing of the fullness of the new things that He's calling you into is so perfectly ordered and orchestrated. No matter what things look like around you, the Holy Spirit within is paying close attention to the details. He’s causing all things to work together for you, not against you! 


STEADY AS SHE GOES
As I closed a conversation with the Lord one morning about the upcoming day, I asked if there was anything else on His heart. 

He responded with an unusual phrase, saying “Steady as she goes!” At the time, I sensed the Lord’s affirmation concerning the things He’d just shown me. 

Yet hours later, this phrase still resonated in my spirit.

“Steady as she goes” is not language the Lord normally uses in speaking with me. My curiosity was piqued. I felt compelled to dig a little deeper.

If you have ever spent time around the water, you know that the phrase “steady as she goes” is a nautical term. The phrase is something the captain of a ship might give to someone else taking the helm. It means that a ship is to hold its preset course, staying fixed in the direction it is traveling. It also means the ship is to sustain its current speed or pace. 

The implied meaning is that no matter what external circumstances arise; whether wind or storm, attack or mishap, both the speed and course of the ship are meant to remain steady, without any sudden changes.
 
I realized this was a powerful word for the Body of Christ right now, who is often pictured prophetically as a ship on the sea. The Lord is encouraging you as a mighty warrior in this end-time battle to continue doing what you’re doing and to trust that the course on which God has you is a sound one. 

“Steady as she goes” is a reminder not to alter a good thing! Do not return to previous destinations or try to force things to happen before their time. Let your Captain’s predetermined speed and direction for your life remain in effect. You WILL see your victories!

1 Corinthians 1:8 reads: “He will keep you steady and strong to the very end, making your character mature so that you will be found innocent on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (TPT)

​GOD WILL STEADY YOUR ARMS IN BATTLE
Exodus 17:12 tells the story of Moses interceding for Israel at Rephidim in the battle against the Amalekites. 

Rephidim means “resting place.” In this passage, it is said that the Lord will wage war against the Amalekites (lit., “valley dwellers”) from generation to generation. The enemy’s strategy will always include wearing out the saints of God and stealing their rest!

When Moses held up his hands, Israel prevailed in battle; when he lowered them, the Amalekites dominated.

Moses’ hands grew heavy and tired, so Aaron and Hur set a stone underneath for Moses to sit on, while each one held up Moses’ hands. “So it was that his hands were STEADY until the sun set.”  ~Exodus 17:12; AMP

Besides being a beautiful prophetic picture of our rest upon the Rock of Jesus Christ and our ability to endure from a seated place of revelation with Him, I believe this is a poignant picture of what is happening today, both in Israel and in individual believers. 

Spiritual Amalekites are attempting to rob the Bride of her rule and her rest. It is intercession that will prevail in present-day wars, both natural and spiritual. It is the Lord Himself who steadies you as you continue to fight with your prayers, decrees, and prophetic acts. 

“The LORD is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness. And He will be the stability of your times, A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is his treasure.” ~Isaiah 33:5-6, NASBS

Endurance is a key for those who feel like the battle has been intense and relentless.

Part of the enemy’s strategy is to convince you that you have taken a wrong turn, or that you are moving too fast - or too slowly! There have been multiple assignments from hell to convince you that you have somehow “missed it” in the area of your faith and no longer please God. Physical attacks and weariness make it easy to believe that Satan is gaining ground; you begin to wonder whether you are losing the battle. 

I believe the Lord wants you to know that as long as you remain IN HIM and hold steady on your present course, you will win your battle! 

“Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the dominion forever and ever. Amen.” ~1 Peter 5:6-11 ESV


AN APPOINTED JUDGMENT
Several days after the Lord first spoke the phrase “Steady as she goes” to me, a devotional book I was reading happened to reference Psalm 75. To my surprise, I once again found the word “steady:” 

“When I select an appointed time, I will judge with equity,” says the Lord. “The earth and all the inhabitants of it melt in tumultuous times. It is I who will STEADY its pillars.” ~ Psalm 75:2-3, AMP

There is always an appointed time for God’s judgment on His enemies. For those who feel like the way is tumultuous right now, I hear the Lord saying that He is setting your feet on a Rock and steadying both your heart and your footsteps. Your way is established in Him. 

We are seeing shakings at every possible level, from land to laws to leadership. I believe the Lord wants to release hope and reassurance to you today so that you know you are still on the right path. He will not forsake you, and His right hand will stabilize you just as Jesus stabilized Peter in the storm. 

Decree over yourself the words of Psalm 112:6-8 today: 

I will never be moved; my legacy of holding fast to God will be remembered forever! I will not be afraid of bad news because my heart is firm, trusting in the LORD. My heart is steady; I will not be afraid until I look in triumph on my adversaries!

ENCOUNTERING THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM & REVELATION

Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars; She has prepared her food, She has mixed her wine; She has also set her table; She has sent out her maidens, She calls from the tops of the heights of the city: "Whoever is naive, let him turn in here!" To him who lacks understanding She says, "Come, eat of my food and drink of the wine I have mixed. "Forsake your folly and live, and proceed in the way of understanding."

THE STOREHOUSE OF SCROLLS
On October 21, 2023, the Holy Spirit brought me into a vision. 

Taking my right hand, the Holy Spirit led me down a flight of stone stairs. The staircase was ancient and uneven, descending very deep underground. The stairs were made of gray stone; they were jagged and curved in places, and we descended far below the earth until we came to the opening of a wide cave. 

The cave was well-lit, but not with electricity. Its red clay walls had their own subtle, golden glow as if somehow backlit from behind the stones. The source of light was invisible to my eyes, yet everything in the cave could be clearly seen.

As we came to the bottom of the stairs, there was a pool of clear water. The walls of the cave contained many open compartments like cubbyholes, each containing inscribed scrolls. Each scroll was rolled up and tied with a black ribbon. Each lay on its side in its compartment until the time came to read or deliver it. 

I understood by the Spirit that this cave (much like the caves at Qumran containing the Dead Sea Scrolls) represented God’s storehouse of Wisdom and Revelation. I heard the Holy Spirit say: “Truly you are a God who hides Himself.” (Isaiah 45:15-17) 

The Lord showed me that this “cave” was a freely accessible place in the Spirit for those who knew about it. It was placed on the inside of all God’s children! It was totally protected in that no enemy on the outside could find it. It was literally “hidden in plain sight.” 



Those who descended the stairs were attended to by angels, who appeared like men in white shirts moving about the cave. These men would remove the needed scroll, unroll it on one of the tables in the center of the cave, and then deliver it to its intended recipient for use.

I heard the Spirit say: “I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion.” (Proverbs 8:12) 

I saw that these scrolls contained all the manifold wisdom and revelation of God throughout the ages, from the beginning of time. Angels released these scrolls at a predetermined time to those who needed them; to those who knew where the storehouse was. 

Sadly, although access to this storehouse of wisdom and revelation was free, it was rarely used by believers. 


THE WINE CELLAR
Suddenly, He transported me into his house of wine—
He looked upon me with his unrelenting love divine.
~ Song of Songs 2:4, TPT

As I stood watching the angelic activity in the cave, the Holy Spirit shifted the encounter. The storehouse of scrolls was transformed into a storehouse of wine: a wine cellar! 

Immediately, the scrolls (which had been lying on their sides in the cavern’s compartments) became bottles of wine, also appropriately stored on their sides. 

I was told that this cave represented God’s “wine cellar.” Like aged wine, these stored bottles contained ancient anointings not yet poured out on God’s people. They were God’s costly vintage; His “reserve.” 

I heard the Lord say: “I have saved the best wine for last!” 



Remember that Jesus’s first miracle was turning the water into wine at Cana (John 2). “Cana” means a reed or measuring rod. I was reminded that Christ’s chief concern at the wedding was timing: that His ‘hour had not yet come.’ 

In the vision, I understood that there was an appointed time for every “wine,” or every anointing in God’s cellar. To open a wine too soon would spoil the vintage. 

The men or angels in white shirts continued to move about the cave. Now I saw that each carried a bottle of wine and a glass in his hands. Each also had a crisp, white towel draped over his right arm like a servant. Who were they? 

The Holy Spirit told me that these were God’s “ wine stewards;” those whose task was to open and carry specific bottles of wine to the recipients at the right times. 

I saw these angelic “stewards” select bottles from various parts of the cave, open them on the tables, and then pour them out. 

