Excellent! Dialogue is very good and internal monologue is great. My only quibble is that sometimes characters are too insistent to remind us what their motivation in a particular scene or moment is and it feels like they’re talking to us rather than themselves, but that’s minor. Other than that, I’m thoroughly enjoying this world inspired by Rome with an Indian twist.
