Health Coach to Help Women Get a Better Butt and Health Benefits
As a health coach I meet some women who want to build muscle and get a better butt.
Many women wanting to build muscle and get a better butt however often go about it the wrong way, eat unhealthy food (or anything, much of which I wouldn't even call "food" to gain weight).
In so doing these women trying to get a better butt are in actuality often times adding on fat and cellulite to their thighs and stomachs - all to get a better butt. Hmmm, maybe not a "better" butt, just a big more flabby butt.
However some women feel if they don't get a better butt (a.k.a. bigger, like Kim Kardashian) guys won't like them.
Not true! I personally as a health coach, former personal fitness trainer and nutritional consultant don't personally care for a big butt on women. I don't think a better butt is necessarily a bigger butt.
Being a health coach, my primary focus is on health over outward appearances. Although some women are not happy with their weight, the reality is many women are at the ideal weight (of course many American women are also overweight and would love to be smaller like the young ladies in hot pursuit of a better butt - a.k.a. bigger).
As a health coach I attend to body, mind and spirit of the people I work with taking a holistic approach. I also teach all of my clients how to detox their livers, settle their emotions, achieve internal peace, physical flexibility, stability and achieve peak performance.
Now those benefits are far more than getting a better butt for sure!

Fast Food and Customer Satisfaction
Fast food and customer satisfaction is a bit of an oxymoron unless personal health isn't high on your priority scale.
Yahoo News recently reported McDonald's ranked last in customer satisfaction in the list of fast food chains. [http://shine.yahoo.com/shine-food/mcd...]
When driving long distances and faced with fewer options, I may pop into a fast food chain seeking to use the bathroom, grab a glass of water, a salad, or back in the day an English muffin. Customer satisfaction for me rarely was an issue, except for at Wendy's (a former favorite for hamburgers) where I and my wife were given raw meat in our burgers and the restaurant was a disaster during a Space Shuttle lift off at Cape Canaveral.
Another Wendy's we visited in Orlando had a messy dining area and kind of half-hearted employees. Nevertheless if I were overworked and underpaid at a greasy fast food restaurant (as I was when in high-school working for KFC) I totally understand poor customer satisfaction. You can't pay peanuts and expect more than monkeying around on the job.
McDonalds is not a restaurant I frequent, but to their credit the few times I have been in their establishment overseas and in the U.S., they have been very attentive, polite and courteous. I'm more concerned about the quality of their food as it pertains to public health. A better use of energy would be on the quality of food, for which health conscious consumers will happily wait a bit longer. Fast food is usually less healthy.

Police Brutality at Volusia County Police, Florida
Unfortunately police brutality is still alive and well across the United States. The Volusia county police recently showed their true colors in an incident this year in which Volusia county police mistreated inmates and innocent citizens alike attending courthouse hearings.
This year my 64 y-o father recently watched a Volusia county police officer dehumanize and mistreat inmates in a courtroom ...after which the Volusia county police officer proceeded to bully my father for simply whispering a question to another person next to him in court.
The bully cop serving the Volusia county police through my dad out of the courtroom, took him outside, kicked him on his heel, then brought him back into the courthouse lobby in front of other citizens present to humiliate him, making him get on his knees and put his face to the floor, after which the the Volusia county police officer shoved my father's head into the concrete, hand coughed, roughed him up and proceeded to arrest him.
When the Volusia county police "officer" later conferred with another law enforcement agent and realized he had no grounds for an arrest, the bully cop "serving" Volusia county police let my father (bleeding and bruised) go home.
I told my father on father's day about Rodney King and how police brutality still occurs across America and that WE MUST NOT BE SILENT!
Police brutality is unacceptable, immoral, unethical and ungodly. What my father experienced at the hands (and egos) of the Volusia county police will be made known and the public protestation and outcry will increase and intensify until justice, restitution, and a publicly apology made for the public humiliation and harm done by the Volusia county police to my father and family.