Both bottles and glasses of wine were carried into an adjacent part of the cave to be served. Believers who descended daily into this storehouse of spiritual wisdom and revelation received what they needed to drink. It was more than just a drink of living water; it was a carefully curated anointing unique to their time.

STEWARDS OF THE GLORY
In the final scene of the encounter, I saw that believers who decreed God’s Words, especially prophets, ministers, and intercessors, were also considered ‘stewards’ of God’s glorious anointings. 

Holy Spirit directed me to Colossians 1:25-27:  

“Of this church I was made a minister according to the STEWARDSHIP from God bestowed on me for your benefit, so that I might fully carry out the preaching of the Word of God, that is, the mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” 

As the words from Colossians echoed in my spirit, the Holy Spirit pulled out a bottle of wine from God’s reserves, cradling it in front of me so that I could see its white label. 

He said that believers were to read the labels on the bottles given to them, which would become words of knowledge to impart each anointing. Just as every scroll carried a prophetic message, so there was an anointing in each bottle of new wine.

On every label were printed several identifiers a winemaker might use. Yet in the vision, these were interpreted differently:   

The year the wine was produced. In the vision, the year represented not the time of the wine’s production, but the time of its distribution. This was the predetermined date on which each anointing would be released into believers’ lives (poured into the cups). There was a time for everything; no anointing could be released before its time! The reformation; every revival; all had been released at the perfect time in history!
The wine’s country of origin. Again, the vision spoke not of the wine’s origin (for this heavenly wine all came from the one Source; the same Maker) but of its destination. One anointing might be reserved for France; another sent to Africa, and so on.
The region where the wine was made. An even more specific indicator of where the anointings would be sent; God was aware of every region’s unique needs and orchestrating the right conditions.
The types of grapes used to create the wine. This spoke of the fruit that would be produced in people’s lives as God’s stewards shared (poured out) the wine.
The color of the wine. Although there are primarily three colors of wine (red, rosé, and white), there are multiple shades and variations of a wine’s intensity. In winemaking, color saturation has to do with the length of time the wine comes in contact with the grape’s skin. Yet in the vision, the lighter or darker shades represented the intensity of contact with Christ and His shed blood. I saw that some believers would go through more intense seasons of refining than others. This would produce a unique color and flavor in the believer’s life. 
Finally, the name. While Christ is the true “Master of the Feast” and the ultimate Winemaker, in the vision the name of each recipient was inscribed on the label so that the “stewards” (prophetic messengers) would know to whom they should impart the anointing. As the servants of God read and decreed what was written on the labels, the words of knowledge opened up the bottled anointing so that they could “pour out” the wisdom and glory of God in all its full-bodied splendor!  

Proverbs 31:6-7 says: “Give strong drink to the one who is perishing, and wine to those in bitter distress.” 

It is no accident that God has reserved His best, most glorious anointings for end-time seasons of distress. There is a time and season for everything. 

The vision serves as a reminder that wisdom and revelation are still freely accessible to all who are willing to follow the Holy Spirit down these ancient paths, into quiet places of deep humility. 

In the secret storehouse of God’s Presence, believers can still find their scrolls: hidden treasures of wisdom and revelation! They can receive a prophetic understanding of the times and locations where God is sending them. They can both receive and pour out the vintage anointings - the “new wine” of the Lord!


PRAY WITH ME:
Father, I desire to receive all the wisdom and revelation You have stored up for me. Don’t let me miss these precious moments in Your Presence! 

I invite Your Holy Spirit to lead me into deeper places of prayer and humility, where I can experience Your great outpourings. Like the Shulamite in the Songs, bring me to your house of wine; fill me to overflow!

Thank you for Your refreshing living water which becomes new wine, strengthening me for the days ahead. Cause me to read and understand the signs of the times. Send me to the ones who can receive what I carry out of Your holy storehouses!

​May Your glory cover the whole earth, and may I be a good steward of all that You have given me.

5784/2024: EMPOWERED TO RESTORE AND REFORM!

Dear Friends,

In a series of encounters since Rosh Hashanah, the Lord has been speaking to me about what to expect in 2024 (Hebrew year 5784). 

Above all, I believe the Body of Christ will see significant EMPOWERMENT this year as we embrace our beautiful friendship and partnership with the Holy Spirit.

EMPOWERMENT 
On Yom Kippur (Sept 25, 2023), Holy Spirit awakened me saying: “Every encounter with Us is meant to empower you!” 

As I continued to listen, the Spirit emphasized that God’s goal in every interaction with you as His son or daughter is EMPOWERMENT. The Father truly intends for you to go from glory to glory and strength to strength! It is His strength, not yours, that will be displayed for all to see this year:

“Then the angel who talked with me answered and said to me, "Do you not know what these are?" I said, "No, my lord." Then he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.

Zerubbabel was a governor of Judea who rebuilt Jerusalem’s temple in partnership with  prophets Haggai and Zechariah. This man was of the House of David, yet his name meant “seed of Babylon.” 

Haggai 2:23 describes Zerubbabel as God’s “signet ring;” someone carrying God-given authority to rebuild and restore. 

"Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain. And he shall bring forward the top stone amid shouts of 'Grace, grace to it!'" 

“Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also complete it. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you. For whoever has despised the day of small things shall rejoice, and shall see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.   ~Zechariah 4:5-10 ESV

You will begin to see civil and religious leaders partner together as Zerubbabel did with the prophets to rebuild and restore America, which in its present condition resembles Babylon. These partnerships will happen in other nations, too, as state leaders recognize that the Church has been given viable solutions to reclaim and rebuild.

God is opening doors this year for those whose hearts are for restoration. (The Hebrew number 4, “dalet,” means “door.”) Cyrus-like deliverers and Zerubbabel-like government leaders will emerge as anointed public servants. (Isaiah 45:1 & Haggai 2:23). 

Empowered by prophetic encouragement and insight, these leaders will both start and finish the building processes needed in this new season (2 Chronicles 20:20). Christ will become the Cornerstone and Capstone. 


THE YEAR OF THE NATIONS
In prayer on Rosh Hashanah, I heard the Lord say: “This is the year of the nations!” 

God-fearing believers who have been prepared and hidden away in God’s quiver will suddenly be released with piercing, penetrating words for peoples and nations. You will see doors open in various nations for a greater reach of the Gospel and the expansion of God-honoring ministries.

God’s heart for believers extends well beyond the restoration of self, family, or even Israel. Covenant-keepers who speak honorably of the Lord will impact tribes and nations: 

"It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also make You a light to the nations So that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth."  ~Isaiah 49:6

Though the world (including America) will certainly see turmoil in the coming days, I feel so strongly the Lord’s desire to EMPOWER His people as lights and beacons of hope. 

As you continue to yield in obedience to Holy Spirit, acknowledging your weaknesses, He is going to empower you in measurable ways to meet the needs ahead. This empowerment is a prophetic work, equipping you in advance for situations where you might otherwise feel unprepared.          

There will be an increased level of corporate empowerment around the world as God’s glory is “broadcast” to many nations simultaneously this year. 

In encounters this September, the Lord highlighted hydroelectric power as an increasingly important natural resource as well as a symbol of what will be poured out in greater measure by the Spirit on all believers. 

2024 will be a glorious time for the Church to arise and shine against the darkness! 


REFORMERS ARE ARISING
In recent days, Holy Spirit has been quietly preparing reformers like biblical Hezekiah and Josiah who will emerge at key times during national crises. 

Even “Josiahs,” anointed children and youths who understand their kingly authority, will be empowered to lead, tearing down demonic strongholds through worship and praise. 

In one prayer encounter, I was taken on a walk with Father down a golden, heavenly street until we came to a little boy. 

Father introduced this child to me as King Josiah, the boy who had reigned in Judea from age 8 to his early death at age 39. I saw the crown on Josiah’s head and was permitted to speak with him. 

Josiah stood before me as an example of a godly young reformer whose heart was fully committed to the Lord (2 Kings 22:2). Reformation ran in Josiah’s blood; his great-grandfather was King Hezekiah, another major reformer in Judah. 

Like Abraham, Josiah did not consider age an obstacle. At 18 years old he began to seek God, restoring God’s house. He discovered what most scholars believe is a scroll of Deuteronomy (the “Book of the Covenant”). 

After reading the scroll; in repentance for his nation and in partnership with prophets Huldah and Jeremiah; this young civil leader mourned and prayed for his kingdom. He tore down every altar and high place that his wicked grandfather Manasseh had devoted to idols. Josiah restored pure worship to the Southern Kingdom. 

