Impress Me
So the hubby and I saw The Informant! last night. My assessment is that I think they should take the ! out of the title. I wasn't impressed. I think I have the wrong kind of humor. Hubby, too. It was...fine, but nothing that made me laugh out loud. And I was looking for laughs.
Afterward I decided it has been a while since I've seen a movie that really made an impact on me. You know those kinds of movie that make you think about them long after you've walked out of the theater. They don...

If anyone had planned to buy Moon Kissed directly from eHarlequin it's currently on sale for $2.41. That's a great price! 54% off! Here's a link.
That's cheaper even than "After The Kiss", which is $2.42. Together, both books would cost less than the cover price of Moon Kissed! That's very cool.
Also I see the mass market version of Midnight Cravings, which is out now, is only $3.99. Very good price as well. I hope the continue to put out the anthologies in mm size. You can't beat that ...

Dancing With The Stars
All right, I've seen both the men and women dance and here are my predictions...
Aaron Carter - he could go far. Cute and has a lot of personality.
Ashley Hamilton - Erm, why do the pretty ones always have the least personality? He gets voted off tonight. But it would have been great to see him improve. Tall, slender, and we love to watch Edyta!
Chuck Liddell - Have no idea who this guy is but would love to watch him improve. But he's stuck with Anna and her partners never go far. I think ...

Cybook Opus
A while ago I was told Kiss Me Deadly was going to be a free book available on the French-made Cybook. I thought that was pretty cool. It's an eReader, which is currently being made available in Australia. Thought I'd post a link because it's kind fun to scroll down the list of free books it comes loaded with. A whole bunch of classics, and then...Michele Hauf and Maureen Child. ;-)

Fall TV
Dancing With The Stars is back! And I had to tape it last night because I was more intrigued by crazy House. I've only watched half of Dancing so far, so no comments or guesses as to who might win until tomorrow or maybe Thursday.
So many new shows to watch and not enough time or TIVOs. I totally missed Big Bang Theory, and I love that show. Wish Jim Parsons would have won the emmy. His dialogue alone would tie up the average actor's tongue for days. Tonight The Forgotten, with Christia...

So many books
So you've joined Bite Club if you like to read vampires? I just started reading the first selection last night. This will be a fun venture! I hope you join in.
I also finally cleared out my office (mostly) of the many stacks of boxes I had sitting around. I still count five boxes, but that's more than half gone. They are boxes of books and promo material and books I want to give away and books I'm selling at Amazon. So many books! And no place to put them.

Just start reading our first selection, THE MAMMOTH BOOK OF VAMPIRE ROMANCES 2 and check in at the blog for updates and chat information. On October 30th we'll be chatting about the book, and some of the authors will even stop by. Pretty cool, huh? Bet it's better than what Oprah picked. ;-)

Tweetiquette and Twarma
I've only been using Twitter for a few months but thought to take a few moments (or a blog post) to talk about what I've learned. Twitter is basically a networking machine. You can use it to keep up with your friends, keep up on current events, market your work, and lose a lot of hours from your day. I want to look specifically at some of the things I've learned about marketing from a writer's point of view.
First and foremost, if you join Twitter only to market your work, that's not gonna ...
