Another Lively Conversation with me,
for you

Tuesday, continuing our talk about

Embracing Change in our mid-life experiences!

4:00 EST, 1:00 PST!

Do join me on FB Live and Insta Live for a short chat about those changes we are going through, and how to navigate, how to realign, how to reconnect, and make the changes we wish to be!

here on FB: https://www.facebook.com/paulettecoach

and on Inst: https://www.instagram.com/paulettereesdenis/

~~~~~~~~~~~
Now, let’s chat about these changes!
There is a variety of experiences and transitions. Here are some key aspects to consider:
Self-Discovery and Reinvention: Midlife often prompts a reevaluation of priorities, goals, and identity. Women may explore new passions, careers, or lifestyles, embracing opportunities they didn’t pursue earlier in life, because why? WE CHANGE AS WE GET OLDER! And this can be an exciting time for you.
Physical Changes: Well damn, not always fun, but we still must feel gratitude for these bodies…Menopause and hormonal shifts can bring physical changes. Embracing these changes involves adapting to new health needs and understanding the natural progression of the body. And LOVING it through the changes.
Career Transitions: Many women use midlife as a good time and a chance to pivot careers or pursue long-held ambitions. This might involve returning to education, starting a business, or shifting to a more fulfilling role. Stepping back into some dreams from yesteryear or acknowledging new ones.
Relationship Shifts:: Whether it’s children leaving home, changes in marital dynamics, or evolving friendships, midlife often reshapes relationships. Women may seek deeper connections, let go of past relationships that are not serving them or even bringing them down,  or find new ways to nurture existing ones.
Mindset Shifts: Midlife can bring a heightened sense and/or a desire for more self-awareness, re-connection, and confidence. Women may develop a clearer and newer sense of purpose and prioritize their own well-being more assertively. Amen!
Community and Support: Finding newer communities and support groups and gatherings becomes crucial. This could be through friendships, networking-either in person or in online groups, with sharing experiences can provide validation and guidance.
Health and Wellness: Prioritizing physical and mental health becomes vital. Women might adopt new wellness practices, from exercise routines to mindfulness techniques, to support their well-being, while shifting through several of these changes.
Financial Planning: This is a biggie for so many of us women! Planning for retirement and financial stability gains importance. Women may reassess financial goals and seek professional advice to secure their future.
Spiritual Growth: Midlife often sparks a deeper curiosity and desire for an exploration of spirituality and meaning. Women seekers may engage in meditation, reflection, or religious practices to foster inner growth.
Rock on sista! In embracing change during midlife, your journey is unique. It’s about honoring all of your past achievements while embracing the new opportunities and challenges that come with diving into this transformative stage of life.
I wish you great blessings, clarity, and joy in the newer stages on your journey!
Let me know if I can support you…
Thanks for being here, dearheart…
The Power of Movement for Women in Mid-Life: Today on FB Live
The Power of Movement for Women in Mid-Life: Today on FB Live
Reconnecting with Your Body’s Strength and Vitality
Can you imagine how incredible your body would feel to re-find find those things that used to make your body strong and and nourish your whole being?
Make sure to tune in, join up in our private women’s group on FB,
Dance with Desire,
Today, Tuesday, 1:00 PST/ 4:00 EST, for another
Lively Conversation about Embracing Change in Mid-Life
Today’s topic: Movement
This is our new weekly conversation in our group!
As women, we often find ourselves juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, leaving little time for our own well-being.  Time to change that! One aspect of self-care that I talk about ALL the time, and  that should never be overlooked is movement.
I see so many women as they get older, getting disconnected from that joyful and invigorating idea of moving their bodies. And even fearful of going out dancing and taking some sort of movement class, saying their are too old, they don’t remember, they haven’t danced since college, etc, etc, etc!
Moving our bodies regularly is essential for both our physical, spiritual, and emotional health, especially as we step into our mid-life experience.
YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO MOVE THAT BODY
The Benefits of Movement for Women in Mid-Life
Let me count the ways…
…countless benefits to continue, or start, moving our bodies, with a fresh start, or adding in something different:
Improved mood: Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects.Reduced risk of chronic diseases: Exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer.Increased energy levels: Regular exercise can help us feel more energized throughout the day.Stronger bones and muscles: Exercise helps to build and maintain strong bones and muscles, which can help us stay active and independent as we age.Improved sleep: Exercise can help us fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly.Reduced stress: Exercise can be a great way to relieve stress and tension.
