New Developments
So I have news! First things first – you probably noticed the new option on the menu above called STORE. This is my little experiment in selling signed paperbacks and eBooks in my own store (eBooks will be in ePub (Nook) and Mobi (Kindle) formats – and possibly for Sony Reader as well). The reason I'm doing this is because of Amazon's recent site glitches. You all know what happened with Weekend Captive. Well after I fixed it and it was made live on Amazon's site again – it couldn't be found ...

Okay – Back on Track
(In Part – LOL!) So the eBook annoyance averted, wave ridden, and all is well. Now I'm back to writing. I'm all about the writing. For erotica fans, please know that I'm taking a bit of a break from the Anne books at the moment because Audrey's deadlines are coming up soon and I have first readers and editors impatiently tapping their feet. I am hoping my main characters will keep cooperating (as they have been). Right now I have Lisa and Eve cooperating and Mike and Liz are starting to...

ebook Formatting Woes
I was checking a few things earlier tonight when it came to my attention that one of my books was no longer on Amazon. It was Weekend Captive. All traces of it had vanished. It wasn't even showing up on my author page anymore. First I was like, "WTF?" Then I thought, "OMD – was I banned?" I went to my account – pulled up the book and noticed the book was in DRAFT mode. Upon checking my e-mail I found a letter from Amazon politely informing me one of my books had been pulled because evidently ...
More Research
I'm remembering why I fell in love with the subject matter all over again. A friend just suggested each chapter is like a thirty to fifty page research paper. That REALLY took me back to my college days. Unfortunately a book like this won't work like that. Except maybe the beginning. I mean – I suppose I could write entire treatises (hell, maybe even a book) on the CT alone. LOL! But I'm not an archaeologist, I don't know if I'd have *that* much to say, and I don't want to bore the poor...

Late Tuesday Post
I think I'm going to start making my posts in the evenings unless I have something I'm dying to write about. The reason for this being I generally write posts at night anyway, then schedule them for the following morning. And since I didn't write a post for this morning this is the perfect opportunity to get myself back on track.
So hope everyone has had a beautiful Tuesday! I got home tonight thinking I was going to go drop of my taxes and run some other errands, but I decided to change that ...

I'm Just Full of Surprises
It seems I'm just full of surprises (or so I'm told). lol! Sorry – that was too funny. How about I surprise everyone today with some of my favorite music?
Most general acquaintances of mine know that I like metal, some punk, and some classical. But few people know about my love of opera. I'm no expert. All I can really tell you is I love Baroque Laments.
This is one of my new favorites. It's called lamento della ninfa. The video is funny (or at least I think it is).

The Monday Report
Time for another Monday report. I've almost reached my latest goal for this month's sales. Of course eBook week promotions helped. Though not as much on the Brice titles as I'd hoped. That's the thing about writing and marketing is you actually have to run a campaign then weigh the sales data and web traffic to see what is working. Right now – the Anne O'Connell promotions are making the most impact. I gave away over 117 copies of Nice Girls Don't and Sincerely Megan last week. Yes –...

Research Sunday
Spent today writing and researching and working on a project. Interesting questions within the material made me wander from Psalms to Astrology to Evocation. It was a great deal of fun. But, alas, I need to take a break and have some dinner and a shower despite the fact that this new book is so close to done. I've already rounded up the betas so they'll be ready in the next week or two. Anyway, enough of that. I think I'm off to watch Big Love and eat some veg. Then I think I'll do some...

Scrumtrulescent Saturday
Yes – I love that SNL skit. Will Ferrell cracks me up. He did a great James Lipton.
Having a wonderful day, especially after taking a peek at the astrological calendar. I often use astrology as a guide for what I do. I know that may sound strange to some since obviously astrology isn't the beginning or end all of anything. But for plants and magickally speaking – it is kind of fun to plant according to the moon phase or to start making certain magickal mixtures during certain planetary...
