Good times. I’m taking too long to read this, though. I can’t seem to stop myself scouring through every line for clues.

1) I love Imogen (and she was right for calling Violet a bitch 🫢)
2) there are two maps in this kindle edition, and both of them face SOUTH instead of NORTH. It’s pissing me off.

Idk if it’s because I’m reading this in the middle of summer or it’s just my personality, but I am NOT enjoying rereading this.

There’s so many times I want to scream, “Show, don’t tell!!!” But I’m enjoying the world and the dragons and the whimsy of it all. I wish they’d help translate the other language more often, it’s annoying flicking back to the glossary every few pages.

You know, this desperately needs to be edited (so many punctuation errors). But I LOVE THE FMC ❤️❤️❤️ she’s clever and intuitive and strong. Love love love.