Diversity Speaker Yelling at White People LOL
As a diversity speaker I don't discriminate when yelling at white people is appropriate! Today while driving home from the bank, about two-tenths of a mile from my house, when I had an open lane to enter the road, I did so.
But in the distance a driver speeding like a bat out of hell was determined to cut me off so he could be in my lane and behind only two cars rather than behind 4 cars at the stop light. Pathetic I know.
Even worse however was that while I'm driving 15 miles an hour forward, knowing I need to stop shortly behind the cars ahead of me, this guy comes driving like a maniac 40mph and with about 5 to 10 feet to spare cuts me off in between the other car inches in front of him so he could be the man and be ahead of me and position himself for the race of life. LOL
I got out of my car (since we were at a stoplight and it was summer time and he had his window down) and yelled at him, "That's unacceptable!"
The dude was probably in his late 30s early 40s and white. I don't have a problem yelling at white people or any people for that matter who disrupt society, disrespect people and bully their way around haphazardly disregarding the feelings of others.
Yelling at white people who have biases and racial tendencies is not necessarily fruitful, but bringing in a white diversity speaker like me who "gets it", has authored 'United States of Arrogance' (published 2007), and doesn't hesitate to tell jaded white people the facts of life will ensure they show up at your annual diversity event to get an earful, receive a check up from the neck up and hopefully drop their negative predisposition and disrespect toward others of another race.
So if you have thought about yelling at white people a time or two, but held your tongue not thinking they would listen to you because of your skin color; I'm happy to offer my services to you as a diversity speaker to help them hear the message through someone of their own skin pigment.
I know it is pathetic, but some white people (especially the racist, prejudice and those without passports who have never traveled anywhere and think the U.S. is the best ...LOL... the ones who most provoke yelling at white people unfortunately) will only listen to people who look like them.
I look like, but am not necessarily like them inwardly. So if you want to punk your white people of the prejudice kind and get your message through with wisdom, tact, a prophetic punch and deliver some mail that will be heard... bring in this worldwide diversity speaker to help your hard headed white people wake up to their stupidity, racial tendencies, erroneous predispositions and truly get it to thereby facilitate a meaningful change, reconciliation and personal transformation.

Apostolic Anointing to Build the Church and Bring Breakthrough in the Earth
What is an apostolic anointing? A brother in Greece recently asked me to explain the apostolic anointing after watching one of my videos on the topic from Corinth.
The apostolic anointing is intended to build the local church and bring God's glory strong throughout the earth.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4Kvij...
My answer to his question on the apostolic anointing in relation to the divine mandate to win the lost, build the local church and breakthrough in the earth is as follows:
Ultimately all ministerial service and ministerial offices are intended to manifest the reality of the risen Christ and exalt the Lord of life fully in the earth, while simultaneously building the Church globally to love and equip God's people to serve humanity. Thereby Christ is glorified as His Church reaches the lost, restores lives, raises disciples and releases leaders in the earth for the glory of God.
An apostolic anointing touches and functions in all ministerial offices (as the thumb touches four fingers): the relational nurturing aspects of the Pastor, the intuitive and visionary insights of the Prophet, the soul-winning ability of the Evangelist, the revelation and instructional ability of the Teacher, and the discipleship, training of leadership and empowerment of church planting/oversight of the Apostle.
God did special miracles through Paul the apostle (Acts 19:11) and wants no less today as Christ Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If you want to build the Church of Jesus Christ and need an apostolic anointing and ministry in your local church; then contact Paul (info@PaulFDavis.com) to have him minister in your city.
Together we can build the church (a spiritual house - God's people being the living stones for whom Christ died and desires to equip). Please don't contact me asking for money around the world to build the church. LOL
I'm building God's people through the apostolic anointing. The buildings made of stone will eventually crumble and be left behind (see Matthew 24:1; Acts 7:48-49).

