ich kenne ja schon den film und weiß deshalb generell was passiert aber schwedische Krimis truly hit differently other countries can’t compete imo

ausnahmsweise lese ich mal ein Buch welches ins Deutsche übersetzt wurde, weil das Original schwedisch ist und ich kann die Sprache leider nicht so gut 🥲 hätte es natürlich auch auf Englisch lesen können, aber das wär irgendwie unnötig gewesen lol

genuine question, aren’t there any queer relationships in the six duchies or in the elderings world at all?? bc only when it is hinted at that the fool might be in love with fitzs it’s automatically assumed that they’re female?? also why not simply use they/them instead of all the he/she confusion? i get that the book is from the 90s but still lmao

it’s incredible how much the series is growing on me. i started the first one not knowing if it’s for me, but now i am genuinely sad it is coming to an end. luckily there’s a lot more books in the Elderlings world to read!
