Just when I think I’m ready to let go of this series and put it aside because I have other books to read and want to read just ONE book, not a series, this book pulls me back in.

It took a bit to get into the book and get into some action, but after that, it’s been very enjoyable. The only thing I would change is that I’m not personally into the swearing. Other than that, I like the story.

One thing to note. I think the story is a bit slow because the author knew this was going to be a series-a long one, in fact. Six books, if I’m correct.

I can honestly say I’m enjoying it so far. I like the idea of a character who’s charismaticly clever and not entirely powerful.

I’m liking the book better this time around. I don’t really remember it, but I’m enjoying it.

Second read through the book, and I’m enjoying it this time, as well. The characters aren’t well developed, but my mind is racing as a budding DnD player and game master.

Just starting Book 2 of this book. I read it many years ago, but haven’t read it since.

This is a fascinating book! I’m really enjoying it. I like the creative mix of action thrown in with the Biblical accounts.

I find it interesting how the author works in scripture and fiction. I’m enjoying this book a lot more than I thought I would.
