I liked how the season ended. I was pleased that Emma helped Regina, I think there's hope to be a real family or at least real friends.

So I haven't read any of the stuff about the spin off. Is it going to be in the young Bellfare time line?
Interesting take on Peter Pan lore, that everyone fears him. In stories and movies we were always supposed to be charmed by him and forget that he is sort if keeping these boys against their will (at some point they all do want to go home). I am curious to see I Pan will be scary or irresistibly charming to the audience.

Timothy, I read about Agent Coulson when SHIELD was first announced. I don't know how they'll fix that but does it really matter, people come back from the dead more in comicbooks than they do on soap-operas, lol

As for SHIELD, in the trailer they say that agent Coulson is dead and then he walks out, so I assume they're playing it that the death was faked. That was a theory from the beginning. That Nick Fury had Coulson pretend to be dead to push the Avengers to become a team. It doesn't screw up the timeline, it just makes Fury a manipulative jerk, but he already was one so, oh well.

Jackie - duh! Wonderland. Neverland. Two totally different fairy tales. Sorry my brain is just not working well anymore.

After re-viewing the trailer, I see that it's just a set up because the guy who said what the initials too for said 'level six' about the L, then Coulson says "Welcome to Level Seven". I guess he got upgraded, lol I edited my comment in msg 567.
Roxy, in the Wonderland trailer, it says Alice and the jinni went to different worlds, and it showed a ship that looked like Hook's. Don't know if it's his, but I would imagine some crossover, maybe not dovetailing into Once, but crossing over to those worlds, like Neverland.
Good point, Timothy. If Wonderland is like Once, we can see things from many different times.

I'm not sure. I got the impression from the trailer that they were going to do some back and forth timelines just like Once does. Also they implied they were going to use a different queen, so I wonder if they will make it that Cora killed that queen later? or this one came after Cora? Or she's a younger version of Cora. They'll find a way to work around it.

“Some people got on a ship, some stayed behind,” Horowitz notes. “And what happened to those who stayed behind is just as important as what’s happening to those on the ship.”
Storybrooke, however, is left populated by only one series regular — Emilie de Ravin, who plays Belle — now that Meghan Ory, who was promoted for a Season 2 arc that wound up truncated, has her own series, CBS’ Intelligence (where she “handles” human computer Josh Holloway). But given that her new show shoots in Vancouver, like Once, and won’t debut until midseason, “Ruby will probably be back at some point,” Ory tells us. “She never died, so she’ll be somewhere.”
Had Ruby been able to stick around, it appears she may have found a “spark” with Victor Frankenstein aka Storybrooke’s Dr. Whale. “I know they were talking about exploring a relationship between us,” David Anders shared at the Upfront event for USA Network, where he now recurs on Necessary Roughness, “but Meghan just got her own show! So there’s that. But I’m so, so proud of her.”
As for his own status with Once, Anders says, “I know I’ll be back, but I can’t speak to in what capacity.”
All of which brings us back to Belle, who undoubtedly will have the Dwarfs, Archie, The Blue Fairy et al helping her watch out for other visitors from the mysterious “Home Office.” “What’s going to happen to her? Who’s left with her? Who might she meet in Storybrooke?” Horowitz poses. “Those are all things that we intend to explore.”

In the closing moments of the Season 2 finale, Prince Charming, Snow White, Emma, Rumplestiltskin , Regina and Captain Hook set sail for Neverland to chase after Greg and Tamara, who had kidnapped Henry. Foes-turned-friends will have to team up to track down the one they love — which should be interesting since they've spent decades trying to destroy each other.
"What's exciting to us is what happens when you take characters who have been at each other's throats from the beginning and give them a common goal and throw them together on a little pirate ship," executive producer Adam Horowitz tells TVGuide.com.
This journey to rescue Henry will force each member of the ragtag group to channel what executive producer Edward Kitsis calls their "core character." "Snow needs to be Bandit Snow, the Snow we saw who wielded the sword in the beginning," he says. "Emma is going to need to be the savior. Rumplestiltskin is going to have to be the dark one. Prince Charming needs to be Prince Charming right now."
What that means for Regina — the former Evil Queen who succeeded in her attempt to get redemption when she planned to sacrifice herself to save Storybrooke in last season's finale — and her quest to be good remains to be seen. Just because Kitsis didn't mention her, doesn't mean she won't need to channel her dastardly evil side on their mission to retrieve Henry. "One of my favorite things is when Regina says, 'Everyone thinks I'm the Evil Queen. Let me die as Regina,'" Kitsis says of the season finale. "This is before they took her son, so right now, on that ship, she'll do whatever it takes to get her son back. If that means Regina is required, she'll be Regina, but if that means the Evil Queen is required, watch out."
"I don't think Regina thinks of it in terms of good and evil the way the other characters look at her and paint her with those strokes," Horowitz adds. "Regina thinks about it in terms of what she wants, what her pain is, what she needs and how she's going to get it. How everyone else interprets it is on them."
While Regina continues her struggle with what magic does to her — the producers love to liken it to how alcohol affects an addict — Emma will be exploring her new expertise. As evidenced in the finale, Emma has more power than she could imagine after helping Regina stop the trigger from destroying Storybrooke. But her knack for magic is something she hasn't had time to explore since she first used it back in Season 2. "In Season 3, you're going to see Emma questioning why she has magic, what does it mean to be the savior and what about her happy ending? Or is her job just to make sure everyone else has one?" Kitsis says.
Although the producers previously dealt with only "Neverland-adjacent" stories, Once will actually venture to Neverland in Season 3, following Captain Hook's ship, the Jolly Roger, being swallowed by the portal. "It's a world we've glimpsed and now it's a world we'll explore," Horowitz teases.
Waiting there is Peter Pan, who has been searching for Henry for centuries — certainly longer than Emma's son has even been alive, which makes it all the more curious how Pan's Lost Boys already had a perfect drawing of Henry handy. Don't worry, the why behind Pan's fascination will be explained post-haste. "That is a huge part of what Season 3 is meant to be about," Horowitz says. "That's something that we don't intend to hold on to for the entire season. We want to reveal it and make it a big part of what the show's about." For the record, Horowitz notes that Greg and Tamara were "unwittingly working for Peter Pan," so we're looking forward to the magic haters discovering who their real boss is.
With Once introducing Neverland, stranding the still-living Neal in fairy tale land and leaving a group of characters back in Storybrooke, the third season could quickly get convoluted. But the producers say the division of the upcoming season — the first 11 episodes will air uninterrupted in the fall, with a break until spring — will help alleviate that problem. "The first 11 episodes are its own season, so we get to be a little more focused and a little more in depth and we're probably less hopping around," Kitsis says. He adds that they're not hesitant about continuing to show multiple worlds next season. "Even in the beginning, it said the curse will cross all lands. It's about doing it in a way that doesn't overwhelm our core characters and it doesn't overwhelm the viewer in a way where they have to follow a flow chart. We're not going to make the show so complex that there are five different timelines."
"Even if we are in different worlds, hopefully the story and the characters will carry you through," adds Horowitz: "It's about the characters, not the world. So if you're with the characters, where they are is secondary to what they're going through."

