Yes, you can draw them to you, attract your desires.

You Are Not Alone

There is no standard in my world. I don’t play by the “rules”. I have created my own. I have written my own book. I am my own sacred rebel. 

But there still is some sort of rebelliousness that works, if you stand in your own divinity, lady. And being that hard-ass does not always work, right? Have you experienced that? 

But there are people out there that have your back, and want to see you succeed and live your life on your own terms. And the thing is, you are NOT alone… nor do you have to be. 

A lesson I learned well into my own entrepreneurship. I did write my own book, and I see so many women trying to do it too. And that is not the way to create that beautiful connection between creativity, entrepreneurship, artistic expression, community. Remember, we are all in this together. 

I have spent my entire adulthood teaching, sharing, supporting others, having created something that is so good for the world. But some of those women I have worked with, have fought to want to stand on their own, and separating themselves from the good that has fed them.  Painful for all parties.

And you don’t have to do that. You see, there is no weakness is asking for help, for wanting support and guidance, for following in another’s path. I learned that later on in my career, and am so thankful I finally did. Sacred rebel that I am. 

You can still  stand in your own shoes, your own creativity, your own power, and shine your light and prosper and expand into the life that you desire. One that brings you abundance and joy. There is no weakness in connecting and asking questions, and wanting someone to have your back. 

You have questions, uncertainty, overwhelmed in this time of your life. As you have gotten older, things have changed, you have changed, your values have changed, and mostly your desire for a different way of living has changed. You may not be sure, now, of what is next, of your new purpose, of how to move forward, of loving your older body, of connecting deeper with your intuitive wisdom and spirit. 

That is where I come in, as your coach and guide and experienced mentor! That is what we face and talk about, and journal about, and dive deep, and step into our dreams and new desires in my newest women’s circle, starting next week! Our ways of living, our desires for ourselves and our day-to-day as well as our future have changed from where it was before. 

And working together in community of women, in a sacred and safe circle, even virtually, can be so powerful, so loving, so inspiring, and so freakin fun, as we grow and evolve and expand into more of who we are now, rewriting and rewiring so that we can live with more joy, more abundance, more clarity and our own intuitive guidance, our DGS ( Divine Guidance System!).

Well, I’ve taken it to heart this summer. I’ve spent lots of time walking outside, visiting gardens and sightseeing, in between work and caretaking for my 97-year-old mama. From the way people talk…you’d think that getting older was the worst thing to happen and that it was a total pain in the ass! 

But let me tell you, that couldn’t be further from the truth. I won’t fall into that mindset at all!

I’ve been leading workshops and retreats, taking one on one clients, guiding group masterminds and circles of women, and watching, listening, sharing my own proven steps, and helping these women rewrite their stories, change their mindsets, move their bodies and their energy, and reach deeper connection with a lust for life, for over 30 years. 

And recently I’ve been adding to my toolbox, my magic hat, that treasure chest of dreams and desires, with an even deeper connection with and for my clients, spiritually, physically and emotionally,  so they can step into their light, their power, their beauty, and really take action on their dreams!

And what do I hear from my clients:

I got what I wanted from our time together… wanted to get ideas about how to market and grow my business and I wanted to be held accountable for taking necessary steps to improve my health and grow my business.  Hello September!

Is this a sign? 

In just the last month, I’ve talked with and helped guide several women to get moving and be acknowledged and connected, and moving toward their newest desires, all in their bodies,  their minds, and their spirit selves. Soooo good!

And that’s normal for me! 😉

It wasn’t always this way, though.

I didn’t get to this place of leadership, guide, and master coach level overnight.

It took years of training, life experience, and discipline, along with lots of intuitive guidance, and practice! Following my own Divine Guidance System combined with self-education and honoring my own sacred rebel self…

I’ve worked with women around the globe, training, teaching, listening to, and sharing with those who were searching, open and ready for change. And who were curious and ready for my processes for entrepreneurship, lifestyle creation and joy, money-making skills, female business ownership, and mostly that deeper connection for self-clarity. 

