"I WANT YOU TO BE WITH ME!"

Dear Friends,

As I prepared to mentor a group of prophetic believers last week, I asked the Lord what His greatest desire was for them. In response, He said, “I want them to be WITH ME where I am.” (John 17:24)

I sensed a deep longing in the Lord’s heart for His people - especially His prophets - to ABIDE in the hidden place where He lives, which is high above earthly chaos; far above palaces, politics, and powers. 


AN EAGLE IN THE THRONE ROOM 

A few days prior, the Lord had taken me into a throne-room encounter, showing me the four living creatures with eyes all around (Revelation 4:7). He had asked me to focus on the fourth creature: the eagle, which symbolizes the prophetic nature of Christ.  

While multiple aspects of the eagle are important for believers, the key feature highlighted to me during this encounter was the eagle's eyes.


THE COMPANY OF EAGLES

The Lord emphasized that long-range vision is critical for His Body right now, especially for prophets and watchmen. As chaos increases around the world, spiritual “eagles” must remain with the Lord constantly in a posture of throne-room worship, the only sure place of vision and insight for the days ahead. 

Eagles’ eyes are known to lighten as they mature, turning from a dark brown to light yellow. This is a natural illustration of a spiritual principle found in Psalm 119:130: eyes full of light will bring messages of truth and healing to the entire Body. (Mt. 6:22/Is 40/Ps 103)

Not only this, but the Lord then took me to the summit of a very high mountain in the Spirit, where it seemed I could see the top of every mountain on earth.

From the Lord’s perspective, every nation is visible and immediately accessible. Nothing is hidden.  

Using a natural analogy once again, the Lord showed me that Israel’s highest point, the 9200-foot summit of Mount Hermon, has a military outpost known as the “eyes of the nation.” From this perch, Israel’s army watches and reports enemy movements on the borders of Syria, Lebanon, and the Golan Heights.

Prophetic “eagles” are able to watch, pray, and decree from the summit of the Mountain of the Lord, which is higher than every other mountain (Isaiah 2:2). 

I watched in this encounter as eagles of all kinds (prophets to the nations, “7 mountains” prophets, and prophets in various spheres of influence) flew up, down, and around their mountains, noticing key meetings that took place out in the open as well as those in hidden caves. 

The eagles’ ability to soar made them God’s “early warning system” for the Body of Christ. When necessary, their shrill cries warned others of enemies or danger ahead. The eagles’ sharp eyes discerned wicked schemes that could then be uncovered and broken apart like prey. 

Filled with throne-room visions, eagle prophets are released to serve and impact various spheres of influence on every mountain. They expect their gifts to make room for them among even the leaders of the world (Proverbs 18:16). 

Like Daniel, Jeremiah, and Paul, eagle prophets bring trusted, non-partisan counsel that exalts Christ’s Kingdom alone. They champion no association but their association with Jesus (see Joshua 5:13-14). 

They speak the truth in love even to perceived enemies, bringing salvation and powerful change for the better (Acts 9:15; 1 Samuel 16). They know that without love, their greatest gifts of discernment mean nothing. 

Yet above all, eagles know that their true “sphere of influence” is with the Lord Himself. They soar at the Lord’s command (Job 39:26). Their ministries are from Him, through Him, and to Him. 


POWER THROUGH HUMILITY

The year 2024 has been linked prophetically to Psalm 24, a psalm of ascent. Within the psalm is a caution: to soar or “summit” in the Spirit will always require that believers submit to purification, humbling themselves and leaving the flesh at “base camp.” 

Spiritual flight begins counter-intuitively in places of stillness, rest, and subjection to the will of Christ (Isaiah 40:31). Strength is renewed by waiting in the Lord’s Presence. (Psalm 103:5.) 

Many “eagles” have been through a time of intense purification which has brought either godly humility or great humiliation. I believe the Lord wants to encourage those who have submitted to this fiery process and allowed God to build humility within. 

Although it feels like you are being deeply crushed, your humble response causes you, imperceptibly, to ascend to higher ground in the Spirit. As you stretch your wings, you will feel a new level of protection. You will catch the fresh winds of the Spirit and soar once again. 


DAVID AND ITTAI

The Lord highlighted a prophetic picture in 2 Samuel 15 which embodies many peoples’ experiences in this hour. Through this passage, Jesus reiterated the need for vision, faithfulness, and humility in times of accusation, betrayal, or what seems like the death of a dream.    

Although David had finally become king of Israel, his son Absalom usurped the kingdom temporarily through treason. 

David left Jerusalem barefoot, weeping and mourning. He was falsely accused yet preserved his integrity. Why? He held a long-range vision in his heart. Trusting in God’s sovereign plan, David conceded Jerusalem to his enemy in order to avoid a bloody battle in God’s city. 

Family, friends, and even his most trusted counselor, Ahithophel, turned against David.

2 Samuel 16:23 reveals that the counsel of Ahithophel was respected in those days "like that of one who inquires of God." To have such a wise and prophetic counselor betray an anointed king was second only to a son's betrayal!   

David was also cursed by Shimei as he crossed the river Kidron and went up the Mount of Olives; a journey Jesus would retrace hundreds of years later during His own betrayal and crucifixion. By this time, only ten women remained at David’s palace.

Yet an old “battle buddy” from David’s Philistine days, a foreigner named Ittai, remained faithful to David throughout his painful journey. Ittai was from Gath, meaning “the winepress.” Ittai’s name means “with me.”  

David urged Ittai to return home; after all, why should a foreigner with no skin in the game remain faithful to a defeated king? 

But Ittai answered the king, saying: "As the LORD lives, and as my lord the king lives, surely wherever my lord the king may be, whether for death or for life, there also your servant will be."’  (2 Samuel 15:21 NASBS) 

Like Ruth to Naomi, Ittai pledges that he will go with the one who carries God’s true anointing and authority wherever he goes, never following an imposter. 

