Why Being An Introvert Sucks
Understanding introversion is something that’s helped me not only understand myself, but also to understand people’s strange misunderstandings and reactions to me. Online, I appear to be social, confident, and fun. Some of my friends from my college days may have even said I was outgoing, social, and the life of the party. However, one of my real-world friends often tells people that I’m “shy”. So how does this happen?
I guess here’s the bottom line of it: Introversion doesn’t always equal som...

This year has been off to a crazy start, but good things are coming!
The first thing coming, likely late June, unless there are wild hares involvedand it comes out inearly June, is that Black Lilywill be released! Black Lily is the final book in the Gilded Lily trilogy. The Amy Trilogy as some call it. After that, expect Her Demon Wedding around September/October. Her Demon Wedding is the second book in the Castle Sedgebrook series. I don’t know if there will be other books in that series. I g...

Guest Author Spotlight: Andrieh Vitimus
I had the wonderful opportunity to interview magician Andrieh Vitimus, author, speaker, and host of Deeper Down the Rabbit Hole!
When did you first know you were a chaos magician?
A better question is when I first new I was a magician, since the two are inextricably linked. First, I was a complete skeptic when I started. When I was really younger, I had considered going into the priesthood of an Orthodox Eastern Rite Catholic church. Seriously considered it. I was one of those compassionate “ge...

Workbooks & Journals!
Yes, it’s time for workbooks and journals! I have this tendency to make bound and pre-printed journals for myself. My friends always see mine and say, “Hey, where did you get that? I want one!” So because this happens often, I have made my personal formatted journals available to everyone. I have them for all kinds of spiritual work, and I’ve made them available as hardcovers, spiral bound softcover, and paperback.
This post is just my way of sharing my journaling OCD with all of you.
So the fi...

Good Habits
I’m one of those people whose computers rarely get viruses. I’ve have not had my accounts hacked either. I always thought it was because I was more tech savvy than the average user, but what it comes down to is that I follow five basic protocols that a lot of computer users don’t.
1. I don’t use the same password from site to site and I change my passwords often whether I need to or not. Yes, it’s a pain in the ass. Yes, I do it anyway. I’m paranoid. I keep a small black notebook with all of m...

An Update
I think it’s time for a first quarter update!
A lot has been going on over here at Chateau de la Reisner.I’ve been bitten by the domestic bug and have been spending a great deal of time on my home and family. This is probably a good thing since when I’m immersed in a project I tend to neglect everything else. I have also been burning the candle at both ends. This is not good because it puts me behind.
Eventually, readers start coming out of the woodwork to ask when a highly anticipated title is...
