Alright, I'm skimming now. It seems every "opinion" of hers is the author's. IMHO. Traci says it gets better later in the series. The MC is so insufferable, shallow, and vapid. I have rolled my eyes so many times, and is so incredibly stupid. I almost DNF'ed but the book is almost done. :/

Wow. She dresses up as an ugly girl, in her opinion, because only pretty girls get noticed. What the hell?! I don't know if it's social commentary or the MC is vapid and shallow.

This girl really does not have a sense of preservation. Please, stop being an idiot. I kind of like you as an MC.

Well, the heroine was kidnapped by the native americans, because of Letty. All the slaves told him that. He nearly strangles his ex-fiancé who has the real papers that prove ownership of the heroine. Now we have the hero and his friends to rescue her from the natives. I cannot wait to see how this book treats aboriginals, and when I say that, I mean I don't. :/

Well, Letty being who she is stole the heroine's papers. Also satanic smile made me lol. And the Cherokees are invading. How convenient.

Wow. In one chapter he goes from one extreme to the other. He now believes her, saw how sadistic Letty is, wants to marry the heroine, and admits that her child is her son. He also said he wouldn't rape her anymore.... Paging Lisbeth Salander. :D

What a cad. He is to marry Letty, but he is going to try to have sex with the heroine so he won't have to sign over her indenture papers to his sadistic bitch of a fiancé. >:/

The first movie of the night is American Psycho. One of the big differences between the book and the movie is the movie IMHO is a dark comedy, and the book is more horror. Also, if you can't handle the movie, don't read the book. It is more gruesome and disturbing.

Of course she is thin and eats more than I do. For once I want a fat, confident babe for a MC. Buuut this does have an interesting premise. I'm intrigued.

I totally ship Faraday/ Azhure. This chapter where they spent alone together in an abandoned magical keep for comfort, doesn't help. ;)

These people are so delusional, and are good examples of cognitive dissonance. They really believe the Jesus was Aryan, and they forget that historical Jesus was a middle eastern Jew. He was a part of a culture that they hate. :/

She got fired because of budget cuts at her job, and her job instead of giving her a severance package gave her a gift certificate to a local bar. Ooh harsh. Lol. But seriously I would have gotten a lawyer involved.

You know isolating yourself and being all about one person isn't healthy. Her "friends" are actually concerned, and when someone says they are bad for you and most of his family hates you.... Yeah, warning signs are going off.

She had no idea what she watched in Biology two days in a row? SERIOUSLY?! This girl is too stupid to breathe. Really fucking lazy writing, SMeyer. You could have made something up. Not that hard. SMH.
