Super fun chibi version of Bungo stray dogs. Loved all these goofy little stories. Kinda like the fun of fumofu. The ones with Dazai and Chuuya were definitely the best! Gotta have a quick manga read to try get me back on track haha

A reread but I first read this way back in high school so I didn’t remember everything. Kinda fun premise as a parody of Harry Potter and the chosen one trope. I don’t super love the magic system with the spells being nursery rhymes and stuff it feels a little lame. But I do like the characters, especially Baz. I like Simon and Baz together too. Would be keen to read the next one to see where it goes.

kidnapped kids though which cuts into my Elvis chapters too much haha. I liked the countdown of the chapters leading up to Elvis getting taken too, built up the tension well. Elvis and Joe are always a win and I love their ride or die friendship.

A reread after many years. Elvis Cole is always a win to get me out of a reading slump. I liked this one, it's a good one. I feel like this could have been one book if they didn’t leave that one point unfinished, so I am keen to read the second one but I’m worried it might be a Vicious Grace situation which could be no good. Loved this one though.

Otto earning lesel’s trust. I liked how gutsy Fritzi was, and how smart Otto was. Fricking long con with his escape plan, that was so good! I’d definitely thought that would be the whole book though but there was a whole second act which was cool. The magic system was really cool too, with the three goddesses. The baddie was real bad though and the hexenjagers were pretty brutal at times which made it high stakes

I really really enjoyed this! Rhiannon is most unimpressed, she says this is just German serpent and dove haha. It was so good though. I loved both Fritzi and Otto and I loved them even more together. Their relationship was really nice and felt really natural, I like that Otto became a safe space and a protector to both Fritzi and Lesel. The three of them made a sweet little unit. It was really nice to read about

Really good and wrapped up all that it needed to. Luxe was great too, a very strong lead. Would be keen to read more by this author in the future.

The best. I liked that he wasn’t the brooding sad orphan, he was just really solid and a genuinely good person which was nice. I really liked his relationship with Roger and Trys too. I like that there were more connections than just the main pairing. A very magical and enjoyable read with a few really good twists too. There was a little part right near the end that I didn’t love but I think the ending was still
