Just some more information on this horrible situation. If you are thinking about doing this - DON"T. You should know that Amazon will prosecute fraud to the fullest extent of the law. That includes fines and jail time. This has cost them and JEA a good deal of time and money--money which JEA has asked to be recouped. And Amazon can and will go after it.