Real Estate in India - India Real Estate Market
Real estate in India and the India real estate market is something worth keeping your eye on considering India will eventually surpass China as the world's largest populace.
If you are interested in investing in the India real estate market, I have a trusted network of brokers to assist you in acquiring real estate in India. If you would like to be a real estate broker with whom I work in India and refer buyer leads, kindly write me at (info@PaulFDavis.com) and provide me more information about your company, credibility and its qualifications.
The Economist magazine spoke favorably of India and projects it will surpass China as a global business powerhouse due to many factors: among which are the Indian government's commitment to democracy, development and listening to its people.
As someone who has lived in and traveled throughout India, I am fascinated with many aspects of Indian culture. From a business standpoint, the India real estate market is continually evolving and changing.
I experienced real estate in India when I first stayed in Chennai and Delhi and some time later secured an apartment in Bangalore.
Real estate in India from a corporate perspective is continually shifting and evolving.
CoreNet Global revealed the following top 10 issues in the India real estate market facing corporate real estate professionals. Having lived in India and traveled throughout 70 countries, I will add my insights below after citing each of these top 10 issues.
1) Safety and security at the workplace
As someone who worked at ground zero the first week of 9/11 and has lived in Asia for 4 years, I understand the security concerns of multinational corporations and executives.
Often when pulling up to fine hotels throughout Asia, my taxi was stopped by security to check beneath the car for bombs and explosives.
When I was last in Indonesia, the U.S. Embassy was under lock down because of a bomb threat. Nevertheless after having a cordial conversation with Indonesian police and a few friendly hellos with protestors (who were more angry at the U.S. government than me personally), I easily and fearlessly walked into the embassy (which many others had left as a security precaution).
Another hotel I once visited during an earlier visit to Jakarta, Indonesia had been blown up by radical Muslims during President Clinton's visit years prior.
When I went inside to view the hotel, I noticed the phones still weren't working and the bellman was sleeping in the bed in the room I examined prior to making a booking to stay there. Thankfully I didn't.
Such concerns arise across India as it has a large, vibrant and diverse number of religious groups - some being a bit more vocal and given to protestation than others.
I know when I was in Manipur, India there were locals protesting the government's taking of their lands. Indian police were stationed across the city streets and tanks positioned in case anything got out of hand.
In Orissa, India an Australian man and his two sons were burned to death years ago when radical Hindus disapproved to his work with local churches.
These matters raise eyebrows, increase one's blood pressure and arouse concerns indeed. Nevertheless as the author of 'United States of Arrogance' (published in 2007) and 'God vs. Religion' - I understand the pulse of the global community and how to navigate through emotional intensity and unresolved hostilities.
This being said, as a real estate professional, I also understand what foreigners and multinational corporations mean when they are assessing real estate in India with security in mind.
2) Optimization of their real estate portfolio;
As in any real estate market, portfolios likewise in the India real estate market differ from commercial to residential, some having a mix of both. Every investor obviously has different objectives, time constraints and intestinal fortitude that effect their staying power over the long-term.
Corporations like people have specific objectives, goals and desirable outcomes in mind when they invest. Thus we must listen attentively and seek to serve the client's investment needs and corporate objectives.
3) Trepidations arising from lack of vision due to unpredictable market conditions;
Vision always predetermines the course of any individual investor's or corporation's direction. The lack thereof can hinder progress, thwart purposeful investment and delay profitability within the India real estate market.
Taking the time early on to formulate your real estate investment strategy and identify your most important priorities is critical to ensure you stay on track throughout the real estate development and acquisition process.
4) Requirements for greater flexibility in business transactions with landlords;
Landlords across India (like anywhere else) differ in personality, preferences, ability (and willingness) to practice patience and the extent of their people (and linguistic) skills.
Things can take a bit more time in India than other places. Thus the India real estate market, like the country and culture, requires an emotional and relational investment. Otherwise real estate in India may not go as well for you (and as to why not, often unbeknownst to you - it being a cultural thing).