There are many different ways to move your body, so find something you enjoy and stick with it. I’ve always been a dancer, and many of my students and clients are dancers, but even with that mode of movement, cross-training, or doing something different is important for our bodies to continue to stay strong, flexible, and feeling great.
STEP OUT OF YOUR BOX!
Imagine that great feeling of moving with more ease and joy in that beautiful divine bod!
What cha’ gonna do?
Walking: Walking is a great way to get some low-impact exercise. Aim for at least 30 minutes of walking most days of the week. This is my non-negotiable every day. So important for my well-being and my mood, and how to start the day.Running: Running is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn calories. If you’re new to running, start slowly and gradually increase your distance and speed over time. You might be surprised how running can get your juju moving!Dancing: Dancing is a fun and social way to get some exercise. Find a dance class you enjoy or put on your favorite music and dance around your living room or go out rock n’rolling. Always! I’ve been dancing since I was 7, and for those of you who aren’t familiar, I run a global bellydance company and enjoy the group styling of this dance, plus the sensual, exotic, feminine energy this evokes. (Global Caravan Tribal Bellydance). But I love all kinds of dancing including country line dancing, and meditative movement.Yoga: Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. There are many different types of yoga classes, so find one that’s right for you.Pilates: Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates can be done on a mat or with specialized equipment. Gotta keep that core strength as that is were we move from, our own power and creative center.Gym workouts: with machines and weight training and cardio… I just love going to the gym. I love being in my body
Listen to Your Body
 A little at a time, One step at a time…just take the first step.
Don’t forget…it’s important to listen to your body when you’re exercising. If you’re feeling pain, stop and rest. Don’t push yourself too hard, especially if you’re new to exercise. Start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts over time.
Moving your body is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health and well-being. So find something you enjoy and make it a regular part of your life. Your body will thank you for it!
And you’ll step into your mid-life and even your cronedom with way more ease, joy, and a body that moves with you…
Embracing Change and Finding Clarity in Midlife-Workshop this Sunday
Embracing Change and Finding Clarity in Midlife-
Join me in my
Free Workshop this Sunday!
ON FB LIve in our private women’s group page,
Dance with Desire…
This Sunday, June 30th, 8:00 am, EST!
and yes, it will be recorded, so jump on to the group page!
Hello beautiful, and happy Funday to you…I have some questions for YOU!
As I’ve pondered, reflected, and worked with so many women in the throws of mid-life questioning, this topic is worthy of lots of conversations. And that ‘s just what I want to have. I’m curious about what you are wanting, needing, desiring, as you step into this next phase of your life…
What exactly is mid-life? It sure is different than it was many moons ago! I feel it is about ages mid-40’s up into the 70’s. What about you? Life is so different now, and as we approach these years, we are not DONE!  There is so much more to see, to do, to learn about, to give back to the world, as we continue to live with compassion and purpose and also still working, as in NOT retired!
But we do change, and we want changes…right?
These are the main questions I talk with my women clients and friends about and I want to bring these to the forefront. There is no reason to feel alone at the gorgeous stage in your life, this could be a whole new beginning for you, if you desire to continue on living with passion and curiosity! Not DONE Living!
1. Wouldn’t it feel great to find more time for yourself and release those stuck and frustrated feelings?
2.  How empowering would it be to feel not so tired, in all parts of you, spiritually, emotionally, and physically?
3.  How joyful would it feel to find new things that were fun for you now, at this phase of your life?
4. Ohhh, wouldn’t it feel great to have some time for yourself, your self-care and feeling not so frumpy but, tuned up and toned up in your body?
5. How awesome would it feel for you to have that heart-felt connection stepping into your new desires and feel more connected with yourself?
These are just a few questions I get and how I help guide women to make those changes and release old stories as well as listen in deeper to their heart and soul. Thngs change!
. So let’s talk about these things. We are going to start this Sunday, but I plan on having a once a week discussion in our private group page, and I ask you to show up and participate and ask for what you desire!
We’ll even have some hot seat coaching in those weekly sessions, when I get to find out what you are going through and give you some quick powerful coaching advice!
We are building community here too, with like-minded creative women who have a voice and want to be heard and share and support each other.
