AC/DC return to the road in the United States for the first time in nine years on the 2025 Power Up North American Tour!
Much to the delight of millions of fans across North America, the legendary GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame®-inducted band will perform in 13 stadiums coast-to-coast next spring. This run kicks off on April 10, 2025, in Minneapolis, MN at US Bank Stadium, canvases the continent, and concludes on May 28, 2025, in Cleveland, OH at Huntington Bank Field. Along the way, they will play some of the most iconic and historic stadiums in the world, including the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on April 18 and Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on May 24.

The tour shares its name with their 2020 album, POWER UP, which bowed at #1 in 21 countries. In 2024, AC/DC completed a European leg of the POWER UP Tour, packing the biggest stadiums on the continent in the process. November 1 saw the release of THE CURE's critically acclaimed album, SONGS OF A LOST WORLD, the band’s first new studio record in 16 years and their first #1 album in the UK since 1992, and highest charting album in the US since 1992, and first Top 10 since 2004, debuting at #4 on the Billboard 200 chart. The night of the album's unveiling, The Cure performed it in full to 3000 fans at Troxy London and to more than a million on a free global stream.
The stunning live performance entitled SONGS OF A LIVE WORLD: TROXY LONDON MMXXlV will be released on December 13th on Fiction/Capitol Records, with all The Cure's royalties benefitting War Child.
The live recording will be available on 1CD and 1LP, as part of a 2CD, 2MC & 2LP set with the original album (on clear vinyl). In addition, Songs Of A Lost World will also be available as a 'Blood Red Moon Edition' as a single blood red vinyl and a 2LP set featuring the album and for the first time on vinyl, the instrumental version of the record.

(November 29, 2024) - MIKE, nèe Michael Bonema, announces his new album Showbiz!, out January 31st via his own label, 10k. His tenth solo album, Showbiz!, finds MIKE entering a new phase of his career as one of the most vital voices in hip-hop this decade with his prolific discography and community building through his lauded annual Young World Festival in New York. Alongside the announcement of his album, MIKE is sharing a new single, “You’re the Only One Watching”, produced by MIKE himself as dj blackpower and accompanied by a music video co-directed by MIKE and frequent collaborator Ryosuke Tanzawa.
The new single follows “Pieces of a Dream,” which was released last month alongside the announcement of his #aotc world tour. In support of Showbiz, MIKE’s 71-date run across the UK, Europe and North America next Spring marks the biggest tour of his career, preceded by a run of Australian tour dates in December. The announcement of Showbiz! caps off a year in which MIKE released his critically acclaimed collaborative project with producer Tony Seltzer, Pinball. The project, which Rolling Stone called “a fearless sonic shift,” exposed an unexpected new sound from MIKE, expanding his audience and becoming his best streaming project out of the gate. Following Pinball, MIKE curated the 4th edition of his annual Young World festival in Brooklyn this past Summer, which saw a peak attendance of 8,000 fans in Herbert Von King Park. With performances from Earl Sweatshirt, Pete Rock, Skaiwater, Baby Osama and more, along with offerings from Black-owned vendors, MIKE’s free festival in partnership with Central Park Summerstage has grown to be one of the premiere events on the New York Summer calendar.

YouTubeDuring the holidays of 2023, Brigid Dawson and John Peter Dwyer, the duo known together as OCS, got together at JPD's house in Los Angeles and started transcribing a nice list of songs. "Some new, some very old that I’ve never played live ever and put together a holiday set list which we performed two nights in a row at Permanent Records Roadhouse in Los Angeles and did a bit of it at a charity event at the Lodge Room," Dwyer remembers.
Seven tunings later, the Live at Permanent Records LP is ready to be shared. The live LP features 23 tracks and is being released as a limited 2xLP 6x7" Boxset, available via Rock Is Hell.
Live at Permanent Records LP is streaming today and is due for physical release on November 29th.