5) Shortage of CRE talent in the market and staff retention;
As an expat and someone who feels at home in India (and truly loves India, practices yoga and studies Ayurveda), I cannot deny that the shortage of skilled professionals in real estate in India makes me rather happy. I see this as an opportunity for me to serve the India real estate market (perhaps you and your company) and its growing needs.
As a creative problem solver, former educator, corporate trainer and worldwide motivational speaker; I also delight in the prospect of training real estate professionals in India with regard to best business practices to further develop and improve the India real estate market so it can be more accepting of global real estate dealings and embrace more international opportunities to collaborate within real estate in India.
6) The rise of new technology and its incorporation into the workplace;
The rise of new technology will certainly influence and impact the India real estate market as it does all other industries. Real estate in India is continually growing to serve corporate growth, new business process outsourcing, corporate relocation and restructuring.
7) Challenges resulting from the inadequacies of existing building infrastructures;
Existing buildings and infrastructure in India is greatly in need of improvement. I endured a train crash myself while traveling across India "first class" because the old British train system and rail lines have yet to be properly updated, improved and enhanced.
Real estate in India is not much different. The India real estate market is likely more mature than the buildings and infrastructure it is selling and representing.
Because bribery is customarily accepted and widespread across India, public officials and building code inspectors are capable of being paid off to approve inspections. Thus the quality of workmanship can sometimes be lacking as corners are cut and buildings approved before code requirements are truly fully met.
Real estate in India has yet to come up to the level of compliance as in other countries where such shortcuts would never be permitted. Likewise negotiations, deals and contracts in the India real estate market also have room for improvement, increased transparency and closer adherence to matters of ethics.
My experience has shown me it is customary within the India real estate market for landlords to require tenants to improve their apartments and rented building spaces if they desire such. Landlords rarely bear the expense of cosmetic and structural enhancements, which often are passed on to tenants.
8) The need to redesign office work zones to support trends towards more mobile workforces;
Redesigning outdated office work zones requires skilled labor, interior designers (if you would like the finished product to be visually appealing), trustworthy and proven construction managers, and of course approval from inspectors (who can tend to drag their feet and intentionally delay the process when they get sticky fingers and are lusting for some bribe money to sign off in approval of something to meet code and legal requirements).
In an effort to reduce corporate overhead, expenses and the payroll; several corporations are opting and shifting to mobile workforces - allowing proven performers to work from home or remote offices to minimize the expense of costly buildings and maintenance of the same in highly commercialized (and expensive) areas.
Such shifts within the India real estate market is causing real estate in India to be reconsidered and more carefully planned for multipurpose use to enhance future marketability in the event of such continued mobile workforce trends.
9) Embracing sustainable practices versus managing the costs associated with going green;
Sustainability is huge among farmers in India who don't particularly care for Monsanto, U.S. bio-piracy of their indigenous plants and herbs (i.e., neem), genetically modified seed stripping their soil of its vital nutrients and minerals, nor corporations who pollute their rivers and contaminate their streams.
India being the world's largest democracy has the underpinnings and foundational strength to propel great social movements that will reform societies and nations across the world once embraced, applied, implemented and duplicated.
Sustainability transcends the India real estate market and given real estate itself sits atop land, expect real estate in India to be used in a more socially and environmentally conscious fashion in years to come as citizens come together to be heard and exert their influence in real estate uses and dealings effecting national agriculture, environmental sustainability, the viability and purity of water for communities and matters pertaining to urban planning to ensure real estate in India is used in a manner that is best for everybody.
10) The need for more effective strategies to manage change.
Change is ongoing, even more so in developing countries such as India. Managing change is not nearly as easy as embracing, journeying with it and simultaneously making the necessary adjustments to not thwart the progress change brings.
Real estate in India as I said from the beginning is in a state of ongoing change and evolution. This is a good thing. The India real estate market will grow (both outwardly, legislatively, and in regard to corporate social responsibility).