My encounter with Josiah revealed that God-given authority is all that’s needed to reform a nation! 

It was the crown Josiah wore and the anointing he was given to reign that empowered him to bring reformation, not any strength of his own! In fact, in this encounter, Josiah wondered at our modern lack of understanding concerning God-given authority!

A similar, fresh anointing is being released from heaven right now to reformers who believe God can change nations! God-fearing believers young and old will tear down demonic strongholds and destroy ungodly altars in hearts and minds and across lands and nations; wherever they are sent.

As reformation leads to revitalization, Kingdom creativity will then play a significant role in the rebuilding of broken nations, both spiritually and economically. 

King Josiah’s comprehensive overhaul included digging up the graves of dead, idolatrous priests to burn their bones on the desecrated altars. 

In the same way, today’s reformers will partner with Holy Spirit to rediscover the ancient paths. They will root out and bring to the surface hidden secrets of the generations, burn any ungodly structures in the Refiner's fire, and set God’s people free. 


"GASLIGHTING" GOD
God will continue to challenge lies, misconceptions, and accusations spoken against Him out of ignorance or woundedness. He is a GOOD God, and He will be known as good! 

In another encounter, the Lord showed me that many people today are “gaslighting” Him. 

Gaslighting is a term used concerning abusers who manipulate or fabricate lies about someone else to remain in control themselves. 

Gaslighters dishonor and demoralize victims, sowing doubt and setting themselves up as the only ‘sane’ or ‘true’ one in a relationship. 

I hear Holy Spirit saying those who persist in “gaslighting” God will find themselves silenced as surely as Zechariah the high priest was silenced for doubting God’s goodness and His message:

“The angel said to him, “I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their appointed time.”  ~Luke 1:19-20

Those who believe and speak by the Spirit of Faith will be given platforms from which to proclaim God’s goodness; those who malign or "gaslight" God will find their platforms demolished. (2 Cor. 4:13; Acts 5:3-4.)

FASTING IS FIGHTING, BUT INTIMACY IS THE TRUE WEAPON!
Finally, the Lord spoke to me at length from Isaiah 58 and Luke 4 concerning a shift toward true fasting and intimacy. 

I saw a vision of the Lord Jesus being led into the wilderness after being anointed by the Father with the Holy Spirit. Then a vision of His authoritative return to the Temple, with listeners astonished at His teaching. 

What lay between these two scenes of Christ’s life was the wilderness fast, to which most people attribute Christ’s power. 

The Lord emphasized that it was not fasting alone that empowered His Son. Even the world fasts for health reasons, yet this does not produce authority! 

Fasting sharpens the mind and helps both body and spirit to fight, but intimacy with Holy Spirit is the true weapon!

Between the wilderness and the temple, Christ was empowered through intimate interaction with His teacher and guide: the Holy Spirit. (John 14:26.) 

The “weakness” of yielded intimacy and a "fasted" lifestyle will become strength as you allow your encounters with Holy Spirit to empower you this year. Again, empowerment is God’s ultimate goal!

Maturity and renewed strength are being given to the Bride, but she must choose to open and go through the door of intimacy to find her Beloved, just like the Shunammite in Song of Songs. 

The ‘Beloved’ of the Songs is a picture of the Son of Man. Song of Songs 5 describes the Beloved’s legs like pillars of marble (alabaster) set on pedestals of gold. His arms are like rods of iron set with jewels. 

The Son of Man embodies glory, purity, and strength! His eyes are Spirit-eyes (dove’s eyes). Alabaster (a softer stone) is known for being a conductor of light and is translucent, like glory. What a stunning picture of our Lord! ​

The double-edged sword of the Lord includes both Word and the Spirit; truth balanced by grace; a sharp mind and a tender heart. In the same way, the Isaiah 58 fast is a call not just to righteous deeds, but to a loving heart. 

Works done without love are fruitless. Humiliation of the self through fasting, without any compassion for one’s neighbor, will never move God’s heart or His hand! 

Authority to heal and deliver will be given to those living a “fasted” lifestyle of intimacy with their Beloved. Apart from Him, you can do nothing!  

A growing cry from the Bride for intimacy will produce new prayer and worship movements this year. Wholehearted worshipers will break yokes of oppression through their intercession; feed the hungry; and minister to broken souls in the true spirit of an Isaiah 58 fast. 

Those who open their homes to the spiritually hungry, covering and not judging others’ sins, will see physical and emotional healings increase. Deliverance from demonic oppression will be commonplace. 

Ruined lives will be rebuilt as a maturing Bride prays and fasts to break the selfish spirit of the age, considering both Christ’s and others’ interests better than her own (Philippians 2:1-11). 

I see the Bride courageously choosing, like her Beloved, to go through doorways of the most demon-infested places on earth in search of lost souls. She will not hesitate at the door and lose her Beloved! 

This mature Bride will choose honest, heartfelt relationships over mere systems that legislate holiness. She will reject religious hypocrisy to treasure the “pearl” of the Spirit of God within her. 

Never have I felt more strongly the cry of the Lord’s heart for His Bride as I do this new year! I hear the Beloved saying over and over: “Let your longing match My desire!” 

May you and I become the mature Bride our Beloved so desires! May we honor Him in word and deed, with intimacy as our strongest weapon. May Christ’s glory empower us to restore wounded souls and nations.

AN INTERCESSORY JOURNEY & COASTAL DECREES FOR YOUR NATION

Dear Friends, 

I had a wonderful opportunity to pray along California's coastline last week with a few members of our prayer team, inviting the Lord to protect the West Coast of America. With 840 miles of shoreline in the state, there's a lot to cover!

I know that many of you are praying and anointing the regions where you live right now, too. I believe today's post will inspire you!

Our little team (including participants from both San Diego and San Francisco) prayer-walked, worshiped, and shared communion throughout San Francisco; at the Golden Gate Bridge; at the beach in Pacifica (meaning "Peace"); at the Presidio in Monterey, in Santa Cruz, and along the coast at Half Moon Bay.

When I returned to New England, I felt strongly that the Lord wanted me to share some decrees and scriptural proclamations you can make as you pray for your own regions and coastlines. I believe these will be a blessing to you.

​ANTICIPATING GREATER GLORY
The week before our team's journey, I was also led to pray inland, in the Central Valley / Shasta  area of Northern California.

For a full day, the Lord took me on an unexpected prayer journey to a mountain waterfall and reservoir next to a hydroelectric power plant.

I discovered it was one of several that President John F. Kennedy had visited in 1963 on his 11-state "Conservation Tour."

In fact, JFK visited this location just 55 days before his assassination. 

In partnership with the "Bureau of Reclamation" (Now the Department of the Interior), Kennedy assisted the National Park Service in reclaiming Western state water supplies for energy, irrigation, and recreation. 

As I worshiped at this waterfall, I felt so strongly that the Lord wanted me to see and touch this picture and promise of revival up close.

Deep calls unto deep at the sound of His waterfalls! (Psalm 42:7.)

God is calling believers into even deeper places of the intimate knowledge of His Presence and power. His glory will soon be poured out like torrents of living water.  

God wants to "reclaim" His people and empower end-time believers to carry His glory like never before! 

That is not all, though. I had no idea what the Lord was about to reveal to me!


When I returned to the prayer room, the Lord told me to map out Kennedy's tour of the western states. I discovered that 60 years ago, JFK had visited the very place where I stood. September 28, 2023 marks the anniversary of his visit. November 22 marks the day of his death - 55 days later.

Not coincidentally, the Lord added that JFK also visited Klamath Falls, Oregon on the same 1963 tour.

Next; almost miraculously, God led me to a prophetic vision He'd given to renowned Bible teacher Fuschia Pickett.

In 1963, the same year the Lord had already highlighted to me, Dr. Pickett had a significant encounter with the Lord concerning the end-time church and how revival would come.

As Pickett stood in the sanctuary of a church in Klamath Falls, Oregon, the Lord opened to her a vision of what His end-time glorious church would look like.

Not surprisingly, it looked like hydroelectric power, with living water filling up deeply-excavated reservoirs until they overflowed. Layers of underground pipes were to be laid first as God "networked" remnant believers and revival-minded churches together. Then with the flip of a switch, the power of God would ignite an unprecedented flow of the Holy Spirit! 

Dr. Pickett wrote: 

"The Holy Spirit used the analogy of a hydroelectric power plant to explain to me what He was going to do. (I knew nothing about electricity; I couldn’t have fixed a light switch if my life depended upon it.)  Hour after hour He carried me into the revelation of this vision, showing me heaven’s dunamis power.


