Um, I don't mean to sound rude or anything... but there really isn't anything wrong or bad with Kyle. Yes, he was rude and should have kept the comment to himself. But there's always an explanation for someone's actions. I know Kyle fairly well and he isn't one to go saying something like that for no reason. He has a reason. I'm not going to say what the reason is because that is for him to tell if he wishes to, but I back him up completely.

Theres no point in making a judgement or decision without knowing the full story first.
