Set aside the WIP this week to take a few days and draft ...
Set aside the WIP this week to take a few days and draft out as much as I can for an idea I hope to sell. The weird thing is I know the hero so well, but I'm not sure what his story will be about. And I know the heroine not too much, yet I know where she must be by the end of this story.
So I just started on it a few hours ago, and have 15 pages so far. I don't know what to write with this one. Usually I go to a story and have a basic idea for scenes. This one? Nada. It's all flying bli...

Done!
I finished everything yesterday! This morning I'll email it all in to my editor, then...it's a day off! What to do? Besides vacuuming and laundry? Read? Maybe. I'm halfway through Brains: A Zombie Memoir, and loving it! I also have about three review books to get through for VampChix.
Whatever I do, I'll try to make the day count. And NOT sit down before the computer.

Edits
Edits today and tomorrow, and probably through the weekend on SEDUCING THE VAMPIRE
. They aren't really heavy, but the editor did make some excellent notes for reasons why she made a change or suggested a change. Nice. I am reminded how much I loved this hero by reading through this again. And how excited I am for readers to have this book. It's very different from my usual stories, and yet, it's a bit of a return to the very first book I published, Dark Rapture, in its format. It's set ...