"The Greek word for the power of the Holy Spirit is dunamis, from which we derive our word dynamo.  The analogy of a hydroelectric power plant was a dramatic word picture to reveal the dunamis work of the Holy Spirit.  It would not have surprised me that the Holy Spirit would describe His working in the heavenlies using such an analogy."

Pickett's vision was so remarkable at the time that a scientist - who knew Fuschia could not have understood the workings of hydroelectric power except by the Spirit of God - told her she had described with perfect accuracy how such a plant should work!

Friends, it is not an accident that God sovereignly brought me to that waterfall, opened up time and history with a map, and then connected us with such a poignant prophetic word concerning end-time revival!  

I am more convinced than ever that we are close to a significant "kairos" moment in Kingdom history which has been anticipated and desired for many years! Fuschia Pickett has gone home to be with the Lord, but the legacy of her vision and encounter with the Lord remains. 

I hear the Lord saying:  "Let your longing match My desire."  

God is reclaiming both people and lands for His Kingdom and preparing us for His glory! 

Press in with everything you have for a great outpouring in this hour.

Do not say that things are continuing as they always have; recognize that for many years God has been supernaturally networking believers, digging deep wells and reservoirs that can contain His outpouring. He is still patiently longing for repentance and restoration! 

Much of the deep refining the Body of Christ has experienced in recent years points to God's preparatory work of "excavation."  My unexpected journey and the connection to Pickett's 1963 vision are important markers of God's present-day intentions to FILL HIS HOUSE with glory!

You can go as deep as you want to in God. The choice is yours. 

I encourage you to read Dr Pickett's wonderful encounter concerning hydroelectric power here . Her vision is for an appointed time, and we are now closer than ever!

May your faith be stirred and your spirit supercharged to pray in Holy Spirit-designated cities and coastlines all over your nation. God's heavenly "Bureau of Reclamation" is at work right now, and you are part of that department!

There is NO LIMIT to what God will do through the prayers of believing saints. Let your longing now match His desire to redeem, restore, and reclaim!

FOUR TRUTHS JESUS IS RELEASING NOW TO HELP YOU DEFEAT THE ENEMY’S RESISTANCE

Dear Friends, 

There are so many wonderful prophetic words concerning the amazing glory and vindication the Body of Christ is beginning to experience. My heart is stirred with faith and expectancy to see God continue to empower His Body in greater ways and with the fullness of His Spirit! 

At the same time, I am noticing even greater resistance from the enemy, who continues to do everything in his power to stop the advance of God’s army.

​Today, I want to share with you a powerful vision the Lord gave me to show us how to overcome this resistance!


For several weeks recently, I was feeling an intense struggle against some unnamed demonic resistance. This spiritual resistance was meant to stop all progress and rob the Body of Christ of trust in God’s GOOD plan for the future. 

This resistance feels like a “wrestling” within you that seems to have no source or explanation. It defies logic and brings you to a place of deep contention in the Spirit. You know that the struggle is not against sin, yet it brings condemnation. Praying in tongues or worshiping may bring a temporary breakthrough at times, but that unidentified resistance returns and settles around you once again. 

After a few days of seeking the Lord about this, I was given a vision from the Lord which revealed how to receive breakthrough from this demonic resistance once and for all. The vision contained four essential truths we can use right now.


A VISION OF A WALL
The Lord Jesus stood in front of me, opening up a vision of a wall. The wall stood between the promises of God and the children of God. In order to move fully and victoriously into the next spiritual season, this wall would have to come down. 

Yet the wall was made of thick cement, standing roughly two feet deep and eight feet high; too thick to break and too high to leap over. The wall represented a “siege work” of the enemy to confine, discourage, and limit believers. 

Beyond the wall was an open field: land ready to be taken by force and possessed. Yet breakthroughs against this unusual resistance had so far been impossible. 

The Lord then showed me someone like a teenaged graffiti artist who came and spray painted four letters on the wall: F-E-A-R. 

Immediately I understood that a spirit of FEAR had been unleashed on God’s people like never before. A man dressed in black - Satan himself - was “painting” our world with unparalleled levels of fear; toxic panic and terror was eroding believers’ commitments to move forward in God.

Yet in the Lord’s eyes, this lawless creature was nothing more than a rebellious teenager trying to make a statement! 

In response to the enemy's defiant act, the Lord brought an angel to my left side. The angel gave me a bow and four arrows contained in a small leather pouch. Three of these arrows were of standard size; the fourth was a tiny arrow, as if made for a very small child.

THE FIRST ARROW
The Lord said that the only way to demolish this wall was through a four-part strategy. I was told to take one of the arrows and shoot the first letter: ‘F.’

When I shot the first arrow, the Lord announced: “F is for FAITH; Faith and faithfulness will be required in the end times to overcome the enemy’s attempts to erode trust!” 

I saw that the “wrestling,” for many people, had been about whether they could trust the Lord with their future. Fear of the unknown was robbing them; faithfulness to stay in the Word and believe what God said about Himself and His promises would help them overcome.

The arrow punctured and weakened the wall, producing a twelve-inch wide shattering of cement around the letter ‘F.’ Yet the arrow did not penetrate the wall’s thickness; its damage was only on the surface. Secretly, I didn’t think these arrows were going to be enough to produce a breakthrough!

​THE SECOND ARROW
I took the second arrow and shot it at the spray-painted letter ‘E.’ This time, I heard the Lord decree: “E is for ENCOURAGEMENT.” 

Scripture after scripture began coming to mind concerning the power of encouragement to protect believers from deceit’s hardness of heart; produce sustained hope; and remind us of the “strong encouragement” God has given through two unchangeable oaths concerning our promised inheritance (See Hebrews 3:13; 6:18). 

A study of the word encouragement revealed more than 14 different types of people who need encouragement, along with approximately 14 biblical ways encouragement is released. (You can view/download my full notes here, in this accompanying Scripture resource.) Two of them, of course, included the Lord Himself and His angels!

The end times, the Lord reminded, would be characterized by people running to and fro in search of knowledge, yet missing the knowledge of Him. He posed this ‘riddle’ for believers to consider: 

If God desires for you to have “strong encouragement” and hope is a sure, steadfast “anchor” within the veil; If Christ Himself is the “forerunner” who entered that veil as your High Priest;If you are all priests in the same Kingdom and forerunners yourselves, Then to whom are you running? 
Spiritually effective ENCOURAGEMENT, Jesus continued, has no source but God. Mankind can offer practical help or sympathy, but believers who desire to see breakthrough against fear’s resistance must know how to enter the Holy of Holies themselves, just as Jesus did. These will receive specific words of encouragement that are perfect for every situation and which strengthen the Body at large.


THE THIRD ARROW
I took the third arrow and set it in my bow. As the arrow struck the wall, I heard the Lord proclaim: “Apple of My Eye!” 

He showed me that the knowledge of His love and the awareness that we are seen and heard is what will empower the Body to persevere in persecution. 

Like Hagar the slave who fled to the wilderness from her abusive mistress; so those who develop an awareness of the Lord’s care, concern, and sovereignty will be given grace to remain in even the most difficult or hostile circumstances. They will honor the Lord through their obedience and submission. 


THE FOURTH ARROW
Finally, I was given a fourth arrow. This one was the tiniest of all. The first three had only punctured the wall in places; not broken through. I had little hope that a child-sized arrow would do much damage to this thick wall! 

The arrow did not fit in my large bow. A second angel came - this time to my right side - handing me a smaller bow that was a better fit. 

When I shot the final arrow, it punctured the fourth letter on the wall just like the other three. This time, though, the Lord ROARED like a lion, proclaiming: 

“RESTORATION !!!!!”

The sound of His voice so shook the atmosphere that the entire wall of FEAR crumbled, falling flat on the ground. 

The demolition of the wall had nothing to do with the size of my arrow, nor with my  obedience to the first three words given by the Lord. It was the Lord Himself who brought down this wall, and I heard Him command that His children RUN over the flattened wall to take hold of their inheritances!

I felt such joy and excitement as this wall fell; such hope to see the Body of Christ break through demonic resistance! Fear has NO POWER to barricade God’s people anymore; it is the SOUND of HIS VOICE that deals a death blow to that which is meant to defeat you! 

