There are ghosts, so you could use it for that. The HooDoos are very similar to witches, so it would fit there as well.

Wonderful book! Loved it and the sequel. Impatiently waiting for the next in the series.....

And
2. If you started a book but put it down for some reason, if you start it all over can you use again?

I have the Druid's Daughter for humans with paranormal abilities but I'm not sure if it should go there. Does anyone have a suggestion? I don't know much about Druid's but it reads from the back like she might have abilities or be a witch, so was hoping someone could help me.

If you didn't finish the book it should count so why not.
Druid's Daughter can fit #9 category. A lot of books fit multiple categories you just have to decide where to put it.