Gdańsk, Poland post-punk band Trupa Trupa have announced a new EP Mourners produced by Nick Laney (Nick Cave, Idles, Amyl and The Sniffers, etc..) for February 21st via Glitterbeat Records. Their first new music since 2022’s B FLAT A, Mourners EP is five new fast-paced, dynamic tracks highlighting the crucial role of the rhythm section, with a powerful, loud bass line and accompanying drums driving a psychedelic train full of rage, screams, and unexpected stylistic twists. A significant point of reference and inspiration is Holger Czukay, a native of Gdańsk from the band Can, whose repetitive compositions are so important to the tradition of psychedelic and post-punk music. For years, Trupa Trupa has been rooted in a strong rhythm section and the dynamic collision between a romantic, almost Beatles-like world and a post-punk reality filled with decay and screams. Trupa Trupa has never sounded stronger or more dynamic. On the Mourners EP, Nick Launay has brought out a new side of Trupa Trupa. This release is not just the quintessence of the best of what has come before, but under Nick Launay’s guidance, Trupa Trupa has ventured into a new power trio story. For the first time in the band’s history, the studio album recordings have the same intensity as their live performances.
Trupa Trupa will kick off their upcoming performances with a series of shows in the UK this December. Following that, the band will embark on a US tour in the second half of February. Full details coming soon.
ABOUT TRUPA TRUPA
Trupa Trupa is a post-punk band from Gdańsk, Poland, known for their unique blend of brooding alternative rock and psychedelic influences. They combine dark, introspective melodies with rich, experimental sounds to create their own space in the world of alternative guitar music. Their music has received international recognition, with the Los Angeles Times calling them "one of the best rock bands doing business now" and The Guardian highlighting their mix of "off-kilter melodies, dense instrumentation, and lyrical explorations of the darkest side of the human condition." The band has released music through Sub Pop and Glitterbeat Records and has toured extensively, playing at major festivals like Primavera Sound, Rockaway Beach, SXSW, and Iceland Airwaves. They've also performed in an NPR Tiny Desk home session and appeared twice on Marc Riley's show on BBC Radio 6 Music. Their music has also been played by radio hosts like Steve Lamacq, Mary Anne Hobbs, Henry Rollins, and Iggy Pop. Additionally, Trupa Trupa contributed music to the soundtrack of "Green Border," a film directed by the Oscar-nominated Agnieszka Holland, which won the Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival.

(November 27, 2024) - Southwest London’s Bug Eyed shares their new single “A Rated Horror Movies,” today via Atlantic Records. The new single follows their breakout tracks, “Backseats,” a woozy ode to romantic loss, and “Ten to Twelve”, with visceral snapshots of altered states and falling for your best friend.
Meeting Bug Eyed – comprised of Blue O’Grady and Charlie Sale — feels like being swept into a kinetic forcefield of energy, excitement, and unbridled creativity. Their music mirrors this dynamic, delivering their vivid vignettes through a kaleidoscopic blend of indie, electro-pop, hip-hop, 80s synth, and 90s fuzz-rock guitars. On “A Rated Horror Movies,” Bug Eyed continue to unfurl their knack for storytelling as the dramatic opus chronicles Blue’s fist major heartbreak and features an explosive sonic detonation courtesy of Charlie’s pedal board cranked to "everything on!"
Bug Eyed’s cinematic storytelling unpacks the struggles and joys of being young, spirited, and romantic in today’s chaotic world. Their poetic narratives explore love, sex, friendship, ambition, and hope, all set against lush, intricately layered soundscapes that combine synth-pop finesse with driving guitars and boundless sonic experimentation.
After captivating audiences while supporting Sad Night Dynamite and performing at the Pitchfork Festival in Paris, Bug Eyed are now gearing up for their next big adventure. From December 2024 to February 2025, they’ll join Lola Young on her UK and European tour, bringing their electrifying live show to Glasgow, Manchester, and London, before heading to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. For Aotearoa-based customers only, there is a limited edition 2LP + handwritten booklet bundle available to order.‘Spring Board: The Early Unrecorded Songs’ is a Martin Phillipps passion project. A dedicated reimagining of his earlier unreleased songs that became his artistic farewell, a lasting legacy, and a reminder of his huge, underappreciated talent. The album has been finalised for release with the love and support of his band, family and friends.
As the subject of an undulating life and times movie – The Chills: The Triumph And Tragedy Of Martin Phillipps – Chills’ singer, songwriter and main motivator, Martin Phillipps spent the last decade releasing studio and live albums while careering into his sixtieth year with typical gusto.
Amid such momentum, Martin was stilling digging through old tapes, searching for the foundations that resulted in global rapture in 1987, an overnight success that took a mere seven years to ignite. These early songs and musings were revisited, revised and finally put to record. As such, ‘ Spring Board ’ is the final chapter of The Chills, immeasurably significant output.

is alarming, personal, brittle and at times hopelessly upbeat. This is a man casting his mind back on an esoteric career that led to nothing short of cult status; someone rediscovering his roots, his innermost thoughts, hopes and fears. The Chills are Martin Phillipps, Oli Wilson, Erica Scally and Callum Hampton. ‘Spring Board’ features contributions from Fur Patrol’s Julia Deans, Elroy Finn and Split Enz, Crowded House alumni Neil Finn, Tiny Ruins’ Hollie Fullbrook, Greg Haver, Troy Kingi, Shona Laing, Tami Neilson, Dianne Swann, and Purple Pilgrims’ Clementine and Valentine Nixon.
