I just finished Val McDermid's The Skeleton Road - brilliant! Thoroughly enjoyed it. I worked out the killer about mid way through but it didn't take away my enjoyment of the story and the why, how, etc... My review will follow closer to publication.
Finished The Cinderella Murder by Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke from Netgalley last week but have just posted the review. It was an excellent start to a new series!review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I own it, but haven't read it either....let us know Peter what you think when you're finished won't you:)

I'm reading Pet Sematary by Stephen King which is strictly speaking horror, but is pretty suspense full as well! It's a real page turner.

Yes my library copy is yellowing and decidedly battered. Obviously an old book:)

He has written lots. Do you like the Lincoln Rhymes series as well?

Yes I do Phrynne - I have probably read an even amount of both, plus I have a couple on my TBR as well...
Good! I will read the Kathryn Dance ones first and then start at the beginning of the Lincoln Rhymes ones. Another new author!!!
I've read Kathryn in order but all over the place with Lincoln!! He's definitely a great author:)
Just investigating further - I've read all of the Kathryn Dance ones (3) and there's a 4th due out in May 2015!
I've finished reading the Lisa Unger thriller Crazy Love You from Netgalley (pub Feb 2015). I thought it was an excellent psychological thriller.
I've just read A Bush Christmas, a short novella by Margareta Osborn, which given it was both a romance and a Christmas story, was very unusual for me. However, it was easy reading, very Aussie, and a refreshing change. Most enjoyable.