As always, it got my juices fired up, and wheels spinning, ‘cause I always want to share this work, and love to help people shine their light and live with abundance and happiness, without the aloneness I often experienced, plus the long journey on the hamsterwheel, that continuos circle without being able to get off! No one needs to have it take as long as it took for me to get to this lifestyle of my desires

I have shared a little bit of my tools and methods and beliefs with you in different formats, while working full on with my private clients and in my workshops and retreats and gatherings. 

And now I’d lpve to share my processes and support with you— in my newest women’s virtual circle!

I hear all too often about someone being stuck in overwhelm. They have some great ideas, some new projects to develop, the desire for more students or clients, the wish for more money, even more connection with themselves as they grow older. We change as we age, and that is awesome, wth new desires and wishes. But often there is internal chaos and the circling around and around on the crazy merry-go-round of inspiration meets procrastination! And how to go about making those changes.  Do you know what I’m talking about?

I love that moment of divine inspiration, of connecting with my creative spirit and getting the magical downloads of new challenges and creative adventures! Sometimes there are too many to do at once, and that right there can spiral into sitting on the living room floor not doing anything because of confusion of how to take a first step or which way to go first! Ever had that feeling? Been in that situation?

Being a coach that helps you transform your life and your business, I thrive in being your guide to shift your mindset, change your words, and your tuneup your body for connection, clarity, action, and celebration! Sounds like a great place to be, right?

To live lit up, to be on fire, to shine your light. And take action. To feel freaking great in your body, your mind, and your spirit… Illumination!
The journey of changing your mindset toward transformation can be a long and winding road, full of confusion but it can also be exciting. It is not something that can be achieved overnight, but rather through a series of small steps and incremental changes. The first step is to connect with your spirit self, and ask some potent questions of what is truly next for you. To identify the areas in your life that you would like to see change. Once you have identified these areas, you can begin to develop a plan for how you will make them happen.

One of the most important things to remember when changing your mindset is that it takes time and effort. There may be setbacks along the way, but you gotta stay on the train! it is important to persevere. If you are willing to put in the work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. 

And that is manifestation of your desires, to bring into fruition your new dreams. Delicious!

One of the most important things to remember when changing your mindset is that it takes time and effort. There may be setbacks along the way, but you gotta stay on the train! it is important to persevere. If you are willing to put in the work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. 

And that is manifestation of your desires, to bring into fruition your new dreams. Delicious!

Here are a few tips to help you on your journey to transformation:

Set realistic goals. When you are trying to change your mindset, it is important to set realistic goals. Don’t try to change everything overnight. Baby steps, my friend. Start with small, achievable goals, and that will get you excited and able to see all your possibilities…then you will want to continue and gradually work your way up to bigger ones.Be patient and kind with your self. Change takes time. Don’t expect to see results overnight. Self-care and self-love as you take your steps.Surround yourself with positive people. This is sooooo important! The people you surround yourself with have a big impact on your mindset. If you want to change your mindset, it is important to surround yourself with uplifiting people who believe in you and support your goals.Take action. The most important thing you can do to change your mindset is to take action. Don’t just sit around and think about change. Start taking steps towards your goals. The more you take action, the more your mindset will start to change.

This is the reason behind creating my women’s circle and mastermind groups ( and retreats!) Surrounding ourselves in a circle of creative women who are wanting to create change in their life, who want to be in circle, both sacred and pragmatic! Who want some guidance, support, and clarity. There is power, magic and beauty in a circle where women work together, share, listen, inspire, support, and focus, whether that be virtually or in person.

Reading books and articles can help you to learn new things and to develop new perspectives.Attend workshops and seminars. There are many workshops and seminars available on the topic of personal development. Attending these events can help you to learn from experts and to network with other people who are interested in personal development.Talk to a therapist or counselor. If you are struggling to change your mindset, it may be helpful to talk to a therapist or counselor. They can help you to identify the root of your problems and to develop a plan for change.Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It can be a helpful tool for changing your mindset. There are many different ways to practice mindfulness, such as meditation, yoga, or simply taking a few deep breaths.Be kind to yourself. Change takes time and effort. It is important to be kind to yourself during this process. Don’t beat yourself up if you make mistakes. Just keep moving forward.
