..... verdict is still out on this. I do love the world Young has created but this whole no quotation marks around dialogue is getting to me :/

When I read Blood Red Road I remember being annoyed in the beginning but quickly getting passed that.... I hope that happens again here.

Although it is taking me a long time to read it, that is entirely because I have no mental focus right now and has no bearing on this novel whatsoever.

Good call, heatherdoll.... so far this is pretty top shelf... and I do get the comparison to that book that only I seem to love.....

I was worried when I read that blurb, because aspiring male model/actors are far too common in my life and I'm disillusioned about them..... but it's Blakely (creator of my love Nick Hammer), so I figured I'd give it a shot. So far I'm not really impressed with her writing.