It is a poignant moment in scripture meant to remind us of Christ’s sacrifice. Christ is God with us, even in the form of a servant.

When David’s kingdom is later returned to him, he sings:

"Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Some boast in chariots and some in horses, But we will boast in the name of the LORD, our God. They have bowed down and fallen, But we have risen and stood upright." (Psalm 20:6-8 NASBS)


“WILL I FIND FAITH?”

Through present trials and circumstances, the Lord is reminding us of His humble faithfulness. I believe He is encouraging those who carry the authentic anointing of His Spirit but are enduring difficult trials. 

Yet I hear a question in the Lord’s heart as well: will His "eagle company" remain faithful? 

Will we say like Ittai, "As the LORD lives, and as my Lord the King lives, surely wherever my Lord the King may be, whether for death or for life, there also your servant will be?"’

To fulfill Christ’s greatest desire, prophetic believers must choose daily to “be with Him where He is.” For it is only in the highest place near His Throne that eagles see His glory.

This was Christ’s prayer and His wonderful reward all along:  

“Father, I want those you have given Me to be with Me where I am, and to see My glory, the glory you have given Me because you loved Me before the creation of the world.” ~ John 17:24 NIV

My prayer for you is that you may have the eyes of an eagle; the integrity and long-range vision of a king; and the heart of a humble servant. May you be the eagle who seeks to ascend higher and higher into the realms of glory Christ reserves especially for you.

HEAVEN'S HONEY WILL SUSTAIN YOU IN BATTLE!

Dear Friends, 

As I encountered the Lord in prayer today, I felt great encouragement in the Spirit. I could see the battles raging in the Spirit, yet I heard the Lord say that in these times of turmoil, those who LISTEN will hear His voice LOUDER and MORE CLEARLY than ever before. 

The enemy's warfare is substantial; even relentless. Yet I saw that believers who responded with INSTANT OBEDIENCE to the words, strategies, or instructions the Lord gave personally would find places of DEEP REST and SUSTAINED STRENGTH that were available no other way.

It is essential right now to enter into Christ's rest, which is found only in the higher realms of the Spirit. Responding obediently to what you hear positions you for immediate renewal and greater protection.

There is a growing intensity to the battles in the spirit all around the world. Many believers are sensing a significant increase in warfare. The enemy wants you to believe that these battles are your fault or of your own making.

Do not believe the lies! The Lord wants to bring you to the place of PEACE and GRACE in Him where you are functioning above the storms. (Ephesians 1:2-3.)

I received several visions during prayer which revealed the Lord’s deep desire to replenish in His Body what the enemy has stolen through long-term battles.


HEART TO HEART RESYNCHRONIZATION

In one vision, I saw people crying out to the Lord in the heat and confusion of war. As Jesus responded to their cries by stepping into the thick of the battle, heaven’s hosts began engaging in the Spirit.

The Lord’s magnificent Presence surrounded those who cried out, filling the battlefield and creating a wide space on the land all around the warriors. Angels then pushed back demonic hordes to the periphery of the battlefield while Jesus communed with His Warrior Bride.

As the Bride drew near to the Lord, I saw a RESYNCHRONIZATION OF HEARTS that began to take place.

Positioning herself to stand directly in front of the Lord in the Spirit: heart to heart, face to face, and hands to hands, the Bride was able to receive impartations of strength and grace directly from Him, even while the battles continued to rage around her. 

This close intimacy and interaction with the Bridegroom was key to calming DEMONIC ADRENALINE SURGES the enemy was stirring up. As human heartbeats resynchronized to the Divine heartbeat, peace, focus, and clarity for the battle was restored.

There is a place of deep impartation for those who will come in close to the Lord right now, face to face; allowing Him to touch, breathe, and supernaturally release the comfort of His love. 

Engaging with Jesus in intimate proximity resets the heart and calms the racing anxiety and turmoil within. Do not miss your appointed times in the Presence of the Lord! Daniel engaged with the Lord at least three times a day in the midst of his work schedule. Because he did this, he could enter even the lion’s den with great peace, trusting in the Lord’s protection. 


HONEY FROM THE ROCK

In a second vision, I saw the Lord Jesus extending a honeyed scepter, like a honey dipper, to his Bride so that she could taste heaven’s sweetness and receive fresh strength for her battles.  

One taste of heaven’s honey released not only strength but also PROTECTION and an ANTIBIOTIC IMMUNITY that only Heaven could give. Supernatural sweetness became an antidote to the enemy’s warfare.

In the midst of an ancient biblical battle, Saul's son Jonathan took a taste of  honey from the ground in the forest. The honey brightened his eyes and removed the weariness he was facing as he warred. Although Saul had forbidden his army from tasting any food during the battle, it was considered right for Jonathan to be strengthened in this way. (See 1 Samuel 14.)

I see a divine release of heavenly honey right now that is meant to strengthen battle-weary Kingdom warriors. War is raging in the spirit, but as weary warriors choose to come aside and rest with the Lord, they are given the sweetness of His Presence and the taste of Promised Land honey to sustain them in battle.

By remaining in the “sweet spot” of the Lord’s Presence and allowing Him to feed them, wise believers are being prepared for the battles ahead. The words Jesus speaks as they interact with Him become the keys to their victories.  


LIKE A ROARING LION

In Judges 14, warrior-judge Samson is going down to Timnah when he is attacked by a roaring young lion. The Spirit of the Lord rushes upon Samson mightily and he tears the lion to pieces with his bare hands. 

Later, when Samson returns to the lion’s carcass, he finds it full of bees and honey. He eats and takes some home to his family and they also eat the sweet reward of his victory. 

Hands speak of giftings. Samson's story is a beautiful picture from the Lord, revealing that as we rely upon God’s gifts and graces in our lives (not our own strength), we are ultimately able to feast off of that which the enemy sends to consume us.

