SPOILERS SPOILERS but we’re literally reading about a siege/ occupation and a full country strike!!! But it’s so boring because we’re not getting the info in a punchy way

This book is getting more and more frustrating. It keeps repeating the same moral thought that it had half way through the book. And worse it’s not saying anything new, just rehashing that the silver industry is bad, WE KNOW TRUST THE READER MAKE NEW REVALARIONS OR CUT TIS BOOK BY 200 pages

I’m finding this a lil wordy and rehashing the same things. This book is big but the actual main plot line could’ve been so much more concise.

Very funny and i know Ryan gosling is gonna play him but I can’t help but picture Matt Damon talking about the potatoes (the Martian 2015)

It’s growing on me. But some of the writing is so literal and she over explains her character. Show don’t tell me she’s a nervous “doesn’t skip a day of classes” character u don’t need to tell me so literally that “she would never miss a class unless she was dying of sickness and even so would ask the teacher for the notes” like bruh

I fear this might be to YA for me

Yeha I’m obsessed. But this book is making me nervous. I’m quite close to the end and the lady Heist hasn’t even started. I’m a bit concerned on how it’ll wrap so many characters story lines up in a satisfying way. It’s funny, as much as the scheming and heist are great and fun, I prefer just the characters chatting and having a good laugh - wish it had more of that (but that’s just wishful thinking)

Wowza, Im kinda sad how fast I’m reading this series because half the fun of six of crows and crooked kingdom is the heists and guessing what Kaz has planned next. The other half is the characters which are just as good as always. Loved how it took it’s sweet time with giving us as Kaz POV, good dammit I just want to hear him think about Inej more lmao

Yeah I’m pre hooked, its interesting to see which parts of the book the shadow and bones show has taken from and what parts it’s left out, I wonder if we’ll get this particular plot?

It could be because this is YA and now I’m technically I’m a full adult but I just don’t buy the idea that there all 17 so I’ve mentally changed them all to like 20 yr olds. Also Kaz is way more cool in the book than show

A lil wobbly at the start but as soon as we got into Evelyn’s perspective I was hooked. As of yet I don’t care so much for the protagonist (the reporter) but hopefully that will change

I’m like purposely not reading it, so I can savour this book more hahah. I don’t want it too end. All the clues are adding together and I’m keen to get to the climax

im almost done with the last book! im up to the battle of hogwarts, i really prefered this book over the two movies, lot more funny moments and i think the book really shows harry as a hero and leader

I wasn't expecting to relate so heavily to Circe as a character, my love for mythology and gods comes from an aesthetic place - the intersect between art and history, but rarely would i say i'm emotionally invested in them, because well, their gods!

Millers portrayal of immortality makes some parts almost into a slice of life haha, love that i'm half way through and haven't even got the the odysseus/odyssey story.