The Lord said: “While FAITH, ENCOURAGEMENT, and KNOWING YOU ARE THE APPLE OF MY EYE will help you persevere, it is those who have a heart for RESTORATION who will run into their promises and see FEAR’s resistance flattened! These are the ones who have hearts of mercy, patience, and love, not judgment.”  

The Lord is raising up RESTORERS who are ready to rebuild and reform society according to His blueprints. As in Hezekiah's day, the reformation anointing will be released globally as fear is demolished corporately. (2 Chronicles 30:22-31:1)


A CONFIRMING SCRIPTURE
As the vision closed, the Lord gave me a final, four-part scripture as a key for our times: 

“We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone.” (1 Thessalonians 5:14, NASB)

In these end times, strong FAITH is needed to overcome the enemy’s sabotage against believing trust and to warn those who are undisciplined and faithless.ENCOURAGEMENT is essential for believers and unbelievers alike, who will walk in either the Fear of the Lord (as they courageously fight for their promises) or the terror of God’s righteous judgments (turning to Him for salvation while there is still time). Reminding those who are oppressed that they are seen by God and the APPLE OF HIS EYE will enable the weak to serve Him in difficult days.RESTORATION will be a focus for those child-like believers who trust that although they are nothing, God is everything. These hopeful ones wait for sound of God’s lion-like ROAR over them, which will release them into their respective mission fields as those who PATIENTLY RESTORE others to wholeness across the land.  
I pray you are encouraged by this vision of His heart for your freedom and restoration. God wants to set you free from the confining spirit of fear today as you trust in Him! 

May you target every attack of the enemy with the arrows God has given you in His Word, and may the Lion of Judah help you demolish every form of resistance as you respond to the sound of His voice!

AN ENCOUNTER WITH THE FATHER'S HEART

​Dear Friends, 

In a series of encounters over the past few months, Father God has taken me repeatedly into His heart, speaking of His desire for wholeness and healing in His Body. There has been a sustained emphasis on healing and restoration. For many this process is ongoing.  
​
This morning as I encountered the Father’s heart again, I saw His intense desire for union and communion with His children.

In a vision, I saw Father open the “door” of His heart wide to His children. Like a Father receiving a prodigal, He is ever ready to embrace those who want to return to Him! 

Those who return “home” to God's heart this way find hope and healing for their brokenness as a loving Father showers them with cleansing words of love and forgiveness. 

Yet the Lord also showed me His deeper desire to take the hearts of willing children FULLY into His own heart in a place of perfect union and communion with Him. This was not just for the purpose of healing or strengthening; this was a picture of the ‘hidden life” available to those who press in for more of Him:

“Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.”
Colossians 3:2-4 NASB

The place of hidden union in the Father’s heart is a place of powerful energy and pervasive peace. It is God’s greatest will for you to know this kind of heart-union and complete understanding in the Spirit! It’s a place where awareness of His omniscience and omnipotence set all fears at rest, allowing His children to breathe deeply and freely again: 

“...when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
2 Corinthians 3:16-17 ESV

This place of absolute acceptance and freedom in His heart is open and available to you because of God’s own blood, shed on the cross.  

I saw the Father pouring love into His children’s hearts, and it looked like liquid love; the DNA of His own life filling every heart as His blood coursed through these willing vessels!

The children who found their way back to the Father’s heart did not want to leave! His love was so strong, His peace so pervasive, that their souls began crying out to abide in Him permanently; to “settle” in His love:

“A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows, Is God in His holy habitation. God makes a home for the lonely; He leads out the prisoners into prosperity, only the rebellious dwell in a parched land. 

"…You shed abroad a plentiful rain, O God; You confirmed Your inheritance when it was parched. Your creatures settled in it; You provided in Your goodness for the poor, O God.”
Psalm 68:5-6, 9-10 NASB

In Psalm 68 we see refreshing rains “shed abroad” (literally, “sprinkled”) over God’s children to confirm and settle them in His goodness. It points to the cleansing and sprinkling of the sacrificial blood on the altar of repentance. 

In Romans 5, love also is said to be “shed abroad” within His children’s hearts, a picture of even deeper communion and oneness with the blood of Christ abiding internally: 

“…the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”
Romans 5;5, KJV

This “infusion” of God’s heart and His blood within the hearts of His children was meant to remain as they continued their walk with Him on earth. The truth and experience of this infilling was not temporary, but permanent so that there would be no separation from that place of perfect union!

“For the LORD will not abandon His people, Nor will He forsake His inheritance.”
Psalm 94:14 NASB

As I meditated on this vision I cried out to the Lord for the ones who did not know or felt alienated from the incredible love and peace available to them in His heart.
 
I saw what appeared to be a hole in the Father’s heart: a puzzle-piece shaped hole that was uniquely shaped, representing the life of each child who felt far away from that place of unity. 

I saw that there was a “direct line” in the Spirit connecting God's heart to theirs through this ‘hole,’ and I heard the Lord say that these more distant children were connected to Him ‘by words.’  

I next heard the Lord speaking, and these were His words:
 
“There is a living connection between My heart - the heart of a Father - and yours. Your spirit can still clearly hear My call to ‘come home’ and settle in My heart! 

"The choice to respond will always rest with you, but I want you to know there is no separation between Me and My children in the spirit realm! You are free to come and go with My blessing. Come up higher! Abide in Me! 

"Let your spirit soar into the hidden places of My heart that have been reserved only for you! I long to gather you in My arms again to restore the essence of who you are - your true identity in Me. You will not find this kind of life anywhere else, Dear Child. Come to Me!” 


Finally, I sensed the Lord's heart for those who feel constricted by present life circumstances. I saw that there are some who feel they have been led into an even narrower place of confinement than they ever imagined possible. I had a vision of this, as if they'd reached the inner recesses of a cave. 

I saw these children of God pushing up against the walls and ceilings of this cave, where there was nothing but a small fire and a trickle of water within.

The Lord had not left them without light, warmth, and water, but they were wondering: "How do I get out of this, Lord? Why have you brought me here?"  They were feeling alone and confused;  feelings of panic and claustrophobia were overtaking them.

In answer, the Lord reminded me of David and his men, who were at one time trapped in the "inner recesses" of a cave. King Saul, David's enemy, entered the mouth of the cave David was hiding in, to relieve himself. (See 1 Samuel 24:3.)

The Lord then brought me to David's cry in Psalm 4:1: "Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress; Be gracious to me and hear my prayer." 

The word "relieved" in Hebrew is "rachab," which literally means "to broaden." The word "distress" here is "tsar tsar," which means "narrow" or "tight." 

I heard the Lord say that the solution to this narrow confinement is expansion. As these children began to push against the walls of the "cave" (the heart) by faith, expansion would come and there would be room to spread out and breathe!

God's desire is not to confine you but to bring you to an even greater measure of freedom and expansion as you trust in Him and overcome! 

David's remedy in Psalm 4 is to "tremble and do not sin;" he continues to walk in the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord, meditating on God's goodness in his heart. As he does so, God expands his heart into that place of utter peace until he can say:

"In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O LORD, make me to dwell in safety!" (Psalm 4:8)

This week marks the beginning of the Hebrew month of Tammuz. Tammuz is represented by the 8th letter of the Hebrew alphabet, "chet," which resembles an open door.

God will always provide the way of escape for those who fear Him in those narrow places of confinement. Yet the "open door" is most often internal, within your heart.

When there seems to be no way of escape, open the door of your heart to Him and allow Holy Spirit to flood your dark caves and caverns with fresh air and living water! It is life-giving communion with the Father of your spirit that empowers you to push through and overcome once again! 

God is extending an open invitation to renewed relationship with you during this time! He's ready to receive you when you reach for Him. May you find that place of union and experience freedom in the great expanse of His heart!

A DIFFERENT SPIRIT: HOW CALEB DEFEATED WEARINESS AND UNBELIEF

Dear Friends, 

This week, I felt such a burden in the Lord’s heart for those facing weariness and discouragement as you wait for certain promises to come to pass. 

Being aware that God is “there,” aware, or omnipresent isn’t enough when you’re weary or facing severe trials. You must have a personal, authentic faith-connection with God in order to keep drawing His strength into your life!

As I talked with the Lord about the disappointment and delays I know many are facing, He took me back to the story of Caleb, revealing fresh insight about what it means to be faithful to God for prolonged periods of time. 


Believers often focus on the strength of Caleb, which is a dominant theme in his story. Although Caleb is not listed in the Hebrews 11 ‘Hall of Fame,’ it is Caleb’s FAITH - and ongoing faithfulness - that he should be commended for, not just his physical strength. In truth, we usually discover God's strength in our weakest moments!

