Having a hard time finding a book for those. I was thinking about Silver Shark by Ilona Andrews: Heroine from assassin to 'cat burglar' on the cybernet while working as a secretary in an information security firm. (view spoiler)[Well, she did not steal anything, more like modified information to evade legal problems...and kick the cyber ass of competitors. (hide spoiler)]

Would it fit? I know it is far stretched.

Valerie, if the hero/male love interest runs a company that is white collar. It includes any profession that requires education and involves office work. You could probably even use a guy who goes undercover working in an office or even a science lab.

Blue collar could be anything from a construction worker, plumber, bouncer, bartender, or any guy who has a physical type job.
