I know this will take some time to read or plough through, not only because of the subject (which interests me), but foremost because of the tiny font. FU, Random Penguin.

70 pages to go. So exciting. 😁

Into pt 4 now. I'm liking the story a bit more now, 4/5 more (in terms of points of the Belgian jury), while previously it was more 3/5. Still not as super as the 1st book in the series, but, at this point, a bit better than the second one.

Two parts done, mixed feelings so far. Still have a bit of trouble distinguishing the characters & where they come from, but that's probably due to real life, not the writing. One thing that bugs me enormously: they have all kinds of bots and other advanced technology, but somehow no cctv to find out who stole at Tessa's work place. That just doesn't make any sense, especially not in such a context.

Great, a wonderful typo: 'xyr' instead of 'her'. Page 7. Xyr? What is xyr? Did Becky use a ctrl+h to replace some he's with xy's? Hence, xyr instead of her?

I've only just started reading this new book and have to see a typo of this kind and so early on? Will I see more of this as I read on?

Slowly gettin' there, slowly gettin' there. Haven't been able to read much these past weeks, hence the delay. :/ However, one's mind has to be pretty trouble-free when reading, not in the least when reading in a foreign language. However, the story is now so exciting I would want to be there and see what's being told. ;-)

Some very nice stories, but especially the writing is a lust to the eye and mind. Women, however, weren't really always treated as equals, I find.

Laatste deel gaat over de dood in 64 delen, als ik mij niet vergis, zo'n 88 pagina's.

Quite a smooth read, except for the stylish vocabulary. However, external circumstances interfere with my reading time, hence advancing slowly.

Horror en aanverwanten zijn nu niet direct mijn kopje thee. De kortverhalen zijn tot nu toe wel mooi geschreven, bij momenten zeer dichterlijk, maar ook redelijk zwaar en met de occasionele typefout. AAARGH! Er kom ook veel "praal(+anderwoordvoordesamenstelling)" en "cyclopisch" in voor. Cthulhu en R'lyeh worden ook vermeld. Het zijn geen leuke verhaaltjes, maar leesplezier heb ik ook niet echt. Doorlezen of DNF'en?

A bit better than the first book, a bit. Will the last 122 pages bring salvation?
