Stream " Alive " &  "Alive" (Official Remix)
LA's Warbly Jets burst onto the scene last November with their debut single " Alive ," an infectious jam that infuses the grit of straightforward rock 'n' roll with the catchy hooks of Britpop. Since then, the song has garnered praise from the likes of LA Weekly, KROQ, and Beats1's Matt Wilkinson, been used as the official song for Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green SS17 line, and earned the band slots opening for acts like The Dandy Warhols, The Mystery Lights, and Night Beats. Last week, the band shared their own  remix  of the track, adding a heavy layer of buzzing synths and pulsing rhythms to transform the single into an addictive, dance-worthy banger.

The Nude Party congealed as one unit in the southern mountain town of Boone, NC in 2013 and gained their namesake very literally. Bonded by isolation, house party debauchery, a religion based on pushing the limits of bad taste, and a precocious predisposition towards the Kinks, the Animals and the Velvets, they have burgeoned into a rock and roll act to be reckoned with. As the hysteria at their local shows steadily increases, so does their reputation with local law enforcement, forcing them daily more to seek employment anywhere but home. While snooping cops seeking to stamp out indiscriminate behavior scour the borders of their homestead the Nude Ranch, the group has prodigally exiled themselves and are staying scarce with a string of self booked tours and one night stands which have linked them up with with such likes as The Growlers, The Black Lips, La Luz, Night Beats, and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard.
Their stripped down and bare bone sound, akin to the British Invasion being transplanted back into the Carolina mountains, has so far proven to have been unrecordable… until now. The secret? Sticking to the obvious and going down into a sweaty basement with a few mics, fewer clothes and a revolving door of comrades and goddesses falling by for as long as they can take the heat. Lately the Nudes have even gotten good at playing with their clothes on. However if any audience member feels the need to participate in the spirit of exhibitionism the stakes at the Party will unblinkingly be called and raised.

The Nude Party released their first EP, Hot Tub, in 2016. Recorded and produced by the band’s spiritual leader Oakley Munson (drummer for the Black Lips), in his Asheville basement. In July, the band is moving from the Appalachian Mountains of Carolina into the Catskill Mountains of New York. I In August, they kick off their newfound New York residence with a string of residency shows at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn—featuring local support by Las Rosas, Boytoy, Roya and others.

Fleet Foxes Perform on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and CBS This Morning Saturday

FLEET FOXES RETURN TO TV WITH PERFORMANCES ONTHE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT AND  CBS THIS MORNING SATURDAY  NEW ALBUM CRACK-UP OUT NOWON NONESUCH RECORDS Following the highly anticipated release of new album, Crack-Up, Fleet Foxes made their long awaited return to television this weekend with performances on The  Late Show with Stephen Colbert  on Friday night and a performance on  CBS This Morning Saturday morning.   On Friday, Fleet Foxes released  Crack-Up  on Nonesuch Records to critical acclaim. This is the band's third full-length album and first release in six years. Earlier this week the band performed to an intimate crowd at The Knockdown Center in Queens, NY which was filmed for PBS' Live from the Artists Den.  While the full show is slated for broadcast later this year, the performance footage of "Third of May / Ōdaigahara" debuted with album release.  What the critics are saying: "Crack-Up is a defiant artistic statement, an album that dares to feel important."-New York Times "Rewarding, involving and meticulous, Crack-Up has been well worth the wait." - AP "A rich, ideas-driven record which pulls off a pretty unlikely feat: infusing Fleet Foxes' music with the same sense of transcendence and beauty that they managed the first time, now delivered with an added sense of expansive musical ambition.  Confirms that rarest of achievements: a group somehow hanging on to the essence of who they are, while pushing their art into thrillingly unforeseen places.' - Q Magazine "Crack-Up contains his most compelling writing to date because it's so damn relatable in 2017--reacting and retreating inwards as people and institutions fail to meet the standards set in one's head."Pitchfork  (Best New Music) "Astonishing.  Crack-Up may be the most anticipated release of the year, a welcome return.  Ambitious, mature, meticulous." - Uncut "Adventurous, excellent" - Rolling Stone "Likely to be the most remarkable album you will hear this year... the return of one of the most original bands of this century." - Times (London) "No matter how much he experiments, Pecknold can't completely run away from his obvious strengths. The album's most stirring moments are those trademark vocal blasts ..." - Relix On June 23, Fleet Foxes will embark on an international tour that follows a series of intimate shows in the Pacific Northwest and  four sold out nights at the Sydney Opera House.  All dates are listed below. Order  Crack-Up Images and album art available for download hereWatch the lyric video for "Third of May/Ōdaigahara"Watch the video for "Fool's Errand," directed by Sean Pecknold with art direction by Adi Goodrich and produced by Society