The sweet taste of honey is just one of the blessings of your spiritual Promised Land! Heaven’s honey is powerful in its effects. It is a sign that you will overcome the enemy, who acts like a roaring lion, as you take your Promised Land! 

Psalm 81:16 says: “With honey from the Rock I would satisfy you.” In the midst of your present battles, Jesus is inviting you to taste and see that He is good!

The anointed Bride of Christ is to have the taste of honey and milk under her tongue (Song of Songs 4:11.) Jesus's scrolls of revelation bring release sweetness and encouragement in every battle. This sweetness is part of your God-given inheritance! (Ezekiel 3:3.)

Do not give up, and do not remain in a place of hopelessness, weariness, or despair. Receive the sweet outpouring of "honeyed" strength and grace that will sustain you. Return to your place of rest and use intimacy as a weapon of war.

The Lord Himself is fighting for you!

THE SOUND OF GLORY

A voice is calling, "Clear the way for the LORD in the wilderness; Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God. "Let every valley be lifted up, And every mountain and hill be made low; And let the rough ground become a plain, And the rugged terrain a broad valley; Then the GLORY OF THE LORD will be revealed, And all flesh will see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken."  ~Isaiah 40:3-5 NASBS

As I prepared to teach a seminar this week on the Sound of Glory, the Lord opened my prayer time quoting Isaiah 40:6-7, saying: “All flesh is as grass. The grass withers; the flower fades, but the WORD of the Lord STANDS forever.”

The Lord then provided His own commentary on these verses, saying: “I want to make YOU [My people] the Living Word! I want YOU to STAND in the holy places of My Presence to see and decree what you hear. I want YOU to be a SWORD OF SOUND! (Isaiah 49:2) 

"I want the sound of My voice to resonate so sharply within you so that it slices through demonic atmospheres and sets people free. Peter cut off the ear, but I would restore the hearing of My people so that they can again perceive the value of what I am saying and doing. 

"No one can truly perceive anything without the power of the Spirit as an “overlay.”* Think of the Holy Spirit as My unique amplification device: your spiritual “hearing aid,” for isn’t that His very role? He is sent to help (aid) you in hearing Me. He instructs you in the way you should go. And He compels you to follow the LORD OF GLORY (1 Cor. 2:8). 

"My Spirit is now unfolding the mystery of the ages for My corporate Body, who will arise in unison to decree what they hear. I have been fine tuning ALL who come to Me so that they - their voices joined together - will match the perfect sound of My anointed Words. 

"ANOINTINGS COMBINED CREATE GLORIOUS OUTPOURINGS! Gatherings of power will now begin to take place around the world as believers wake up to the reality of the power of the SOUND OF GLORY. For yes! There is a unique and powerful SOUND to what I say; do not miss My sounds in this hour! I say to you that there will be even CORPORATE BIRTHING AND GROANING SESSIONS where devoted intercessors will weep and groan like Ezra’s Jews in the time of the exile, weeping and uttering sounds of repentance that have the power to change a nation (Ezra 9-10). 

"Others will gather and create praise-filled hubs of glorious worship: the sound of PRAISE TO MY NAME. This praise will shatter strongholds in the regions where these worshipers meet; and those anointed to make decrees as spiritual legislators will then come in to re-establish godly foundations in those same regions. 

"Still others will anoint YOUTH and FUTURE GENERATIONS with the unique sound of BLESSINGS which unlock destinies and create pathways of power. For the youth need the sounds of the aged to propel and empower them in the things of God!

"DO NOT WITHHOLD YOUR VOICES, for I have MADE you My sword; I have MADE you My sound in this critical hour and you MUST continue to speak, sing, bless, groan, and decree all that I’ve put in your hearts! 

"No one but My godly ones can emit a PURE sound. The enemy has raised up an ARMY OF SOUND-CARRIERS, releasing SOUND BITES to DEVOUR My children. THIS SHALL NOT STAND! It shall not be so as My holy ones arise and stand in the might of My Spirit and remain within the sound of My voice!

"Obedience will release the blessings; wisdom acquired will propel you into all the right places where I will then use YOUR VOICE to release the SOUND OF GLORY across the earth. This cumulative sound arising from My pure and holy ones will cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. 

"Do not look yet for the glorious appearing of My Son; but look for the appearing of My Son IN YOU and the overcoming victories which must first take place for My Body! For I would give YOU the victories; I would see YOU come into the fullness of mature sons and daughters who not only LOOK but also SOUND just like Me,” says the Lord of Glory!

THE GLORIOUS MESSAGE OF WISDOM

We declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our GLORY before time began. None of the rulers understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the LORD OF GLORY. …These are the things God has revealed to us by His Spirit.

What we speak is not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. The person without the Spirit …cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. …But we have the mind of Christ.   (1 Corinthians 2:6-16)

BROADCAST THE WORD!

As I sought the Lord last week about this Fall season, the Father opened up a set of blueprints on a round table in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit spoke the words from Amos 3:7: “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” 

As the Holy Spirit spoke, a depression-era, cathedral-style wooden radio appeared in the Spirit above the blueprints. I heard the Father say the word: “BROADCASTS!” 

As He had said two years ago, the Lord confirmed that He intends to broadcast believer’s voices into many homes around the world to bring direction and reassurance in uncertain times. 

Believers are being raised up as prophetic evangelists, teachers, and creatives to BROADCAST a message of hope in Jesus through radio, television, and various other mediums. 

Despite censorship and broad-scale attempts of the enemy to MOCK or SILENCE God’s people, I hear the Lord encouraging His children to BOLDLY PROCLAIM the Word of God in this season. There is an open door in the Spirit to BROADCAST - to scatter abroad - His message by every available means! 

