Finally reading this. Been obsessed with the idea of doing so ever since I was a kid and the idea of a delusional old man jousting with windmills made me laugh.

Never thought I'd be so interested in the spiritual lives of bunny wabbits.

Dirtbag gets worse, kidnaps his daughter. Still funny, though.

Started this today. It's a novel in the form of an apology letter from a pretty crappy guy to his ex-wife. Funnier than I'd expected.

I totally would have finished this today, but my power went out. Try as I might, I couldn't get comfortable with no A/C in the Phoenix summer.

Tomorrow, probably.

Finished the first story arc. Getting a feel for Wesley Dodds as a chracter.

Things took a turn for the super-creepy.

Crazy that I still remember panels of this first issue. Haven't read it since 1993.

I meant to start the newest Megan Abbott book this morning. But the tupperware in my bag wasn't closed tight, and I spilled gross food all over my copy.
Luckily, I was able to snag this at the library.

Not a ton of reading time today. But enough to get a laugh from a pep rally that included a Christian bodybuilding team.

Things are getting pretty creepy. Suicidal birds, gross earthy stenches.

Add some "Just Say No"-era paranoia and class prejudice into the mix to make the narrator's plight even worse.

So far, a fun bit of 80s nostalgia. The horror is just starting to creep in.
