Reality TV or scripted TV? (lol, putting aside the fact thy reality TV is often scripted.)

If you knew you were going to be stranded on a desrted island, with plenty of natural food and water, even shelter, and you found out how to arrange another singular person getting stranded with you, who would it be and why choose them?

What is your favourite food?

If you had a nightmare come true would you:
A. run screaming in fear
B. confront your fear
C. pinch yourself to "wake up"
Simpsons. I don't really like the other two much and I don't love the Simpsons like some but I prefer it.
Is Sherlock Holmes or Batman the greatest detective?

Gory horror or psychological horror?
:O But he's the Batman...okay sure he beats villains up but hey...
Psychological horror (Stephen Moffatt style when it comes to tv - he's a Doctor Who writer by the way...)
Do you hoard anything?

Do you hoard anything?

I hoard many things including books, magazines and MOVIE POSTERS. My walls literally have NO MORE ROOM. I have looked into putting them on the roof but then they'd fall on me when I sleep :-(
What can you not tolerate in a person?
Yes I do and no I'm not crazy. Unless a whole heap of people I know are too.
If you had to choose a milkshake would it be: lime, banana, chocolate, blueberry, strawberry or mango?

Aha! Would you mind sharing an experience? And in answer to your question: chocolate. Which is worse: snakes or spiders?

My dad had an encounter but it's a little bit of a long story. Basically it involved this guy being able to tell things about other people. Dad prayed, the guy wasn't able to do it anymore and went into this mode where he ranted about his god coming into his body and prepared to beat Dad up. But he calmed down. It turns out before that he had never got anything wrong about other people he didn't know.
Well personally spiders since I can avoid snakes easier. Plus I like non-venomous snakes.
Have you ever liked something other people would criticise you for?

What are you studying at uni?

What, in your opinion, is the stupidest show on television?

Are you interested in Marine biology?

What is your favourite season and why?

Would you like to visit the North pole?

Who was the last person you texted and what did it say? (You can paraphrase ;-)

I try to not drink coffee so I don't get addicted to it, so I've only ever had it once or twice. A few of my friends have two or three cups at lunch alone which I really don't want to get into the habit of.
How long was your longest relationship?

Being in a relationship isnt important. I've been unhappy in one for a Long time and I was too young then and...ugh.
Plane. Faster and more efficient, plus after that Italian cruise ship sinking I think I'll be taking a pass (well, crashing, whatever. No thanks.)
What is your favourite movie?

Who is this someone?
Haha, finding jobs is so tough--well, for me it was because I am lazy. I ended up just volunteering for a library which doesn't even make me
Money >_<
Do I follow sports?! Hell yes! I can barely put two feet in front of me (unless it's hockey or skiing) and yet I am a mad EVERYTHING fan.
Afl- Richmond. I go to every single game that's in melbourne. Yes, that makes me a bogan. No, I don't care
Cricket- Australia, obviously
Soccer- Melbourne Victory
Hockey- All the hockeyroo games
Rugby- I don't really have a team that I follow (in...I always get confused between union and league.) When it's countries, I go for Australia, when it's not I go for whoever my fam is going for
Olympics- I am obsessed. Literally obsessed. I dislocated my knee two years ago and was at home for the weeks of the winter Olympics. I have never been more obsessed with anything in my life
NFL- In the pro league I generally go for whichever team has the cooler name but in the college league I am into Duke...and this other university that I forget the name of but I think is near Boston
Basketball- The Melbourne Tigers
Hm. I think that's it. I watch a lot of sport. Let's just put it that way.
What are you proudest of achieving in your life?

That's a great thing to be proud of--I hope I'm proud of my results in year 12 :-P
Hmmm...not really. I try not to dwell on the past so much, and I don't hold grudges at all, so I don't usually think through events or memories unless they are huge.
Is uni what you expected it to be like?
What was his name? That's an extra question by the way. It's just that as I follow all the teams and know heaps of players I may recognise him as on the up and coming list.
Thank you.
Uni is different in a good way. I didn't really have expectations. Thought it might be like school but relaxed and so far it's that but it's different and it's a little bit more. It's also hard to find your way around the massive area at first. But I now have a handle on things.
Do you enjoy school on the whole?
Thank you.

That's good that you're liking it :-) Heres an extra question: Is ithe social scene in college easier to fit into then high school?
I love all my subjects, love all my classes and I love learning but I don't love the people. I'm extremely sick of the school social scene.
What subjects did you dread in high school?
Oh yeah he did play well. Got him in my dreamteam haha.
Well it seems to be comparable. I guess in many ways it's a bit easier because you're all in the same boat/studying similar interests.
I dreaded maths from the point of view of I wasn't good at it. I loved the teacher hated the work. I also dreaded P.E on occasions because while the teacher again was a cool guy some of the stuff he forced us to do.... I play sport and stuff but he was trying to turn us all into afl players on occasion...
If you see an argument going on are you likely to jump in and argue for a side, walk away or try and end the argument completely?

