I’m forcing myself to go into another Shadowhunting series bc I don’t want time to recover from the epilogue of Clockwork Princess. Yayyy😭. But I’m honestly excited abt it, plus the cover is stunning, which makes it even better.

It’s for summer reading and I’ve been taking notes on it bc idk if we supposed to or not, so I went ahead and am taking notes. That’s why it’s taking so long to finish this. I only have about 4-5 chapters left though, and about three weeks to finish it, so whatever. If it wasn’t for school though I would have finished it in a few days. Although I did have to reread the Lightning Thief as well for class.

I was sobbing in the car over a part with Will having to deal with losing Jem and not being able to be there next to him when it had happened. I love this trilogy so much and I don’t want it to end. Like, yes, ik there are 17-22 more books in the whole Shadowhunters Chronicles, but it still hurts to go to another series, even though it still has them in it.

I read for an hour and a half, which contained crying on and off, and laughing. I would’ve read much longer but it’s late and I’m genuinely exhausted. I loved it. Definitely an emotional roller coaster lol.