Some of you have a call to write books, create audio books, or start podcasts. Some have a call to broadcast truth through the arts or media. Others have a burning desire to write plays, musicals, or poetry that highlight God’s glory. NOW IS THE TIME to publish and proclaim what God has given you! 

There is a CREATIVE ANOINTING being released to birth these new expressions of His Word. As you sow your seeds, the Lord will activate them in their new destinations. Those who are “in tune” with the frequencies of the Holy Spirit will be set in place and “switched on” like that radio, releasing God’s heart to every generation. ​

“Broadcasting” implies an ability to reach a wider audience through a less-targeted scattering of seed. While in past seasons some of you may have ministered in very careful, focused ways, you now need to expand your vision of who God wants you to reach, how, and where. 

I heard the Lord say that some of His people have been holding back their voices out of fear or uncertainty. If that’s you, know that you are receiving a RELEASE today to share what you’ve been given, broadly and unashamedly!


"YOU HAVE THE RELEASE!"
The Lord highlighted three phrases from Colossians 1:12-14 in the Passion Translation for those needing encouragement or confirmation: 

YOUR HEARTS CAN SOAR with joyful gratitude; YOU ARE WORTHY to RECEIVE AND SHARE the inheritance He’s given you. Your testimony is needed at this time!  GOD HAS RESCUED YOU COMPLETELY from the tyrannical rule of darkness. When the enemy reminds you of your past, you can remind him that you have been COMPLETELY TRANSLATED into Christ’s Kingdom. Your flaws and failures are CANCELED OUT by the finished work of Christ’s shed blood. Any remaining fears you have of moving forward are unfounded; they are meager attempts by the enemy to preempt the impact he knows you will have!     YOU HAVE THE RELEASE to testify, teach, write, sing, or create beautiful expressions of God’s Word and His love that will compel the world to know Him. I felt the Father’s desire for you to boldly move forward with the dreams and plans He is giving you, trusting that your commission and release are from Him! ​​
THE CREATIVE, OVERCOMING VOICE OF THE LORD IN YOU
What does the Bible say you are to broadcast or proclaim? 

The Word of God in its entirety. The death, resurrection, and delivering power of Christ (by the church to demonic rulers and principalities through regular communion).Encouraging words God speaks during your quiet times.The Good News of the cross, redemption from sin, healing, and the fullness of the new covenant.Inspired, prophetic words, warnings, and alerts from the Lord.  The mercy, goodness, and fame of God, balanced with the coming day of the Lord. Testimonies and praises, which silence and overcome the enemy.
I believe the radio connected to these blueprints in the Spirit points to the power of God’s Word resonating through anointed broadcasts in every realm. 

In previous encounters, I saw that the Lord’s voice, amplified through believers, would specifically impact FAMILIES and HOMES, just as President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s pioneering voice reached millions of Americans right where they lived. FDR’s voice brought stability in uncertain times, releasing economic solutions and reassuring the nation of sound leadership.

For those who have a longing to pioneer new endeavors for the Kingdom, I feel a strong desire on the Lord’s part to empower you and to open even unusual doors that will allow your voices to be heard; some for the first time. 

God’s Word will not return to Him void because there is a CREATIVE, OVERCOMING,  DOMINANT FREQUENCY to His voice. NO OTHER SOUND can compare or compete with the sound of heaven! The Prince of Peace is LORD, ruling over the prince of the power of the air.

In these end times, the enemy will capitalize on his abilities as a sound and communications ‘master.’ Yet when the voice of God increases in anointed believers by the power and frequency of the Holy Spirit within, assaults from without will have no effect (See 1 John 4:4).

Only the believer in Christ carries the pure sounds and frequencies of the anointing! The enemy can imitate and manipulate sound and light, but he cannot produce or reproduce what is pure.  

Your privilege in this hour is to carry and release the pure voice of the Lord from within you, trusting that the Lord has given you a new spirit and has anointed you for such a time as this! 

The words of Zephaniah 3:9-13 apply beautifully here:  

"For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the LORD and serve him with one accord. From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bring my offering. "On that day you shall not be put to shame because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me; for then I will remove from your midst your proudly exultant ones, and you shall no longer be haughty in my holy mountain. But I will leave in your midst a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the LORD, those who are left in Israel; they shall do no injustice and speak no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue. For they shall graze and lie down, and none shall make them afraid."   (Zephaniah 3:9-13, ESV)


PRAYER
Father, I pray for those who long to broadcast the anointed messages you have given them through the arts, media, and communications. Please equip them now with what they need to make their God-given blueprints a reality at just the right time. Empower them to step over the threshold of this new season by faith! 

May every restraining force be broken off of Your people today! Lord, come sever the attacks of fear, harassment, and delay so that Your voice dominates the airwaves and impacts every home. 

We agree with Your Word: You are raising up PURE voices and PROPHETIC “broadcasters” in every nation! We praise you, for You have kept us from being conquered by the enemy! Now come and break open the way to freedom, setting us in a spacious place! (Psalm 31:8) Anoint the plans and purposes of Your heart as they are expressed through these willing vessels. Amen.

RATS IN THE KITCHEN

Dear Friends,

In an unusual encounter during prayer this week, the Father took me into the kitchen of a house in the Spirit. He wanted to show me two insidious attacks the enemy was using to defile the Body of Christ. 

While I most often interpret ‘kitchens’ as places of prophetic preparation for ministry, in this case Father said the kitchen represented the “nerve center” of the home: the hearts and minds of believers. As the Father led me into the kitchen, I was horrified to see rats running about on the floors!
​UNCLEAN OMNIVORES
The rats were contaminating this kitchen with their uncleanness. The Lord said these rodents represented demonic critters that smelled the sweetness of fresh manna. Even as new-era anointings, teachings, and commissions were being released, these rats were being drawn into the kitchen to devour and defile. 

