One web designer suggests the option of e-junkie or paypal pro to fix my ebook download problem for customers. What is the difference in monthly charges (paypal pro vs. ejunkie) and which do you prefer and why?
I have an existing website that has a serendipity blog and wordpress blog (so I'm told by my previous web designer).
The blog layout I find most easy and like is http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
I do know however that wordpress has the best SEO, but mine doesn't look so visually appealing as the goodreads blog:

Nevertheless I find both easy to use and good for SEO.
My goal is to take all of my previous blog posts on http://paulfdavis.com/blog/ and put them in a more visually appealing format like on Goodreads, but not remove any of the previous blog posts (which do help me in cyberspace with SEO).
I want to merge (if possible) the serendpity and wordpress blog posts done previously (ONLY IF IT WON'T REMOVE ANY OR DAMAGE MY SEO ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED).
If not possible to alter previous blog posts, at the very least I want the layout for future blog posts to be like goodreads (but enable video, books on right as on PaulFDavis.com), while not hindering previous blog posts.
Secondly, I want to fix/repair my e-books which at the moment when bought do not download correctly. Some books have not been completed yet (so are designated out of print) but most books shown at PaulFDavis.com are done and when bought often fail to download. The download of ebooks must be repaired.
I want to work with a web designer who knows English well, is pleasant to work with, and I can develop a long-term professional relationship for future ongoing work when needed.
After this job is completed, I will then give you another job as I own 24 web domains and have need of a trustworthy web designer to help me create more sites where I can blog away, add content and go forward.
Please keep in mind I am in grad school at the moment and on a tight budget, but will do my best to pay you fairly according to local standards and provide large bonuses for SEO productivity and lead generation that result in speaking engagements and consulting for me.

3. Attention to details - as I prefer to work in print, writing out steps, instructions to document what we are doing with excellence.
4. English skills - since this is my language and to prevent wasting time and communication frustration.
5. Elance tests - telling me you have a skill means little. I'd like to see the results by testing for wordpress, web design, seo, English - on elance.
6. Previous reviews for work done with happy customers testimonials.
7. Willingness to cooperate, fix errors, and strive for 100% satisfaction.
I will probably use e-junkie unless there is a way I can freely create paypal buttons.
The two links you showed me seemed to be saying if I have 40 or more products to sell, e-junkie is the less expensive option.

The last web designer who served me (either his company or a former employee …as the ISP address of the problem was traced back to them) later put spyware and messed up my web website so bad Twitter wouldn't accept it anymore.
I have lived and traveled throughout India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Asia (love the continent and countries) but also know the reality of fraud and corruption and therefore must take precautions.
I own over 20 web domains, many needing to be developed. So if you can reassure me an do a great job, more work can be given you.
Thus far you've taken no guru exams for wordpress. Please do so (and he/she who is your best wordpress designer, kindly assign them to my job if I choose you).

Healthy Relationships Speaker - Merging Love and Life with Wisdom and Heart
As a healthy relationships speaker I know the importance of addressing the many components of love and life with wisdom and heart.
Focusing on all of these many intricacies and aspects takes more time than I often am afforded as a healthy relationships speaker during a one hour talk. Some women's groups and university sororities like to bring me in for a half-day to do a 3 hour session, including a time for deeply personal questions and answers.

Academic Success Speaker - Fine Tuning Your Focus
As an academic success speaker counseling children, teenagers and student leaders across the world I often find the trouble is divided focus. Truly a double minded person is unstable in all of their ways.
As I said when serving as an academic success speaker to the children in Africa, "You can't chase two rabbits at the same time."
Fine tuning your focus means eliminating and silencing the many distractions battling for your attention and affection. Electronic gadgets, video games, athletics, companionship from the opposite sex - all of these have their appropriate place, but the larger the space you give them, the more they will choke out your academic concentration and suffocate your vision for academic success and scholastic progress.
As an academic success speaker who went from a D in Science in 6th grade to an A plus scoring 100s on anatomy tests where I had to identify the bones of the body on a blank diagram and spell them correctly, I know the intense focus required to inwardly visualize and study, without which academic success will evade you.
Academic success rewards only those willing to pay the price, invest in academics and sacrifice. To score 100s and earn As in college and university, I had to say no to parties, playful friends, chasing cute girls and many seemingly "good" distractions.
As an academic success speaker I often say, "Good is the enemy of best."
Many kids get distracted with what seems to be good, nice, socially acceptable, and then wonder why they fall short academically (after all they are doing what everybody else does ...or so they think).
As an academic success speaker I give students a reality check, a check-up from the neck up, while lovingly verbally with a playful smile confronting their presumptions to shake and awake them.
I tell my personal story, imparting truth through the back door relationally and then teach NLP (neurolinguistic programming) technology and strategies to fine tuning students' focus and enable them to excel academically.
Lastly, when choosing between academic success speakers, take a look at the extent of their own studies to see if the academic success speakers you are considering to talk to your students practice what they preach and have mastered academic excellence in their own lives. Many kids get distracted with what seems to be good, nice, socially acceptable, and then wonder why they fall short academically (after all they are doing what everybody else does ...or so they think).
As an academic success speaker I give students a reality check, a check-up from the neck up, while lovingly verbally with a playful smile confronting their presumptions to shake and awake them.
I tell my personal story, imparting truth through the back door relationally and then teach NLP (neurolinguistic programming) technology and strategies to fine tuning students' focus and enable them to excel academically.

Unlike most academic success speakers, I am a lifelong learner, always studying, always pursuing another degree, because I wholeheartedly believe in education. Moreover I am a former educator (ESL English teacher to students of other languages for 3 years). I am continually investing in myself and earnestly pursuing personal growth.
I have traveled to 70 countries and lived overseas in other continents (another form of learning experientially outside of the classroom). I also lived in Queens County, New York - the most diverse county in the country, giving me unique perspective when addressing students of various ethnicities.
I've traveled from Mexico to Argentina and can speak Spanish. I've been deep into rural Africa (on 6 trips to 9 countries), where some children had never before seen a white man and ran in fear thinking I was a ghost.
It's safe to say I'm no ordinary academic success speaker. I also speak on drunk driving prevention and substance abuse prevention at schools worldwide. My mom was killed by an 18 year old drunk driver. More on that below:
