Time to reflect on change
As I move into the next phase of my work, my creativity, my life, I am taking this day to reflect, write, meditate, collage my new journal, vision questing is what this is. Gaining clarity and focus, with a mild reboot and cleanse starting tomorrow. A new phase, a new vision, of what I can bring to you, of what I can create that makes a difference, of ways I can use my knowledge and skills to guide, not just you, but me too! For my connection with my dreams and desires are what fuels me to live my life on purpose, to be in the gratitude, so thankful for all that I have, all that I am, and all that I can be, to move forward with beautiful intention, to go after what I desire and the changes I want to make as I rewrite my story, yet again, so I can live with joy and health and wealth. This is my time for me, such a beautiful journey to continue on….
and then I can help to fuel you, so you too, can step into that zone of creativity.

More about Dr. Sofia!
After experiencing a host of injuries, health issues, and recurring back pain for more than ten years, Dr. Sofia Costa dedicated her life to figuring out why it all happened for her.
Witnessing the gap within the medical field by observing her parents’ work as medical physicians, she knew then, at a very young age she wanted to help people feel better, too, but in a different way.
In 2012, Dr. Costa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California, after working for three years as a Tier 3 Master Trainer at Equinox Fitness in Miami, FL. By June 2016, Dr. Costa started her own business in Los Angeles so that she can gain the freedom to provide more support to meet her clients’ needs. Throughout the years, she attended countless continuing education courses on energy medicine, emotional healing, functional medicine, movement, and nutrition. She also wrote The End of Back Pain: The Secret to Gaining Relief and Staying Active.
Dr. Costa uses an integrative inside-out approach helping hundreds of clients overcome the struggle of back pain so they can feel free to do what they love without limits. She creates awareness that 80% of back pain is not the back. Dr. Costa gets to the deep root cause and provides clients with tools that empower them feel stronger in their mind and body.
Because of her journey, it has become her mission to support people on theirs.
Dr. Costa created The Costa Method offering 1-1 and group online programs so that you can gain relief out of the comfort of your own home.
Dr. Costa continues to connect and inspire by teaching educational workshops, speaking at various health and wellness events, podcast features, and soon to be leading retreats.
Dr. Costa currently lives a bi-coastal life traveling between Los Angeles and her hometown, Puerto Rico.

Finally! I finally got Dr. Nell to be on my show! She’s a busy gal, a smart business woman, and an amazing holistic vet and traveling instructor, who I’ve known for years. Of course she has helped me for years with my furry loves, and I’ve always admired the way she approaches not just the animals but her business too. Full of integrity, well thought out biz plans, compassion and great tools for all the animals. Plus she has an active outside-of work-life, traveling and camping and major adventures, adding great joy to her person and her life! Outside interests and maintaining balance!

Dr. Nell is an integrative veterinarian practicing in Portland, Oregon, and is bringing natural healing options to pets worldwide through virtual visits. She has been a vet since 2004 and became certified in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine for pets in 2010. Dr. Nell integrates the East and the West, along with healthy doses of energy and empathy, to reach the best results for her patients. She is an acupuncture instructor for other vets and has spoken at both national and international conferences. She has always made a point to build in time every day to protect and restore her own energy. Dr. Nell enjoys just about any outdoor activity as well as reading, relaxing, and yoga. During this phase of her career, Dr. Nell’s missions are to increase happiness in the veterinary field and to make integrative medicine more accessible to animals across the globe.