In the vision I saw that while believers might lock the spiritual doors of their houses against larger, lion-like devourers, they were often unaware of the infiltration and defilement caused by these smaller, hidden vermin. 

Morsels of tasty food were inadvertently left out around the kitchen cabinets. These morsels could represent nuggets of wisdom, God-given visions, or blueprints for ministry that should have been resealed for protection. Like pearls before swine, the visions had not been well guarded. They risked being contaminated through witchcraft, jealousy, false accusations, wrong alignments, and various other strategies of the enemy.

I believe the Lord is saying that in this time of moving forward into the freshness of new anointings, callings, and visions, it is imperative that you SEAL UP the spiritual plans He has given you! Do not share your vision with the wrong people; don’t allow what is good or precious to you to be devoured by demonic infiltrators. 

Guard carefully what you have been given as you cross over into new assignments, remembering that the anointing you carry will simultaneously draw out support and opposition in the spiritual realm. Not all are meant to follow you. Not all are meant to partake of what the Lord has given you or sit at your table. Wisdom and discernment are needed. (Jude 1:12) 

Sealing up the visions, Father reminded me, was as simple as resealing a bag of food or re-covering a container to prevent it from going stale. PLACE YOUR VISION, CALLING, AND DESTINY UNDER THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST DAILY to prevent demonic “rodents” from devouring the sweetness and abundance of your spiritual manna. Do not give what is holy to those who have no regard for holiness; do not assume that all share your call! 

As I’ve pondered this with the Lord, He’s shown me that we are in a period of time much like the transition from Isaiah 3 to Isaiah 4. Judgment is being rendered on the proud and lawless, while those who fear the Lord are receiving even greater revelations of the beautiful and glorious Branch that is Jesus Christ. 

Christ is the true Husband to the seven women (seven churches) who fear Him and bear His Name. Deep impartations of the Lord’s love are being poured out to those who remain in places of rest, abiding with Him. Yet the Spirit of justice and the Spirit of burning is also at work, separating the holy from the common and marking the holy remnant who belongs exclusively to the Lord (Isaiah 4:2-4). We must move through the open gates in the Fear of the Lord and with wisdom (Isaiah 62). 


UNCLEAN THOUGHTS
The Father then revealed a second layer of meaning within the same vision. I saw that the rat infestations were due, in some cases, to unclean thoughts believers were entertaining in their minds.

Thoughts of malice, selfishness, unforgiveness, or bitterness were like garbage; they could lie hidden in the dark, closed corners of the mind for months or even years. I saw that unclean thoughts and their resulting words of gossip or division would rot, stink, and defile many if not removed. The rats or vermin were just as attracted to unclean thoughts as they were to the anointing; they would feast on whatever was left unattended! 

I believe that for some who are walking with the Lord, it is time to “spring clean” the innermost cupboards of the mind and heart, washing away every defiling thought with the living water of the Word. The rats will also need to be exterminated. Not surprisingly, when I asked the Lord what “poison” would remove the rats, He said the “poison” was the Word of God. 

Every kitchen needs a periodic, thorough cleansing to remain sanitary. Regular cleansing is needed in the spiritual realm as well. Salvation and deliverance are ongoing processes (Philippians 2:12). A time of widespread cultural deception and defilement requires believers to be DEEPLY IMMERSED in the Word of God and prayer, the only sure antidote. 

Saturation in the Word of God will deal a preemptive strike against demonic infestations of minds or hearts. Believers are called to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor 10:5). The Word of God never returns void; it is the spoken Word that is your weapon of war (Isaiah 55:11; Psalm 149:6). 

There is a strong call in the Spirit to take responsibility for your thoughts and attitudes. Guard your heart; don’t become passive! Reject all lies, focus on the Truth, and stand firm in your identity in Christ. Watch who you’re partnering with as you move forward at this time; your vision and destiny will not be shared by everyone, yet everyone has a unique, God-given part to play.

As the unusual vision closed, I was given several key scriptures: 

Proverbs 4:21 TPT: Fill your thoughts with My Words until they penetrate deep into your spirit. Then, as you unwrap My Words, they will impart true life and radiant health into the very core of your being.

Proverbs 4:23 TPT: So above all, guard the affections/thoughts of your heart, for they affect all that you are. (Everything you do flows from your heart!). Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life. 

Ephesians 4:29-32 ESV
Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Colossians 3:15-17 NASBS
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

Father, I pray for Your holy, beloved sons and daughters today. May they rest in the sheltered place of Your fiery canopy of glory, trusting Your Word to cleanse every defilement of body, soul, or spirit. The righteous have many troubles, but You deliver them from them all! No one who takes refuge in You will be condemned. Teach us the Fear of the Lord. Keep our tongues from evil and deliver our lives from every unseen attack of the enemy. Thank you for exposing evil and separating for yourself a pure, holy people who cling to You in love! Amen.

CALLED TO ASCEND

Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the LORD And righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face - even Jacob.  Selah.     ~Psalm 24:3-6 NASBS

Psalm 24 is a powerful psalm of David for the year 2024. It teaches us how to ascend above the chaos and collisions to enter into promised encounters with the Lord. Spiritual encounters happen more easily as we consecrate ourselves to lives of purity, rejecting rampant deception.

Hebrews 12:22 also confirms that spiritual ascension is not a new-age concept but a biblical, mystical reality. God longs for you to live in the Spirit, experiencing heavenly places with Him!

On 8/8/24, the day before Lou Engle and Christy Johnston called for 90 days of prayer prior to the elections (below), I was out on a prayer walk.

Along the way, I found an abandoned "99 Restaurant" gift card that someone had dropped and abandoned in the streets. The card had exactly $1.49 remaining in its balance.

The Lord said to pay attention: the dollar amount was significant and connected to one of my favorite Scriptures: Psalm 149. This is a Psalm of victory for the saints of God! It is a promise of justice and vindication being released as believers in Yeshua lift up high praises to their King.

