I don't have much of a routine these days (I just write whenever I can squeeze it in my schedule, honestly), but back when I was writing BEASTS, I usually set aside a few hours in the evening to write. I don't like writing in the morning because I'd rather be out and about, but evenings are perfect because I can relax and get cozy on the couch before opening up my lap top. If I get stuck and need inspiration, I go for a walk (which is probably why so many of my stories are set in the woods).(less)