One timely, revelatory word from God can change everything when you feel like you’re at the end of your rope. Jesus says: “My Words ARE Spirit and they ARE Life!” Romans 8:11 adds that the Spirit of resurrection power can give life even to your mortal body. 

In Joshua 14:11, 85-year-old Caleb says he still has enough strength for WAR, not just for the daily tasks of “coming and going.” He knew it would take a war to claim his promised territory, and it did. He won that war despite the advanced age of his body! (See Joshua 15 / Judges 1.)

WHAT WAS CALEB'S SECRET?
Caleb tells us: “My brothers who went up with me (the other spies) made the hearts of the people melt; yet I wholly followed the Lord my God” (Lit., “Jehovah Elohim,” which speaks of the self-existing God of might). 

Moses confirms in Joshua 14:9 that it was not Caleb’s PHYSICAL strength that guaranteed his inheritance (although that certainly helped!), but the fact that he “Wholly followed the Lord his God.”


STRENGTH is a byproduct of FAITH.

The Passion Translation of John 6 expands on this thought: “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you - they are full of the Spirit and life. But there are still some of you who won’t BELIEVE.”

While Jesus doesn’t mention this specifically, His statement is especially interesting when you consider the curses listed in Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 8:17-20. For those who do not listen to or obey the Lord, God says: 

“And I will send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies…they shall flee… they shall fall when none pursues. They shall stumble… And you shall have NO POWER to stand before your enemies.” (Leviticus 26)

The Lord contends for the faithful, but sends strength into our enemies when we disobey (Judges 3:12). God allowed Caleb and Joshua to live while an unbelieving generation died. They saw these curses in action!

Today, there is still a connection between the condition of your heart and physical strength or endurance. Wilderness seasons will strip you of any reliance on self. Yet you, like Caleb and Joshua, can be found to have faith at the root.

I hear the Lord saying that just as He did with Caleb, God wants to release STRENGTH to you today in every place where you apply your FAITH!

​A DIFFERENT SPIRIT
​The “different spirit” that was upon Joshua and Caleb is the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. It’s the same Spirit that dwells in you as a believer: the Spirit of the Lord! 

As Caleb steps forward to claim his promised allotment of land, he recounts his journey with the ten spies years earlier. 

Caleb tells the nation of Israel: “I brought word again as it was in my heart.”  This means that Caleb reported the facts about Canaan as he interpreted them in his “inner mind;” or as he saw the land with spiritual eyes of faith. Today, we would say that Caleb had a “Kingdom mindset.”  Ephesians 3:20 confirms it is “according to the power at work WITHIN YOU” that God can do abundantly more than you ask or imagine. Jesus says it will be done unto you “according to your faith.” (Matthew 9:29)
WILL YOU FOLLOW?
The Lord emphasized to me that when Jesus called His disciples, He used the words: “Come, follow Me.” Our Lord used the same word Caleb did to invite a new generation of disciples into a walk of faith in God!

Unfortunately, most people will not walk by faith. They will choose what their eyes can see over what their hearts can believe: 

“‘Where can we go? Our brothers have made our hearts melt in fear. They say, ‘The people are stronger and taller than we are; the cities are large, with walls up to the sky. We even saw the Anakites there.’” (Deuteronomy 1:28)

Ephesians 2:2-3 reminds us that those who do not walk by faith are "following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience - among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind." 

There is a strong call being issued from heaven today to wholeheartedly follow the Lord right through impossible, fiery trials.  God is enabling those who trust Him to receive supernatural assistance, strength, and endurance in some of the most evil and challenging times we have ever known. He is anointing a new generation of faithful Calebs and Joshuas to take back the land! 

THE PROMISE IS FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN
Acts 2:39 reads: “The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

I believe the Lord is highlighting Caleb because He wants to emphasize the unbreakable nature of His promises to you in a difficult time. 

Caleb’s name means “dog.” Biblically, this is an unflattering term for an uncircumcised gentile or heathen! 

A deeper study of Caleb’s life reveals that Caleb was not a Jew. He was the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite, a Gentile who voluntarily joined himself to the tribe of Judah at some (unknown) point.

Caleb is not the only foreigner who joined Judah’s tribe: Rahab and Ruth also famously became part of the line of David by faith. Even in the Old Testament, God shows His willingness to graft Gentile believers into Israel. 

In a beautiful, prophetic portrayal of the One New Man, Gentile Caleb and Jewish Joshua joined together in the Spirit of the Lord - a different spirit - not only to scout out but also to inherit the Promised Land of Canaan!  

I believe the Lord wants you to know: whether you are believing for healing, deliverance, family salvations, or turnarounds of impossible situations, there is nothing that can stop you from decreeing and stepping into your inheritance in Christ. It’s always time to let go of weariness and unbelief, taking hold of your promised land by faith! When the fight takes longer than expected, strengthen yourself in the Lord and His Word, which never fails. 

YOUR FAITH IS MEANT TO INSPIRE THE NEXT GENERATION
I love the resolute, even competitive spirit of this “giant” of faith - Caleb - as he determines how he will take down the Anakin giants occupying his land. 85-year-old Caleb issues a challenge with a reward to his family and friends!

'Then Caleb said, "Whoever attacks Kirjath Sepher and takes it, to him I will give my daughter Achsah as wife." And Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother, took it; so he gave him his daughter Achsah as wife.

Now it happened, when she came to him, that she urged him to ask her father for a field. And she dismounted from her donkey, and Caleb said to her, "What do you wish?"

So she said to him, "Give me a blessing; since you have given me land in the South, give me also springs of water." And Caleb gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.' (Judges 1:12-15)
 
You can see faith rising up in the next generation of Caleb’s family. Even a woman was empowered, against cultural traditions, to boldly request land as she followed in her father’s footsteps!


​CALEB'S STRATEGIES FOR TODAY
BOLDLY REQUEST your inheritance. (Heb. 4;16; James 4:2-3; Joshua 14:12.) When all the other tribes were waiting for their inheritance to be portioned out by lot, only Caleb said: GIVE ME THE LAND I have waited for! (Joshua 14:12)
REMAIN submitted to God and God-given authority. (James 4:7; Romans 13:1.) Every leader Caleb had known in the wilderness died before he saw his promised land. Moses was gone. Miriam and Aaron died in their 40th year in the wilderness. The only remaining leader was Joshua, who now led the nation. Caleb humbly requested and received Joshua’s blessing prior to taking the land.  DECREE the promises. (Job 22:28.) Caleb says five times in Joshua 14: “The Lord spoke.” He decrees God’s Word over and over again, and you can be sure he didn’t start decreeing that day! 
~He decreed it when nearly every leader around him fell in the wilderness.
~When family and friends died for their disobedience. 
~With every passing birthday.
~In the face of every disappointment. 

It took longer than Caleb thought and he was certainly humbled by the wilderness process, but he walked in the Spirit and saw his inheritance given to him as a reward!  

All God’s promises are “yes” and “amen.” Believe and decree until you see your promise manifest!

Supersonic to Hypersonic: Another Anointing for Increase and Mobility in the Body of Christ!

Happy National Day of Prayer!

On this special day, I’d like to share with you a dream I had concerning imminent mobilization in the Body of Christ. 


4.26.23 Dream:
   
In the dream, everyone in a college-level class is about to graduate and move. All are preparing to leave in groups of 5 -6 people each. Any unnecessary clothing or personal effects are packed and stored away to ready these groups for their respective missions. Only a few items of clothing for each person are needed. 

Up to this point, hundreds of “students” (believers) had been in training inside a massive “greenhouse” that protected them as they worked. This glass-paneled greenhouse was the size of a large aircraft hangar.

The students were gathered into small groups around wooden picnic tables inside the hangar. The tables were clustered very closely together. Sounds of hopeful students collaborating together filled the hangar like a noisy cafeteria. This was a crowded place where all the students were following an ordered training from an invisible instructor. 

The environment outside the greenhouse, however, was cloudy and stormy; it was dusk. To the left of the protective greenhouse was a large football stadium. This stadium was surrounded on all sides by a vast ocean. 

I knew that the football field represented “next level” team-sport, high-contact ministry for some groups of trainees on either a local or national level.  The ocean represented an even broader ministry with international reach. New assignments would soon be given for one or the other, depending on the teams. 