One day later, I received Lou's Briefing containing Christy's dream to pray for the 90 days prior to our national elections. Not coincidentally, Lou highlighted the very same scripture, Psalm 149, as a "key" to praying for our nation and for Israel right now.   

The timing of this prophetic "gift" dropped into the streets is no accident; it is a time-sensitive CALL TO PRAYER! I believe the Spirit of Might is now working through worshiping intercessors who are using the sword of God's Word to decree the righteous judgments of God in America, their families, and the nations.

As I continued to ponder this sign, the Lord brought me to Luke 1:49, which records an amazingly similar song of victory - Mary's magnificat: 

"My soul exalts the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. For He has had regard for the humble state of His bondslave; for behold, from this time on all generations will count me blessed. For the Mighty One has done great things for me; and holy is His name. And His mercy is upon generation after generation to those who fear Him. He has done mighty deeds with His arm; He has scattered those who were proud in the thoughts of their heart. He has brought down rulers (lit. "mighty ones;" from the same Greek root used for "Mighty" above) from their thrones and has exalted those who were humble. He has filled the hungry with good things; and sent away the rich empty-handed. He has given help to Israel His servant, in remembrance of His mercy, as He spoke to our fathers, To Abraham and his descendants forever." (Luke 1:46-55; NASB; emphasis mine.)

We are living in a remarkable, powerful time where kingdoms collide openly before our eyes and the enemy brazenly broadcasts his hand.

Empowered by our prayers, God is pulling down ancient supernatural strongholds and so-called "mighty" rulers that have hindered believers from advancing by infiltrating every level of our government, media, and culture. How we pray right now is essential for restoring covenantal, godly legacy in the land!

NEW COVENANT PROMISES
​While the Psalm 149 confirmation was amazing, there was more to the gift card that God wanted to reveal. 

The card contained another number: "99." In Matthew 18 Jesus speaks about the shepherd who leaves the 99 to go after the lost, straying sheep; a beautiful picture of His merciful love for a straying nation. Jesus has not abandoned America; He is leading us back to a place of joyful revival! 

The Lord then brought me back to Genesis 17, where Abram was 99 years old.

At 99 Abram has a life-changing encounter with El Shaddai, or "God ALMIGHTY." Here God initiates the Covenant of Circumcision with Abram, renaming him Abraham. He promises that Abraham and Sarah will be a "father and mother of many nations" through their promised son, Isaac. 

God "deeds" the entire land of Canaan to Abraham as an everlasting possession, pledging Himself to Abraham's descendants as their God. As a sign of this new covenant, Abraham is to circumcise every male in his household at 8 days old. This points to yet another confirmation: my "99" gift card was found on 8/8/24, a day of new beginnings!

Through simple signs like Christy's dream, Lou's scripture, and a highly symbolic "gift" in the streets, God is urging us to pay attention to our COVENANT realities and promises. His abiding desire is to restore lost peoples and nations to His heart. He is still willing to leave the 99 for the one that will bring rejoicing in heaven, just as Isaac brought laughter to his parents.

Our covenant with Israel has never been more important to uphold. As Lou mentions, peace will not come by political means but only through the Spirit. Our prayers and high praises are the spiritual keys that unlock nations as well as hearts and have the power to restore even covenant relationships that have been broken.

POWER = LOVE!

During a time of prayer last week, I felt a grieving in the Lord’s heart over the deep brokenness in the Body of Christ that has come from man’s abuses of authority. 

Whether through past traumas or recent trials, many mighty warriors are processing wounds inflicted on them by misguided parents, pastors, or other leaders.

These deceived authority figures are people who should have shown the way to the Father, but instead threw away the key to intimacy. Demanding undue honor themselves, they failed to honor the Lord and His precious Body. 

I also saw that some of the most fervent believers who were praying for the fullness of God’s glory and power to come to earth, found themselves surprised by opposition within their own hearts when that same power actually began to manifest! This opposition stemmed from wounds buried deeper than they realized. 

I heard the Lord say that the enemy’s strategy here is to use these old, hidden wounds around authority issues to reconnect you to the fear of trauma and even to resist the power of God as it begins to increase in your life! 

The Lord is longing to restore those who are hungry for His manifest Presence on the earth. He wants to rebuild the trust and intimacy that was lost, removing all barriers to seeing Him as He is: a mighty, all-powerful, and GOOD God.


INTOLERABLE CONFLICTS

The struggle the Lord is highlighting is not a struggle between flesh and Spirit, but between soul and Spirit. 

For these believers, the more you experience the power of God, the greater the sense is that there is an incompatible belief system at work in your heart. In your spirit, you desire to see the full manifestation of God’s power. But in your soul, there remain fears of what would happen if an omnipotent God's “real” power were unleashed. 

Drs. Peter & Diane Hawkins* describe this incompatibility as an “intolerable conflict.” Forward movement in the truth is restricted when past lies, beliefs, or behaviors  - once protective yet now unhelpful - clamor to retain supremacy. 

I saw that those struggling with this type of conflict in their hearts have lived under the rule of demonic equations such as: Power=anger. Power=harm. Power=condemnation. Or power=abuse/forced submission. 

You’ve been taught by powerful but unspiritual people to run, hide, avoid, or compromise when power rears its ugly head. You’ve learned the hard way that power hurts; it doesn’t heal. 

This was the enemy’s plan all along, to force you to retreat in the face of power!

In the same way he stirs up betrayals to break the bonds of intimacy, so the enemy stirs up fear to rob you of the knowledge of your true power and authority in Christ. The devil's use of power is for destructive purposes. The Lord's power, however, equips, restores, heals, blesses, and builds.

I hear the Lord saying He is now removing internal lies and barriers of fear in your heart along with these layers of involuntary resistance to His power. It is not God’s desire for you to retreat when His power comes!