Those who earnestly and sincerely have India's best and long-term interest at heart will do well in the India real estate market and be embraced by the wonderful people and leadership of India - one of the most dynamic and magnificent countries on earth.

2) Optimization of their real estate portfolio;
3) Trepidations arising from lack of vision due to unpredictable market conditions;
4) Requirements for greater flexibility in business transactions with landlords;
5) Shortage of CRE talent in the market and staff retention;
6) The rise of new technology and its incorporation into the workplace;
The rise of new technology will certainly influence and impact the India real estate market as it does all other industries. Real estate in India is continually growing to serve corporate growth, new business process outsourcing, corporate relocation and restructuring.
7) Challenges resulting from the inadequacies of existing building infrastructures;
8) The need to redesign office work zones to support trends towards more mobile workforces;
9) Embracing sustainable practices versus managing the costs associated with going green;

Make Peace with Yourself - Possess Your Soul
Make peace with yourself. Learn how to calm your emotions, possess your soul and be made whole in the midst of life's challenges.
Making peace with yourself and strategies to possess your soul is what a recent video I produced is about.
The topic of making peace with yourself is one the elderly come to grips with before passing on and leaving us. Yet how more happy and purposeful you would live if you could settle your heart and mind and make peace with yourself now while you are yet young (or younger, or not so old yet).
Please comment below and let me know what areas you struggle and most need to cultivate and learn how to establish peace with yourself in and how I can help coach you in the strategies to live victoriously daily and possess your soul.

Future of Medicine - Nutrition, Holistic Care and Public Health Over Profits
The future of medicine is going to change. I have no doubt the future of medicine will cause a revolutionary shift and change of focus, causing what presently exists in the United States (profiteering by physicians in the name of health care) to crumble.
The present practice of medicine is ugly and demands the future of medicine improve.
MSNBC's show American Greed revealed medical fraud occurring by a dermatologist telling patients they had cancer, preforming unnecessary surgeries, and taking a cut of over $2,000 each time. One Pastor was cut unnecessarily over 70 times until this crook of a "doctor" was arrested and imprisoned.
Another pharmacist was watering down prescriptions of chemo drugs giving to cancer patients to double his profits.
This list of malpractice is unending and can likely be found in full at the FBI website or obtained from the American Bar Association.
I've bought over $2,000 of books (many by medical doctors) on health, disease prevention and cancer prevention in the past several months.....making a "great wall" around my desk as my wife says with all my books, as I tackle and study matters of health and the future of medicine (including political and legal barriers of holistic medicine that treats the whole patient rather than profiting by merely treating body parts).
I've repeatedly read how most medical schools don't teach a single course in nutrition to their young physicians. The documentary "The Business of Being Born" (NetFlix) also shows how American docs prey on women, force and rush unnatural births, and so much more.
The future of medicine must honor mothers, natural births, and natural deaths without trying to rush or prolong the process for profit motives.
Hippocrates the father of medicine as you know said, "Food should be your medicine and medicine your food." But the way America processes and does food is wicked, unnatural and unsafe.
I've applied for a 2nd masters degree (online) with Michigan State Univ College of Law to study global food law and U of Alabama to study health (which masters program I will decide upon depends if I am accepted to both). The global food law comparisons should be very revealing.
Food itself is in reality the present reality (or failure) of public health and the future of medicine, because without good food (preferably living raw organic food rich with enzymes, vitamins and minerals) medical drugs will wreck the human immune system leaving it defenseless against illness and diseases.
The future of medicine in many rural and impoverished areas of the world (where trained medical doctors with heavy medical school payments to make) is self-care, attending to health and lifestyle changes.
I've done 7 liver cleanses in the past 4 to 5 months. The liver performs a 1,000 functions within the human body. When was the last time your doctor ever advised you to do a liver cleanse? Huh, LOL, never have my doctors. Yet these doctors will get the oil changed on their cars and regularly go in for the mechanic also to provide their cars a tune-up.
