"I loved this Note to Self "Anger doesn't make you ungrateful for surviving. Sometimes it's just proof that you understand exactly what survival costs you."
This chapter definitely highlights the things that those around you will not understand. Anger was constantly coming for me during grief and I came out of it with the same sentiment. Izzy is the only one I've experienced this with because nobody talks about it."