Hm. It really all depends. If you mean by "end the argument", you mean literally pulling the people apart then I probably wouldn't be able to do that. I also wouldn't argue for either side, I'm not a very nosy person. I'd probably walk away unless it gets really violent then I'd do something/ call for help. It's all in the context I guess.
Are you religious?
Yeah I mean I play cricket and mess around with kicking a footy and other sports. I'd play basketball also but still deciding whether to do it competitive or not. There's just too much pressure on people sometimes to be something they're not when it comes to sport. I don't mind running if I can get enjoyment out of it too but running kilometres for seemingly no purpose?
Um if you mean religious as in go to church and believe in the teaching of the Bible then yes I am. If you mean it as in religious duties get you spiritual points then no I'm not. I define religion as trying to be good enough to earn favour to get to heaven. So yeah when that word's used I tend to go: well yes I am a Christian so in many eyes that's religious but I don't class it as religion. I take it more as a way of life and a belief that I can do nothing to get to heaven but that it was done for me.
Anyway do you have siblings?

Okay I have two questions to ask but one is a little self serving (try and guess which one)
How often do you go to church? Were you born as a Christian or did you convert later in life? (Religion has always interested me because I was born into a non-religious family and so have not had much exposure to it.)
2- You seem like a smart guy :-D Do you know much about The causes of WW1? If so--do you know much about Germany's part in it and do you think Germany was responsible?
(Oh, you know, just a casual question there. Haha--okay, I'm writing a huge essay for my VCE subject and I've finished but I'm unsure of the way I wrote it and am asking everyone I know who is reliable knowledge wise about this)
(Btw, the essay took me 8 freaking hours in total so I'm pretty relieved to be done right now.)
I go every Sunday and get involved in Bible studies during the week. I don't think you could say anyone's really born into it. I was born into a situation where I was brought up in it but I had to choose for myself whether to treat it as myth or truth. So basically I chose to accept that there is a God and a spiritual world because of the evidence I saw. People ask me what evidence and I say: the same evidence everyone else has interpreted in a different way. They see evolution I see creation. But anyway...
As to the second question do I ever. I spent three years studying World War 1 in great detail.
From what I understand the war was caused by a myriad of forces. But what you have to really look at are the tensions before the war began. I forget what they were in specific but they are hugely important. Things like alliances between nations, the fact that Britain was perceived as having too many colonies, ideologies like capitalism, various countries engaging in arms races and increasing the size of armies and fleets for instance. These all helped create a kind of political pressure cooker of underlying tension.
Then you have the assassination of Franz Ferdinand which led to Austria-Hungaries Allies stepping in against Serbia. Then Serbia's allies joined in and bit by bit alliances were triggered. That's of course a summarised version.
Germany is an interesting case because they did not start the war. They didn't jump in straight away. But they did have one of the larger armies and were more powerful and so stood against the alliance. In the end when America decided to step in a claim all the glory (my version of events at least) they were pretty much the only 'enemy' of the Alliance left. So as a result they were forced to abide by a set of rules and pay a certain amount of money to the other nations. They were a ridiculous set of restrictions which demoralised Germany, humiliated her and excluded the fact that other nations had earlier fought with Germany and were equally responsible. In fact those restrictions were partially to blame for later triggering World War 2. So my view is that Germany is shown as the villain of World War 1 but really every army that joined the fight was equally responsible.
What year level of history are you taking?

I'm taking VCE history ATM.
What was the last movie you saw?

That's what I love about Lord of the Rings it's a massive fantasy against war. As someone who's just finished VCE year 12 if you make sure to study to the best of your ability doesn't need to be too stressful. I didn't find it that way at least. I mainly was annoyed with the amount of research/reading I had to do.
The last movie I saw was The Three musketeers on dvd last night. At the cinema it was Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.
What is your favourite free time activity?

I saw Sherlock with my friend who can't go to the movies without googling what happens so through the whole thing she would tell me (and the whole cinema) exactly what was going to happen a minute before it did. It was funny. I have seen pretty much every movie that has been in the cinema since last January. I've gotten into reading all the film magazines even. Its a new obsession :-P
Writing. Definitley.
The UK Office or the US Office--or have you never watched either?
Oh it matters all right. I actually care about where I'm going in life so I made sure I did the work. Sadly some people think the only thing in year twelve that matters is the Exams. But if they're tossing up between candidates for a uni course and one has a slightly better track record academically they'll get in. On the topic of uni you may want to consider doing a bachelor of arts with some component of that being creative and professional writing.
I'm going to check out John Carter (it'll probably be just flashy action but you never know) and Hunger Games because I have free tickets to use up. I'm waiting for Avengers heaps too. And The Hobbit...
I haven't watched the Office at all...
Video games or board games? Or just not a games kinda person...?

I am so freaking pumped for The Hunger Games I am going to it the day it comes out. Oh and The Avengers. Like i said, I'm a Marvel fan so The Avengers is like my heaven.
My favourite miniseries hmmm I don't really watch many to be honest. My favourite TV show in that style is Game of Thrones but it's not a miniseries.
What is your favourite fruit?
Well the usual off the wall comments generally get me like people suddenly coming out with something random like: I love you or stuff of that sort. Usually I deliver the off the wall comments.
Have you ever run a blog?

Do you like to dance?
I like the blog. Very nicely ordered.
I'm a fan of watching people dance but I don't like to because I'm not good at all. Don't mind doing crazy dances to get attention from my siblings from time to time though. I stick to the idea of those who can dance well dance and I'll watch them.
How old is the oldest book you own?
