Isabelle is on page 8 of 512 of The Lost Future of Pepperharrow (The Watchmaker of Filigree Street, #2)
I'm still in the prologue, so this is in no way a spoiler, but God damn Mori losing future knowledge gets me every time. I SHOULD NOT BE SOBBING AT A PROLOGUE.

Only a little way in, but the footnote translations of terms that might be unfamiliar to non-London/non-Brit readers is absolutely hilarious to me.

I read the first 5 pages of this when it came out and got sad, my main thought being "If Nightingale is not in this I will revolt." Then I actual started to read and feel ashamed that I did not have more faith. Shame.

I was planning on finishing this over the two weeks of tome topple, but I'm so busy at the moment. I've been reading this in 5 minute snatches and literally over the course of almost two weeks, I've only read a small sliver of it. I'm loving what I've read already, but damn I need some time to just sit and read this.

Isabelle is 30% done with Felix Ever After
I'm am enjoying this, but getting to the uncomfortable point where I'm not happy with what Felix is doing to another character. However! I shall be persevering, because other people who felt the same were also happy when they pushed through, do I shall do that.

It's been an undercurrent as I've been reading the stories, but especially this last short story I've read Jeeves as very much queer coded. Obviously based on the publishing date, it could not be overt, but I have to admit I prefer reading it as such. Just a bit of musing.

Found the first couple a bit samey in set up and tome, but enjoying the last few stories a lot more.
