That's what the last human looks like, according to Doctor Who.

Sorry I wasn't on guys... I sort of got a brace and I have to get used to it, us I have a segment exam today, so yeah.

You SHOULD watch the newer ones. They're fantastic and quite often hilarious too. You can get all of the episodes from the 9th Doctor onwards online, I could give you a link if you want.
The Tenth Doctor is the best. :D
He is forever & always my Doctor. Some people like Eleven better, or Nine better, but nope, not me. TEN. :)

Pity. It's also on Netflix, if you ever want to watch it. They have all the current seasons, I think. It's an awesome tv show. My fav by far.

Yep, all the seasons, just not the two most recent Christmas specials.

However ultimately its mostly based off of natural instincts.
What does this say about people only attracted by appearance and appearance alone? Guess they're really in touch with their animal-side huh.
Apparently scent plays a strong part in it also.
But natural scent.
Not perfume. (Not BO either.)

I agree!

Hmmm..... I think England is actually bad about it, because it's unshakable to be obese or whatever. Like, nealy e Euronext is slow.

OOOOORRRRR!
If there are more "fat" people, then fat will become the new pretty and the skinny people will be broken in half by a hug. I mean, if the right person hugs me, I could easily be snapped like a twig. :P

Your stomach has shrunk too much and it takes time to make it big again.
O.O Jeeze, people. Just because people are skinny doesn't mean they starve themselves. *is offended* Not all skinny people are stupid enough to starve themselves.... Some people just are skinny naturally.
Actually, my mom made an interesting point the other day. She was saying that fat used to be a sign of wealth. If you had wealth you'd have enough food to be able to gain so much weight. But now it's the other way around. You're more likely to gain weight if you're poor because the food nowadays is total crap with little nutritional value and too much sugar and fat. If you have the money, you'd be more likely to get the things of higher quality and nutrition content.
I found that kinda interesting. It makes complete sense at a basic level. Of course, at the same time, everyone has different bodies and some tend to be on the heavier side anyway.
To me, it also comes across as this: Economy has a lot to do with what is considered a fashionable weight. And the economy is in the dumps now. Which makes me wonder, if the economy was doing decent... where would the attractive sought-after weight be?
I mean, I already see hope for the dismal view of fat=unattractive. I'm honestly seeing it stray away from stick thin being what is called "attractive". People are being more open and comfortable about weight. Individuality is being played up. If anything, people who are too thin are as discriminated, if not more discriminated, as those who are overweight. Even in the media things are shifting. People want to see people like them, not those seen as what could be taken as perfect by others. They want some achievable and realistic view of beauty....
Am I making any sense? I feel like I'm rambling on and on with no real point....

Ironically, the food that has less done to it costs more, how that works is beyond me. Surely non-processed foods should be more affordable given less is spent preparing it, and preparation cost and manpower cost all goes in to the final price. I guess if something is mass produced it justifies a lower price, whereas if it's more exclusive then you tend to expect exorbitant prices. Also, as you mention, keeping fit has become something of an expense, gym memberships aren't cheap, and there are loads of add ons there as well, and if you want to take up a sport you need to pay for all the paraphernalia and accoutrements that come with it. Fat is cheap and thin is posh:p

There is no size/definition of attractive.
It's people's own prefrences of what they like
