prose is weak, plot is weak, characters are weak and irritating. didn't think i'd have to make a "did not finish" shelf on this site, but i refuse to waste any more of my night on this.

things appear to be pulling together a bit more from a narrative perspective. but the shift in art styles is a bit of a hot mess, to be honest.

the art is GORGEOUS. like holy hell, art goals. i love the concepts, the ideas, the characters. the diversity of the human condition on every page. but that being said, the story is hard to follow at times.
