Read this book a long, long time ago. Remembered next to nothing. Can’t remember why, but didn’t read any more in the series. Saw it on my shelf. Read the first page for no particular reason. For no particular reason, I read the first five. Then, 100, then 275. I’ll prolly finish it. For no particular reason, I’ll prolly pick up the next one too. I may read that too.

I already suspect this is going to make me cry. Richard Powers is an incredible writer, no mistake.

On page too-early-to-reread-one-sentence-five-times, I’m rereading one sentence five times just to reread that sentence five times.

Definitely anticipating or hoping to get some kind of big reveal or revelation.

Sounds like Sanderson generally gives it near the end, so hoping for one soon.

World-building really is big and outrageous. Totally on board.