Nothing like it!
Exciting!
SOooooo…
I’ll be LIVE In our private women’s FB group page,
Dance with Desire!
Akashic Records Intuitive, #186
I am excited to share this interview conversation with you today, lovey !
JUST WOW, we are talking about the library for your soul!
The Akashic Records, specific to each of us, and our soul’s experiences! We talk about releasing resistance, oh yes, this is a big deal in creating the life we are here to live! And I’m always so curious as to how people get on their true path, and follow their desires.
Talking about trauma response, and during her childhood, how she shut down to survive. Then how she grew from retail into rediscovering who she was becoming, what was next, and how meditation has changed her self and her path,opening her up to hidden gems about herself!
Very powerful chat… and of course we talk about Time Management! My favorite thing to help with myself and also my clients too!
Becoming a Master Creator… Law of Attraction… Divine Creatorship…creating your reality from within, I’m all about this talk… you are gonna LOVE this conversation… Bring it on Jennifer!
Intentions and Self-Care
Good morning Tuesday!
Let’s talk about this mid-life thing and how we can step into more self-care and self-awareness and honor our sacred temple, this glorious bod ,and set ourselves up for success!
As a creative woman in your midlife experience, have you spent decades putting the needs of others before your own? Have you been  a caregiver, a breadwinner, a wife, a mother, and a friend? And can’t find time for your own self-care and creative joy?
Now, are you ready for a change? Are you’re ready to quit people-pleasing and step into your own self-care.
It’s not easy to make this transition. You may feel guilty or selfish for putting your own needs first. But it’s important to remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup. If you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be able to take care of anyone else.
Honor your Temple, dearheart!
Just a few ideas for you to claim back some time… for quitting people-pleasing and stepping into your own self-care:
Set boundaries. One of the most important things you can do is to set boundaries. This means learning to say NO to things that you don’t want to do or that will drain your energy.Saying no is one of the hardest things to do, but it’s essential for self-care. When you say no to something, you’re saying yes to yourself and your own needs.Take time for yourself. It’s important to take time for yourself every day, even if it’s just a few minutes. This time can be used to relax, meditate, or do something you enjoy.Develop some daily non-negotiables…Take care of your body. Eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep are all important for your physical and mental health. Make sure you’re taking care of your body so that you can feel your best.Spend time with people who support you. Surround yourself with people who love and support you. These people will help you feel good about yourself and will encourage you to take care of yourself.
Stepping into your own self-care can be a fun and
exciting  journey!
I would love to offer you a FREE Strategy Session —
Finding Your New Voice,
to get your magical mojo happening
Let’s talk! What are you desiring?
Finding your new voice is a journey of self-discovery. It is about finding what you are passionate about and sharing that with the world. It is about being yourself and not being afraid to speak up. It is about being patient and not giving up on your dreams.
I am excited to be of service to you, to possibly work together in the future as your coach, and help you achieve your creative abundance, the job of your dreams and desires!
How do you set your day up for success?
What are your non-negotiables?
This is how I start my day…
Breathwork, meditation, connection with my spirit and my body, coffee and journaling outside,
workout at the gym,
delicious fruit smoothie to nourish,
a joyful run with Rosiedog,
acknowledge the beauty surrounds me,
set intentions for the day
listen deep and allow the heart opening and expanding
which allows my work to unfold and rise up for me today
so I can shine my light, with focus
to be my highest vibration of service
and be fully present where my spirit, and mind, meet my body and move with passion and radiance
honoring this sacred temple
with so much gratitude
I live with my purpose
and manifest my desires
Now, how about you?
L.S. writes to me: thank you, you’re amazing, you help me through the toughest of tough, you’re my big guns , but not lethal, lifegiving!
To embody your dreams
MOVEMENT, MOMENTUM, AND MAGIC–
Transformational Lifestyle and Creativity CoachingWhat does it mean to embody your dreams?
To feel so deeply what you are desiring, to feel it in your body, to let the vision unfold for you so that you can bring it to you, become a magnet!
You must project abundance
to attract abundance!
And that means clarifying, to be super clear on what you are truly wanting, to be able to rewrite your story, especially now, my love, as we grow older and change our habits, patterns, visions.
And it is all good, all ok, all even fabulous!