God is adjusting your careful (but wrong) calculations and rewriting the equation as: POWER = LOVE! 


BY MY SPIRIT

As I meditated on these things, the Lord illuminated a familiar scripture in Zechariah 4:6 as “proof” of what real moves of God look like: “Not by might, nor by power, but by My SPIRIT, says the Lord of Hosts.” 

The Lord of armies is on the advance, yet His powerful movements are by the SPIRIT, not by brute force of the flesh! 

To these broken ones, I hear the Lord saying: “You are not afraid of My Spirit, are you? I AM LOVE, and My Holy Spirit - the Spirit of love - has been shed abroad in your heart already. He lives in you and is with you; you know Him and trust Him. For this reason, you have no need to fear!”

Believers are called to walk in the Spirit and keep in step with the Spirit. Paul asks: “Having begun in the Spirit, will you now be ‘perfected’ by the flesh?” (Galatians 5.) 

The Bible equates WALKING IN THE SPIRIT to WALKING IN LOVE (Gal 5:16 & Ephesians 5:2). There is no fear in love! Returning to familiar fears and old emotional “rules and regulations” that were useful to you when you were in survival mode will actually hinder you as you seek to move forward in God’s freedom. 

It’s time to erase the lie that power=harm. God’s power does not hurt you; it heals you! I hear a strong call in the Spirit to embrace even what feels like weakness here, trusting the truth that to God, Power = Love! 

2 Corinthians 12:9 reads: ‘But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.’


Next, the Lord drew my attention to words from the prophet Jeremiah, saying there is a CLEAR CHOICE in the Spirit right now for those still struggling to trust. 


This is what the Lord says:
“Cursed is the one who trusts in man,
who draws strength from mere flesh
and whose heart turns away from the Lord.
That person will be like a bush in the wastelands;
they will not see prosperity when it comes.
They will dwell in the parched places of the desert,
in a salt land where no one lives.

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”

The heart is deceitful above all things
and beyond cure.
Who can understand it?

“I the Lord search the heart
and examine the mind,
to reward each person according to their conduct,
according to what their deeds deserve.”
~Jeremiah 17:5-10

Today, it is important to cast out any lies or deceptions that remain in your heart, since the enemy seeks to use old wounds to manipulate you AWAY from the blessings of trusting God! Bitter roots trouble and defile the Body (Hebrews 12:15). Moving in power in the next season depends on your ability to trust in the love of Christ this season. 


GOD AS MAN

In most scriptural incidents where God revealed Himself to mankind, He came in love and gentleness rather than with the “rod of punishment” that men feared (see 1 Corinthians 4;14-5:5). 

Christ - God as man - Came as a powerless baby. Refrained from judgment when a woman caught in adultery was thrown at his feet. Restored Peter, who betrayed Him three times over. Restrained His power at the cross, refusing the right to any selfish agendas.  Embraced human weakness, submitting to the power of God. 
In simplest form, God’s heart has always been to use His power for good. He demonstrates love for His friends by sending His Son to save us from every type of  oppressive power. He loves the hearts of those who love Him! 

I prophesy to you today that God is supernaturally releasing greater deposits of love into your heart than ever before to equip you to move forward in power.

The fear of power and misused authority that has plagued you in the past is being broken. Old triggers, belief systems, and survival responses that served you well in the past are being exposed so they may be disconnected and reprogrammed for good. 

That irrational feeling of dread you cannot control is being exchanged for fresh hope for your future. The vague uncertainties about what God might do are being lifted like a shroud off your heart. 

In the next glorious move of the Spirit, God wants to do wonderful things you cannot even begin to ask or imagine! He will do them according to the power that works in you (Ephesians 3:19-20). 

You are no longer dominated by power; you are a partner with God’s sovereign power! God is breaking forms of false submission and prideful power that have held you captive for too long (Lev. 26:19).

The Lord will never remove your will to choose, but He does desire for you to make right choices so that you can inherit blessings. 

Decree with me that the scepter of wickedness will not remain over your heart or your land! (Psalm 125:3.)

​Renounce and break any agreements, known or unknown, with occult (hidden) fears, vows, or connections to the improper use of power. You are not a victim ruled by force or punishing anger; you are a son or daughter of forgiving, cherishing LOVE that surpasses knowledge!  

I pray that the beautiful love of Christ will compel you to release all fear and dread, restoring you to the very POWERFUL place of intimacy in the Father’s heart. 

God’s love IS powerful. His Power=Love! You will move in power yourself as you become like Him, trusting the amazing move of His Spirit through you!

CHERISHED & GUIDED BY GOD IN THE WILDERNESS

Dear Friends, 

God is so many wonderful things to the believer: Father, Deliverer, Friend, Protector, Refuge, and Savior. Through the gifts of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, God loves and guides us as we walk through the "wilderness" of this world on our way to the Promised Land of heaven!

As I mediated on Psalm 68 and Numbers 10 this week, the Lord highlighted three particular attributes of Himself that He wanted me to share with you. He is a Cherished Husband, a Prophetic Guide, and a source of Rest and Refreshment at Rephidim.

SUPERNATURAL DELIVERANCE THROUGH ANOINTED PARTNERSHIPS

Dear Friends, 

Over the past few weeks I have been deeply moved by the heart of God for restoration and for the emergence of what is best described as a ‘Judges 4 Company’ of anointed Deborahs and Baraks. These believers are characterized by unusual partnerships with each other and with the supernatural. 

Before reading the rest of this word, I encourage you to stop and reread Judges 4 & 5 to familiarize yourself with the scriptures concerning this time period in Israel’s history, which closely parallels our own!The name Deborah means ‘bee’ or ‘ordered motion.’ Biblically, Deborah symbolizes a unique individual encompassing many functions: prophet, judge, friend, warrior, strategist, counselor, leader, lover, mother, and commander. 

