When this ever comes up in books & movies, tv shows, I can never understand why they get angry at the person who gets rid of the bad cop/s… I mean if you’re a good cop, surely you’d want anyone abusing their job, the power etc, to not stay working there? They’re doing the opposite of what you want to achieve, ruining everyone’s reputation & allowing crime to not just go unchecked, but good people can be harmed because of it & good people pay the price & killers go free to take more innocent lives. So with all of that ^^ surely you’d not just welcome a cop who got rid of bad cops, but welcome them with open arms?…