I believe this portion of the dream concerns what many believers have been experiencing recently. God has been connecting, training, and preparing teams of people for joint missions in new, more challenging territories. 

The greenhouse speaks of a nurturing environment for growth, sheltered from environmental hazards. Yet the greenhouse is not the final destination! “Fields” of ministry await teams of people who have been trained with the discipline of the Holy Spirit. 

I believe ‘graduation day’ is imminent for many of you who have completed this portion of your training. It will require you to leave the nurturing comfort of the place you’ve recently been in.  Yet you will not be sent out alone; God has always intended for you to partner with teams who are like-minded!


As I looked more closely at what the teams were doing, I saw that each group had someone who was attempting to FLY inside the room - but using a  PARACHUTE!

The word “para-chute” technically means “against the fall.”

It speaks of protection in descent. Yet in the dream, these parachutes were actually being used to ascend and soar, as you would soar on a hang glider. These supernatural chutes could be used either to protect (in a fall or descent) OR to catch the wind and soar (in ascent).  

The fabric “sails” (airfoils) of each parachute, when opened, were all a transparent, milky-white color; they looked like standard-issue, ‘Mach V’ square military parachutes. 

Each parachute had strings by which a person was dangled underneath as they soared. There didn’t seem to be a “seat” or bar beneath the sails to hold onto; only strings from the chute’s sides that helped direct the movements of one’s flight.

I saw a table near where I stood sending a member of their team up. They hoped to catch one of the drafts of wind that wafted through this hangar. 

Unfortunately, there was not enough wind inside the greenhouse. Their “ascent” lifted them only a few feet above their picnic table!

I mentioned to my husband that the football field, where a game was taking place, would be a far better place for this type of activity. He agreed, mentioning that this type of parachuting was ideally done over the ocean, but either location would work.  

I looked and saw someone soaring in the stadium, where the winds were much better. Yet I knew that someone who “flew” here could also be picked up by a gust of wind at any point and lifted out of the stadium so that they were over the ocean. It was not without its risks!

The Lord is highlighting to me once again the truth that He wants His Body to be able to regularly ascend and descend to and from heaven, accessing all the riches that we have in Christ. He is calling many of you into supernatural encounters that allow you to soar with Him in heavenly places! 

To do this, you need to leave behind what is comfortable and familiar to you. You need to be willing to take risks to expand His Kingdom!

God is looking for trained “eagle” believers whose consistent life in the Spirit enables them to ascend above the stormy chaos of the world. Are you one of them? Can you allow your spirit to ascend and soar toward the Son when you hear Him call you? Are you bringing heaven to earth on divinely-ordained “rescue missions?” 

To walk in the Spirit is to catch the winds of God’s voice and His Presence, soaring with Him above the “games” people play and the “noise” the enemy creates on the ground to distract you. I see many believers being deployed together in teams to soar in new territories, locally and internationally. 

There are risks, yes, but the ability to truly soar is only possible as you entrust your fears to God. He will reposition you so that you can catch the strong winds of the Spirit and function in the work for which you’ve been trained! 

The type of parachute you’ve been given to use is also significant.

If you have ever seen a Mach V parachute, you know that this type of airfoil is specifically designed for oversea use. In the dream, the airfoils are square instead of rectangular when opened, which speaks of balance and equality in Kingdom design. 

As I sought the Lord for the interpretation of this dream, He reminded me of a prophetic word I’d released at the beginning of the year: “Governing in Glory.”

During a personal prayer retreat last September, God spoke to me about supersonic speed in aircraft; speed that breaks the sound barrier. Speeds faster than Mach 1 cause thunderous, supersonic “boom” sounds of over 200 decibels.

We know that hearing and decreeing the Word, praying in the Spirit, and worshiping all produce supernatural acceleration. I believe the Lord wants to INCREASE this acceleration for many of you once again! 

“Mach V” is the threshold between supersonic and hypersonic flight (>3836.35 mph). It is the point at which an engine is hot enough to melt or “temper” metal (1800 degrees Fahrenheit). In aircraft design, special aerodynamic heating protection would be required at this speed or greater.   

The dream indicates to me that we have come to another transition point in the Body of Christ. 

A threshold or ‘graduation point’ has been reached where we will see greater spiritual speeds, efficacy, and altitudes in teamwork. Deuteronomy 32:30 is the “hypersonic” principle in action; Jesus confirms this in Matthew 18:20.

Some of you may be feeling called to local missions (the football “field,” which can represent the harvest field); others may feel a call to partner on a global level. Regardless of where you are sent to serve, you will share in the harvest and spoils (1 Samuel 30:24).


In the final scene of the dream, I saw the Bride of Christ embracing a man named David (meaning “Beloved”), who represents Christ our Bridegroom. As she embraced Him, before she left, she needed to learn two short new dance steps. The David I saw in the dream was a man we had known in a previous church years ago. 

When I asked my husband the next day to tell me what he remembered about our old friend David, he said that his occupation had been as a “high-voltage electrical engineer.” There couldn’t be a more obvious indicator of the Lord’s desire to bless His Body with accelerated power and speed in the Spirit right now! 

I pray that the Lord’s Spirit will add understanding to you as you ponder this dream, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and comments. 

May you receive the anointing of grace being released right now to embrace both unity with your Beloved and collaboration with the specific members of His Body to whom you have been called (Ephesians 4:7). May the Lord accelerate your giftings to hypersonic speeds,  and may your teamwork put thousands to flight!

GOD IS UNLOCKING HEARTS AND OPENING UP BREAKTHROUGHS!

Dear Friends, 

Through multiple encounters in prayer this week, the Lord has been highlighting Acts 16, speaking to me about “prison breaks” coming for the Body of Christ.

​Those who have felt “locked up” in impossible situations for so long are about to see supernatural breakthroughs as the Lord Himself unlocks prison doors on your behalf, bringing you out into new places of freedom!

ACTS 16: SUDDEN BREAKTHROUGHS ARE COMING!
The Lord highlighted three significant breakthrough keys from Acts 16. 

The first well-known key is that praise opened prison doors for Paul and Silas, who were locked up in Philippi after doing deliverance in the streets. At midnight, these prisoners’ praises unlocked the power of God, starting an earthquake that shook the prison to its foundations and caused ALL the prison doors to open (Acts 16:25-34).

In your deepest nights of personal darkness, are you praising Jesus for your breakthrough? As you begin to release praise and partner with God’s power at this time, you’ll see freedom come not only for yourself but also for those still in bondage around you. 

I saw those who have been faithful to worship God in incredibly difficult situations. Your faith against all odds and your longsuffering will be rewarded (see Hebrews 11:6). 

A second “key” in Acts 16 is also important: the key of compassion. 

Once those prison doors opened, Paul and Silas didn’t just take their freedom and run! They remembered those around them who needed their own lives unlocked (Acts 16:30).

In the same way, your breakthroughs will cause others to desire salvation and freedom as well.  Don’t settle for half a miracle when God wants to do so much more! Entire households can be set free as you continue to walk in integrity and compassion. 

The third key is to boldly call for justice. 

Acts 16:35-40 shows that the magistrates (civil judges) were embarrassed and afraid because of this unusual prison break. Having publicly beaten and humiliated Paul and Silas, these rulers now sent the police force to secretly throw them out of town.

Yet even as newly-released, wounded inmates, Paul and Silas had the boldness and courage to stand up for their rights as untried, guiltless Roman citizens and demand that the magistrates themselves dismiss them. They pressed in for full repentance on the part of these evil men and left Philippi with dignity, not in secrecy or shame. 

Your praise, compassion, and bold cries for justice are even now intimidating the enemy, and the Lord Himself is releasing power to His Body to be set free and to set others at liberty! I heard the Lord saying: 

“If you feel like you’re in prison, know that a prison break is coming. I’m going to do it suddenly, and you won’t have to run from the problem. You’ll have the staying power, even after your freedom is granted, to care for those around you who have also been imprisoned. 

Not only that, but those who try to secretly silence your testimony will be denied that right as you maintain your dignity and your right in the land. They will bow down to you who have unjustly opposed, threatened, or beaten you spiritually, and they WILL repent. Press in for the FULL FREEDOM to which you are entitled. Don’t settle for partial restoration or repentance!”

4 VISIONS: HEARTS, LOCKS, AND KEYS
In a series of four visions and encounters over the several days, the Lord next began speaking about unlocking hearts and the opening of “locked” situations with supernatural keys. 