Our bodies change, our values tighten up, and that also means shifting our mindset to our new longings!
And you might need to slay some dragons on the way…
Letting go of old stories, releasing obstacles and people that are holding you back, and quit self-sabotage!
This can be delightful…
to awaken something that has been sleeping, to remember, or to find that entirely new you in colorful togs to enliven your entire spirit,  with pens and paintbrushes to unleash that inner creative goddess, and airplanes to whisk you to new adventures, woks and mushrooms to stirfry up some uber delicious and healthy eats, and brick and mortar buildings housing your new creations!
Is it time to embody those new desires?
and let go of the overwhelm, the chaos in your brain, the people-pleasing guilt, the body that does not make you feel beautiful and powerful, the job that deadens your spirit, that the lethargy and tiredness of the same ole same ole…
What gives, lovey?
What’s next? You get to choose, you get to make a decision, to move forward, to take those baby steps, or giant leaps.
Time for YOU!
Paulette
Your Word is Your Wand! Join us…
Hello there,
Being a Word Witch
Words have power. They can heal, they can wound, they can inspire, and they can destroy. As a word witch, I use the power of words to create positive change in the world. In my world. In my life.
What is a word witch?
A word witch is someone who uses words intentionally and consciously to create a desired outcome. We believe that words are more than just a means of communication; they are also a form of magic. Of shifting energy, of manifesting desires, of creating stories.
What do word witches do?
Word witches use words to:
Heal: We use words to comfort, support, and inspire ourselves and often others. We use words to create a safe and welcoming space for journaling, quietly, intimately, , and sometimes share our stories.We use words to clear our brains, release toxic thoughts, look at what is real, and rewrite our stories.Journaling can be inspirational, clearing, healing, making space in ourselves for something new, releasing old stuck stories and beliefs, and having a good time creating for ourselves. Empower: We use words to help us find our newer voice and speak our truth. We use words to encourage ourselves to stand up for what we believe in, especially as we get older and our values change.Transform: We can use words to challenge the status quo and create a more just and equitable world. We use words to plant seeds of change and to manifest our dreams into reality.
How can you become a word witch?
Anyone can become a word witch. All you need is a willingness to use your words intentionally and consciously.
Pay attention to your words: Notice the words you use in everyday conversation. Are they positive or negative? Do they build others up or tear them down?Choose your words carefully: When you speak, take a moment to think about the words you are using. Choose words that are kind, compassionate, and empowering.Use your words to create positive change: Use your words to stand up for what you believe in. Use your words to challenge injustice and to create a more just and equitable world.
As I always say
thoughts become words become things!
Want to dive in more?
Being a word witch is a powerful way to make a positive impact on the world. By using our words intentionally and consciously, we can create a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.
Overwhelmed?
Hey beautiful ,
I wanted to share something that I have been witnessing more and more lately. As we navigate the relentless demands of our work and our home lives, I have talked with women who are feeling increasingly overwhelmed and stressed, never having enough time to get everything done.
It’s as if the weight of responsibilities and expectations has become too heavy to bear.
The mind races with tasks, deadlines, and obligations, leaving one feeling scattered and unable to focus. Even when one tries to relax, the nagging sense of being behind lingers, casting a shadow over one’s thoughts.
Like waking in the middle of the night, worrying about tomorrow, that is not a restful sleep.
I know that has become a more and more common experience in our fast-paced world, but it doesn’t make it any easier to manage.
That’s why I wanted to reach out and discuss how we might navigate these feelings together.
I believe that open communication and support are essential in addressing challenges like these. Sharing one’s experiences and seeking solutions together can help us feel less isolated and overwhelmed.
If you are feeling this sense of overwhelm, are feeling sluggish and stressed from the workload, I’d love to talk with you about how you improve your well-being as well as getting things done with more ease, to help ease your overworked brain, and bring some relief and peace.
Wouldn’t that feel great?
I can help you create and implement a more flexible work schedule, and explore stress-reduction techniques to help you not feel like you are racing against the clock!
Let’s work together to find a way to navigate these feelings and emerge stronger so you can let go of the stress of overwhelm, and start to see how taking care of you first can lead to more happiness and abundance in your daily life.
So let’s talk, ok? Can you book that free strategy call with me now, Finding Your New Voice? Click here to get us on your calendar!
I wish you great ease and joy! Thanks for being here,
