Between reading this book and seeing the pictures of the "Love and Sarrow felt by a Sparrow" (you can see it at http://treasuredfriends.blogspot.com/... if you are curious), I'm a weeping mess!

I'm done. I'm not sure what to write. I have to think about everything and just wait 24 hours before even knowing how I feel about this book.

I was impressed with the beginning, I'm actually going to log into my work computer today to read this!

I almost fear reading (listening) to the rest of the book! My dog is waiting for her walk so off to listen to it. I don't work on Fridays so I will finish it today!

This book was a gift from a great friend. Can't wait to start!

I need to finish this book but my Mp3 needs to be charged. :( I feel like I'm just on the edge of figuring everything out. I almost don't want to since I know whatever it is, a box of Kleenax and alot of anger is involved.

I didn't mean to start this book. I was just glancing at the beginning. I have it on my work computer (shhh, don't tell) and before I knew it, I was sucked in. Great beginning.

Ok, so I am not in the mood for a YA book but this book seems too interesting to pass up right now.

Oh and Kathy, it's called being "horny"- nothing more, nothing less.

I want to b*tch slap Ruth. She annoys me so much. Kathy needs to gain a backbone, her willingness to excuse Ruth's behavior is driving me up the wall.

I'm having a hard time w/ this one. Not because it is bad, actually just the opposite. I really like the writing and the story but I think I need something different right now. I will definitely come back to this one.

I had to watch daughter kick butt in water polo, no time to read so just got into first 36 pages. Obviously Ben has some bitterness issues w/ big bro.

So Kathy is so nonchalant about everything.. she's like "this is how it is" and ladedah (obviously it is hard to voice my frustration w/o giving spoilers. The sex conversation is pretty interesting.

I love zombie books (Feed by Mira Grant started my love for all things zombie) so I couldn't pass this one up. I can't wait to start it.

I've been obsessed with this book. I wanted to know. Now I know. UGG!

If I could, I'd give it 6 stars! LOVED it. Can not wait for more from this series.

I know the story is just beginning but I'm so confused. There has to be a reason for the tedious details of Kathy's life in Hailsham, right? Kathy is a donee since she talks of others as donor? What are they harvesting their body parts? Ok, please don't tell me if you read the book & I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually but it is already killing me!

It's over, done. I loved it. The only thing wrong w/ the book is it ended.

Meljean Brook has quite the imagination. I don't know how she came up w/ this world.

Today is a paid holiday for me but I'm at work! I'm not going to whine! I'm so grateful for my job. I currently have two friends that are temporarily living with me because each one has been looking for jobs for over 2 years. Both highly educated with great work histories. It's a sad economy.

Ok, so this entire series is not a "deep" thinking series, it is not meant to be anything but entertaining. Nevertheless, I feel so attached to this series I don't want it to end. I don't want there to be resolution. I want a book 7 through 10. That is so rare for me since I rarely continue series beyond book 3 or 4.

I stayed up way too long last night reading but I enjoyed every minute.

You know you are trouble when you would rather stay at home and read instead of going to a big birthday party for a dear friend. Of course I went but I WANT TO READ! Ok, enough of the whining.

I love it, but I know I'm getting closer to the end. I love Holly & the Mafia story (it is hard to write updates so you won't spoil it for anyone else).

I hate this book. I can't casually read it. I get so into it, I don't want to put it down. I need to take a week off from life & just READ!

I never got into Meljean Brook's Guardian series, I tried multiple times. However, I seem to have fallen very quickly for this series. WOW. What a twisted imagination Brook has with the world building!

Do you ever go through a span of books where every book is wonderful, the best you've read and you can't believe your luck? I'm like that right now, I don't want this super book trend to end!

Tried to shop while listening to audiobook but I came to a really sad part, and once again since I'm such a crying fool, I was in the middle of Target w/ tears running down my face.....
