A bit slow at the start, but weeded with lots of little bits that are helping me remember what happened last time without giving a "here's what happened last time" thing, which is nice. It's picking up now.

Finished Jekyll & Hyde. Not sure I'm fussed about the 'other stories' to be honest, tho.

'Blue Carbuncle' is one of my faves so far.

'Five Pips' was good. 'Twisted Lips' was kinda funny. Putting it aside now, tho, for other fare.

'Case of Identity' is the first one I figured out for myself. 'Boscombe Valley Mystery' was good and fairly touching, tho.

Just as addicting as the first.

Finished 'A Scandal in Bohemia', when we first meet "the woman", and the Red-Headed League, which was not one of the better stories.

The language was a bit awkward at first, but once I got into it I didn't want to put it down. It's not ground-breaking, but it's nice...

Nice opening.

Finished 'Sign of Four' last night. Like the previous, I enjoy the investigation more than the reveal of the backstory.

I've picked this back up, and started 'The Sign of Four' last night.

Oh, the drama...

I'm mostly liking it, but there are some parts I'm a bit hinky about...

I hope the Guardian guy gets stabbed in the face.

A coworker recommend this book, mostly because she thought I'd like the Goth girl. I hope she becomes more prevalent...

Finished 'Study of Scarlett'. Weird how shifted focus there in the middle. Loved meeting Holmes, tho. 3.5
