it's the slowest moving thriller I've ever read. I'm thinking 3 stars at the moment . . . interesting concept, but the pacing is slow. It seems like there's a lot of unnecessary background info, but maybe it's necessary to explain the motivation of the characters? We'll see.

This book is a dog . . . James is not smart, just mean and abusive to his sister.

Ew. America and Aspen and the descriptions of all their kissing . . . this is going to be a trial to endure.

Hmmm, The Bachelor meets Cinderella meets The Hunger Games. Not sure how I'm feeling about this one. I can see the love triangle looming and I've barely even started. Definitely young YA.
