May have just started to read this, but noticed immediately that the twelve animals are the Chinese zodiacs.

Love this book. Can't put it down. There's so many similarities to Cinerella, which I expected since it's in the name.

Thought Maya was cool. Nope, not anymore. I feel so bad for Starr. She doesn't deserve this pain. She shouldn't need school to distract her, yet she does. As well as people in real life.