I had an initial vision of the Lord Jesus standing side by side with His Bride. Her body was pressed up against His, and His right arm was wrapped protectively around her. Jesus said: “I want My Bride to stay ‘tucked up’ under My arm now, staying very close as new events begin to take place.” 
In that vision, I had the sense that the Bride needed to be close enough to hear and listen to Jesus even when there was an increase of noise and chaos all around her. 

In the middle of this chaos, the Lord revealed His heart to me. He said that He was not at all concerned, but EXCITED and EXPECTANT for His Bride, who was about to move in signs, wonders, and fullness of power. 

There was pure joy on the Lord’s face as He spoke! He said that just as eagerly as we await His coming, so He has awaited this time of glory and outpouring for His Bride on the earth. In the middle of great trials, we would have great JOY in our hearts because of the greatness of the Kingdom within us! (John 16:33; 1 John 4:4.)

The Lord showed me that some of you will see a “switch” in how you are working or functioning in your current gifts or ministries. This “switch” includes an INCREASE in the number of practical, specific words, actions, and heaven-sent strategies He gives you at this time. You can expect Jesus to release supernatural “keys” of wisdom and knowledge that will unlock freedom within your sphere of influence.    

I next saw a vision of a large padlock which appeared in the air in front of me, and Christ’s Bride became the key. I watched as believers used a two-step process to open up this lock, which represented “locked” hearts and hard situations around them. 
First, they would use the key of compassion to enter into the hearts (or “locks”) of those in bondage; then they would use their gifts or talents as a second key that turned the lock, opening up provision, healing, or deliverance. 

Whether Spirit-breathed (“rhema”) or Scripturally-based (“logos”), these believers were using unusually SPECIFIC, STRATEGIC words of wisdom and knowledge from the Lord to release freedom. The unlocking was designed to open up encounters with the manifest Presence of God.

Some of you will see this unlocking process happen in your workplace or ministry. Others will see the Lord bring people or situations to your doorstep. Things may seem to have no answer; no “open door.” The first vision (of remaining close to the Bridegroom at this time) will be the key to the second. Only the revelation of Christ will allow you to unlock much-needed answers!

In a third vision, I saw a massive field of people, with many souls lying face down on the ground. All around them was darkness. There was a spirit of trauma over the land. The Lord told me that the people on the ground were suffering not from physical wounds, but from ANGUISH of soul.Anguish represents acute mental or physical pain and suffering. It can look like distress, heartache, grief, torment, or heartbreak.  
In this third vision, the Lord and His Bride (who were the only white figures on the field) bent down together over the bodies of these devastated people to minister to the anguish. I heard the Lord say that His Bride would be a “Carrier of HOPE,” releasing impartations of hope into this broken, traumatized world. 

I believe that part of the coming “switch” for some of you will include moving into a more active role of ministry to the brokenhearted. Be ready to release hope into a world that is dying of tragic wounds to the soul!

While governments and economies may fail and shortages of food may increase, it will be these “soul wounds” that need healing most. The vision represents in part a “faith famine;” a “famine for hearing the words of the Lord.” (Amos 8:10-11.)

Once again, the Lord highlighted biblical Joseph to me. Genesis 41:49 says that “Joseph stored up grain in great abundance like the sand of the sea, until he stopped measuring it, for it was beyond measure.” 

If you have not already done so, it is imperative to store up in your heart the living, hope-filled Words of God, just as Joseph stored up grain against that ancient famine. The Lord is looking for a ready Bride whose intimacy with Him is the supply line of hope and provision for those who do not yet know Him! 

Finally, I had a fourth vision of the Lord Jesus extending in His outstretched hand a pure silver key of redemption. This key was meant for you personally! The Lord said that where trust was broken, He would like to fully redeem and restore those areas of your heart. You have a choice of whether to accept or refuse this key, but it will be better if you do!  
For those who accept, previous wounds or betrayals will not be able to keep you from moving forward in the Lord, whose love is everlasting (Jeremiah 31:3). He will set you free!

Those who feel like they have not connected with the Lord in a place of oneness or union will find that this key unlocks trust in the deepest places. “On the other side of trust,” the Lord promised, “you will find love!”


A SUPERNATURAL CONFIRMATION
The Lord confirmed this series of visions in a miraculous way! Just five hours after I had the fourth vision, a dear friend and reader of His Inscriptions surprised me with an early birthday gift.

In a stunning confirmation, her gift contained a decorative padlock (a "Love Lock") with two keys (below). This, from someone who knew nothing in advance of the visions!


Some of you might be familiar with the story of “Love Locks,” which are attached by lovers to bridges, fences, and statues around the world. Once locked, the couple throws away the keys as a symbol of their eternal love for each other. 

I believe today that the Lord is strongly emphasizing His desire for increased intimacy, closeness, and trust with His Bride.

He says of you: "A locked garden is My sister, My Bride. A locked spring; a sealed fountain." (Song of Solomon 4:12) Lesser loves will never heal nor satisfy; only the love of the Lord and intimacy with Him can release revelation-springs of faith, hope, and joy! 

I want to encourage you to take in hand the redemptive keys the Lord is extending to you by faith. Watch Him use YOU to unlock hope, hearts, families, and impossible situations for His glory! It has always been Christ's desire to set captives free and to make known His manifold wisdom THROUGH YOU, His beautiful and powerful Bride! You are His key of compassionate love on this earth!

A NEW 'JESUS REVOLUTION!'

This is what the Lord says: "Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears; for your work will be rewarded," declares the Lord, "and (your children) will return from the land of the enemy." ~ Jeremiah 31:16-17, NASB



In a time of prayer this week, I felt the Father’s heart weeping over the many youths who are just beginning to receive personal revival in this new “Jesus Revolution.” These are the Daniels and Jeremiahs of a new generation who will do great exploits! 

The Lord reminded me that many of these young people have been neglected by their parents or previous generations. Now God is reaching out His hand in what He is calling a “rescue operation” for a chosen generation of warriors reserved for Himself!  

These youths are rising up in the wake of witchcraft and amidst the refuse of rebellion. They are rising up vindicated as God shows Himself strong on their behalf. 

Where they have been left to fend for themselves against an enemy too strong for them, God is now taking over. God is reaping His harvest of souls right alongside those praying believers whose hearts have honored Him by crying out for the prodigals, the disenfranchised, and the marginalized.

I was surprised to hear the Lord call these youths "marginalized." More than any other generation, they live in a time of such abundance and connectedness, especially in the West! 

Yet marginalization does not refer only to poverty. It can denote both powerlessness and insignificance as well as racial, social, or spiritual attacks and discrimination. The youth of today have encountered these things in equal measure! For all our technological "connectedness," many of our youth are dying for want of authentic human relationships in the context of unique, valued identity. 
 
This revival of love is an open invitation to today’s youth to receive an inheritance that in some cases was denied them. They will quickly see that Someone greater is making a way for them, providing all that they rightfully deserve from a new Source they perhaps did not know before! 

Where the world has run out on them, God is providing, because they are His children! Where healing and compassion have been denied them or counsel has failed them, God is revealing Himself as that Man of Understanding! (Proverbs 20:5)

The Lord showed me that this is a hungry generation, yet often we have not perceived the depth of their hunger or pain. We have thought them ready for today’s apocalyptic challenges, yet they are still in need. We have thought them very capable, yet they still lack certain abilities and resources within themselves to deal with societies that no longer adhere to absolute truth, Biblical righteousness, or even common morality. 

I heard the Lord say that He is stepping in to do a “great reset” not just in the government, but in the hearts of these youths, converting them back to the standards He desired in the first place. (Proverbs 16:11.)

The Lord called these young ones the “trendsetters” of faith: pioneers of ancient paths (yet new to them) that will lead people back to God’s heart! They will challenge even the spirit of death that has hovered around their generation. They will lead other youths away from the 'dead ends’ that bear no fruit. 

I heard the Lord issuing a charge to the Body of Christ: “Do not in any way fear what is happening among the youth! Instead, honor their hearts for righteousness and authenticity in a world gone mad. Honor their desire for wisdom and truth, for they will seek and find what they most desire! 

"I am releasing a spirit of adventure into the hearts of a generation that will find satisfaction not in reckless exterior pursuits, but in relentless spiritual pursuits! They are the Davids of this time: extravagant worshipers, jealous for what is right and true!” 

God is now pulling the youth out of their “caves” of hiding. He will use these new young worshipers to shatter the hearts that have grown dull to His voice. Revolution of any kind shocks the established system. May the Church make room for these Revolutionaries!
