I had forgooten how compelling Dan Brown's writing is. This looks like another great entry in the series starring Robert Langdon.

Finally, Reacher meets his daughter, or is she. He did not initiate contact she did, but she knows nothing about the paternity suit.

Reacher is using his brain rather than his muscles more in this book. Although when called upon he shows his usual efficient way of dispensing violence. Love Major Turner. This couls turn out to be one of his best.

The one exception, too date to the M/F relationshps is the story of Domininique who is sent to a boarding school in Bolivia where she learns the joy of lesbian sex.

13 stories down. If you had asked if you could tire of stories of nubile young school girls going wild for sex i would have laughed. This collection could do with a little variety.

As uaual with James Patterson the pace is quick and lots going on. Lots of potential some very interesting characters.

In the next story the young girl is worried her voice is strained and the performance is that evening. Her male colleague invites her back to his place to try his 'magic' lubricant. His treatment works.

The 18 year old young girl is sitting for her driving test. It is a big day as the'party' is that evening. She is nervous and becomes even more so when the examiner is 'Mr Gorgeous'. The test is going badly when she pulls over and demonstrates to the examiner had good she can hamdle a shift stick.

It now appears the Dominator (Apprentice) and the Surgeon are working together. Korsak collapses with an heart attack and is saved by Rizzoli.

Things are going from bad to worse for Rizzoli. First a copykat killer is active and then the Surgeon escapes.

Read the 5th short story. Popular school girl is very competitive. At the cake sale she wants to win but is not prepared to put in the effort and bake. She buys her goods from the store and sells out quickly, but is worried someone else will raise more money. She is approached by an older man who entices her with talk of cream pies. What follows next makes a good read.

However, rather than the landlord his agent Roderick a large black man calls. He demands payment in kind to delay eviction. Juliette has no choice, but them finds she is looking forward to him calling again.

Juliette and her husband are in trouble. The rent is due and untuil he has finished his contract he will not get paid. Juliette decides she will do whatever is necessary to stop them being evicted.

The story gets even more confusing but hopefully will become clearer. Plenty of action to read.

Sophie has reprogrammed a number of the Fifth Columist and is now launching an attack on Despercho Island to capture the Chimera vector.

Finished the stories now reading the factual articles. It is this mix I find so good in the series Grantville Gazette.

Really enjoying the mix of stories. two about food, more about relationships and a good blend.

Enjoying the stories by established authors. This is as good as the earlier volumes.

Reading this on my Samsung e-reader. My grand-daughter has grabbed my Kindle to play games. Enjoying the book. Thought I had rewad it before but don't remember any of the stories. So new material. usual mix all very entertaining, tackling everyday issues facing a modern community cast back in time.

Sophia is now in Belize trying to find the resistance. After the de-programming she realised that she had been programmed to kill her own family by the Fifth Column. Fireworks will follow.

Now getting in to the story. Is not bad, but does not grab you as anything by Matthew reilly.

This story fills in a gap in Victor's history. Looking forward to the story.

Some of the background to Sophie is explained, but am still a little confused.

We are now introduced to Professor Moriarty's two brothers, both also named James. Very confusing.

The book purports to be the memoirs of Col Sebastian Moran, Prof Moriarty's no. 2. Newman takes liberties with over stories but it does make for an interesting read.

Kim Newman pinces from many other works of fiction to create his story. Very enjoyable read though.