Deborah stands out as one who was anachronistic. She changed history in a time when women were largely silenced or ignored. As bees do, she partnered with others for the benefit of all, winning a dynamic victory over severe national oppression. 

Although she was not a soldier, Deborah courageously chose to enter the battle, relying on Barak’s military skills and bringing her keen insight right onto the battlefield. 

Barak means ‘lightning flash’ or ‘flaming sword.’ He, too, is unusual in that he partnered with a woman to secure Israel’s victory. Ignoring gender divisions of the time, he chose to honor what others could have despised. 

While some have called Barak cowardly for his reluctance to war without a woman at his side, there is no mention of cowardice in the Bible!

Barak responded to the voice of the Spirit without discrimination, honored the prophetic anointing even in the ‘lesser’ vessel of a woman, and invited the Presence of the Lord (through Deborah) to accompany him as he warred. 

Like Moses, David, and many other heroes of the faith, Barak refused to go to war without the assurance of God’s Presence and favor. Barak (not Deborah) is commended in Hebrews 11 for his faith.

When the two worked in partnership, revelatory strengths united with physical prowess to ignite faith.

​God responded with supernatural signs and wonders that brought about a great deliverance. 

After meditating on the scriptures this week, I believe that many of the long-term attacks against our nation resemble the attacks against Israel in the time of the judges. 

Ancient demonic ruling spirits like Jabin (meaning “intellect”) and Sisera (meaning “battle array”) still set themselves up against God’s people today. Canaan represents the Promised Land, yet its name actually means “humiliation.”

There is today a strong demonic pull toward self-sufficiency and apostasy; yielding to the mind and intellect rather than obeying the Spirit of God. 

In Deborah’s day, the apostasy was so great that God “sold” Israel over to those same foreign rulers. For twenty years, Canaanite spirits oppressed people to such a degree that highways were abandoned and villagers isolated themselves out of fear. Deliverance seemed impossible and righteousness far away. 

As I entered into deeper intercession over these things, my heart began to break for those who felt like there was no hope for them today in their current situations, whether individually or as a nation.

I clearly heard the words of Psalm 3 echoing in the minds and hearts of those who were struggling. The enemy’s sustained attacks had caused them to say: “O Lord, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me; many are saying of my soul, there is no salvation for him in God.” 

As I continued to pray, I suddenly felt the righteous indignation of God rising up powerfully in my spirit, saying: 

“This is the hour of the Deborahs! This is the hour of My mighty winds, rain, earthquakes, and hail which will again cause the iron chariots of the enemy to be broken! Those cyclical, recurring attacks of the mind will be broken; flooded by wave after wave of My Spirit rushing down from My holy mountain!

“This is the hour that Jabin and Sisera - those proud intellectuals and flesh-driven rebels - will be destroyed by those who run with Spirit-wind at their backs! They will use their gifts to drive the hammer of My Word and the peg of My Cross into the control center of oppressive, demonic mindsets. 

“You are going to see the ‘Deborah’ anointing bring individual victories first and then break yokes off of the masses corporately. 

“The spirit of intellectualism - human wisdom - is no match for My Holy Spirit, who will breathe ‘breaker’ words through Deborahs I have kept hidden until now! Their voices will no longer be silenced; My words in their mouths will demolish kingdoms and mindsets where human wisdom has completely failed!”

“This is the hour of the ONE NEW MAN arising! Of bold, fearless warriors who refuse to trip over issues of gender or nationality and choose instead to form unified partnerships in the Spirit! 

“Those who remain behind in this battle will not share in the spoils of this victory. Those who refuse to help the causes of the Lord will continue to struggle with the curse."


I sense that this is an important moment of decision for many, both individually and corporately. 

Individuals must determine once and for all whether they will side with the Lord and yield fully to His Holy Spirit. The mind set on the flesh is death!

It is essential to choose life in the Spirit, taking the "hammer" of the Word like Jael and demolishing every selfish idol or stronghold of the mind (represented by Sisera's temple) that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. There is no other peace! 

Corporately, I feel that our nation’s stand for or against Israel is also urgent and is in the balance. At one point I heard the Lord ask soberly and repeatedly: “WILL YOU STAND WITH ISRAEL?” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Lord. Nations are already seeing the severe repercussions of their apostasy.

Yet just as God raised up deliverers for apostate Israel, I see the Lord bringing forth an army of Deborahs around the world who have received timely divine intel from their seated places of victory and rest in Christ.

Like Deborah seated under her palm tree rendering judgment, these believers have been seated in heavenly places, watching and praying in the Spirit. They have judiciously observed both the sinful idolatries ('Ramah's' meaning) and the Spirit-led movements ('Bethel') in their nations. 

They have crucified their flesh to live in the order of the Spirit. With Issachar-like insight they are arising. They know they have already won their battles. They carry revelatory words for their time; words that will set nations free! 

I see present-day Deborahs and Jaels coming to the frontlines and refusing to be silenced by religious spirits or shut down by legalism. They know their God and will be credited with great exploits! 

Yet they will not war alone.

I see modern-day Baraks also responding to the call of the Lord, fighting for unity and honorable partnerships to be restored within the Body of Christ. 

These men will fight for men and women to work in partnership together; for nations to reaffirm their covenants with Israel; for righteousness in churches, cities, and governments; for justice to the poor and oppressed; for the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace; and for the restoration of so much more! 

This kind of unity and partnership triggers a supernatural blessing. As in the day of Deborah, Barak, and Jael, God Himself will come to their aid (See Psalm 133). Spirits like these will be entangled in the River Kishon, overwhelmed by the Spirit of the Lord! (Kishon means "entangling.")

May the Lord bring forth this company of ‘Judges 4’ believers, whose battles turn into victories and whose foes are the seeds for their songs!