Why not the same upon the human body? This is the future of medicine.
The fifth liver and gallbladder cleanse I did released the largest amount of stones pictured here:
http://international-living-your-drea...
Have you ever done a liver cleanse?
I have a rash on the left side of my face that hasn't improved with anything modern medicine has offered. However some Chinese herbs (I got from a school of acupuncture locally) have helped. Looking to alternative treatments that don't disrupt the body and immune system with drugs is the future of medicine.
When the acupuncturist bled my left earlobe (and my right) they showed me the stagnant dark toxic blood in my left ear (unlike my right). So I'm taking burdock root, neem, sheep sorel and turkey rhubarb at the moment to try to cleanse my blood and remove the facial rash. I'm also waiting for a delivery of bamboo charcoal soap which I'm told removes impurities of the skin. Nutritional supplements like these and natural body products for the skin is the future of medicine.

Have you seen Indian Hospital - videos on AlJazeera English (incredible documentaries on the future of medicine) ... helping pioneer entrepreneurial modes of delivering health care.
Indian Hospital just outside of Bangalore, India is training heart surgeons in 6 years. This is the future of medicine!
Other medical professions are receiving trainings that are being streamlined to get medical help to the rural villages sooner rather than later. This is the future of medicine!
America is short of doctors and importing them from abroad (like Japan) so you've got a great market niche. Plus American medicine is outdated and working on a sickness rather than prevention, holistic paradigm. The future of medicine demands change and a shift away from the western approach.
I was shocked to learn about the Nazi history of Bayer pharmaceutical (just one of America's large drug companies):
http://www.naturalnews.com/specialrep...
The future of medicine will uncover the evil doing, profiteering, and wicked history of these drug companies and no longer push their pills, nor align with them to treat patients.
The future of medicine demands we be awakened, inspired, creative in our problem solving and prepare future doctors to serve public health over profits and seek to serve the suffering while improving global health.
The future of medicine is bright, but it will likely be led beyond western borders and shine forth from Asia.
Blessings and breakthroughs!

Excellence Speaker - Cultivating Professionalism, Productivity and Profitability
As an excellence speaker cultivating professionalism, productivity and profitability within companies, I'm often called upon by companies to deal with unprofessionalism, immaturity, immorality, unethical behavior, and inappropriate conduct at the workplace.
Recently when reviewing web designers for an upcoming contract, I received a bid from one company which was endeavoring to showcase the websites it had created (most of which we good, but one of which was pornographic). Yet the company applying for the job never forewarned me that one of the websites in their portfolio was pornographic.
Understandably many people, particularly ladies (female executives and decision makers), would take offense to this company's oversight, lack of sensitivity, disregard and unwillingness to consider the beliefs and convictions of others to whom they may be submitting a bid.
As an excellence speaker who has traveled across the globe and someone who teaches on cross-cultural sensitivity, these matters often go overlooked and forgotten in the marketplace - to the detriment of companies who lose customers (often unbeknownst to them), but don't know why.
Being an excellence speaker that confronts sensitive matters and has to nurture people (by showing respect and caring about emotions simultaneously), my job is not so easy.
As an excellence speaker, I listen to CEOs, managers, executives and hear the problems they are having to deal with on a daily basis; after which I come in and address these matters with humor and sensitivity to increase self-awareness and improve the standards of excellence.
Companies have received some major internal shifts and transformations as a result. Employee and workplace harmony has increased, a new commitment to excellence has occurred, and more customers are coming and being retained as a result of this emphasis on excellence.
If your company could benefit from an excellence speaker or consultation, please contact me as I or one of my associate excellence speakers would be honored to serve you, help your company (and thereby indirectly improve society and our country).
Sincerely,
http://www.PaulFDavis.com – worldwide motivational speaker, author, life coach and global business consultant who has touched 68 countries empowering people to transcend their limitations and live their dreams!
