*NEW* Buddy Reads Introduction

Anyone interested in a buddy read of one of these books? Not this month but a little later."
"Madame Bovary" for sure! I bought it last year and never got around to it. Maybe end of October or November?

October:
Johanna/Kara/SilverRaindrops: To Kill a Mockingbird
Kara/Lauren/Ana/Jan: Outlander
November:
Johanna/Kelsi: Madame Bovary
I may join in Outlander & Madame Bovary! Will have to see how my reading list pans out, but I have both of these books. :)

Excellent, Christina! Anyone else want in?? ;)

bahahaha. You will love it.
..probably. :)
I have been trying to read The Book Thief forever, and was really hoping to have it read by end of year. Anyone care to read it w/ me?

bahahaha. You will love it.

April Lyn, that book is amazing! Since I read it so recently though, I won't be able to join a buddy read. :(

Aly, Seraphina looks awesome, and I noticed that a bunch of other members have it on their shelves. Let's read that one!

Henrietta Lacks and Seraphina.
Let me know if anyone has any other buddy reads. I will be making the threads next week. :)

You forgot about my Life of Pi buddy read! With Christina and Lilac

Catch 22 is on my list too. I've had that book for 5 years come this Christmas :S

whoa you should start reading it as soon as possible . you won't end up reading it that way xP. I'm pretty excited for it :) , we can partner up and read it for the TBR twins whenever if you want :D

I had no idea it was funny. Now I'm more excited!

We aren't twins. The BR thread will be perfect. Thank you :)

I just saw that! Thanks so much :)

@ Melissa and Toni: Seraphia is our group buddy read so feel free to discuss as you read. :)

i am thinking about something optimistic, happy ending maybe a little christmasy but i can't put my finger on it what do you say?

I think I am going to suggest A Game of Thrones. This is one of the many big books in the Goodreads 100 Challenge we have. This book is a little out of my comfort zone, so who wants to tackle this one with me, haha.