Esposito will appear in one of Season 3′s first episodes, though mum’s the word on which of his alter egos he will be playing — Storybrooke newspaper man Sidney Glass, the Evil Queen’s royally smitten Magic Mirror, or even the Genie of Agrabah.
Esposito recurred during Once‘s freshman season, upon completing his heralded run on Breaking Bad. When last seen, Sidney had been imprisoned by Regina, having botched the framing of Snow White for Kathryn’s “murder.

Ausiello: I’ll answer that question by describing to you the new character of Violet and letting you draw your own conclusions. How about that? Vi is a mischievous twentysomething whose penchant for troublemaking belies the heart of a true survivor. (Interesting side note, especially for Hook if she is Tinkerbell: She never lets a slight go unpunished!)

Speaking with HollywoodLife.com, the knight’s portrayer Sinqua Walls, says, “I don’t know exactly how the character’s going to evolve, but we’ll see more parallels, and [get more] answers. And is he really dead, or not?”
After all, when Lancelot was introduced in Season 2 — as an ally of displaced Snow White and Emma in The Fairytale Land That Is — it was ultimately revealed that he was merely Cora in disguise. The evil queen mum then boasted that she had killed the knight before co-opting his form.
But was Cora merely stretching the truth?
This much we know: Coming out of the Season 2 finale, Aurora, Mulan and Prince Phillip have discovered a wounded Neal/Baelfire on the shores of Fairytale Land present. And as confirmed in TVLine’s Inside Line column, it will be explained how the princesses managed to resurrect wraith victim Phillip.
Perhaps an alive-and-well Lancelot will serve a role on getting Neal back on his feet and back to Storybrooke?

The red-coiffed mermaid made her much-anticipated Once Upon a Time debut during the ABC drama’s Comic-Con panel on Saturday — but that wasn’t the only splash made during the session.
Here’s everything you need to know about Peter Pan, Neverland, Tinker Bell and more ahead in Once Upon a Time Season 3.
PART OF YOUR WORLD | Series cocreators Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz closed out the Once panel with an exclusive sneak peek featuring none other than The Little Mermaid herself, Ariel. Who will be portraying the water-dweller in question has yet to be revealed, but the clip showcased a mysterious being sneaking up on a dwarf, stealing the fork (!!) out of his lunchbox and vanishing into the ocean. Then, with the flick of a glistening fin, the redhead revealed herself and swam away.
OFF TO NEVERLAND | As Once fans know well, the fantastical series is on its way to Peter Pan’s hometown in Season 3. “We will be seeing a lot of Neverland and [some of its] different areas.” Kitsis teased of the journey. “Some, of course, will be those you remember from the book… It’s a place where imagination comes from, and anything can happen.”
GREEN WITH EVIL? | “Peter Pan has a complicated motivation,” Horowitz revealed. “It’s a little different than you’ve seen before.” Added Kitsis: “He might be frightening. To some people.”
SOME PIXIE DUST | Peter Pan’s trusty fairy sidekick will be making an appearance as well. “It’s taking the [Tinkerbell] icon and putting our spin on it,” Horowitz shared. “How we introduce her and who she is [will] hopefully be surprising. We’re going to find that she has a surprising connection to someone at this table” – and it’s not the obvious, Captain Hook.
KILLER QUEEN | “My favorite kill is coming up in Season 3,” Lana Parrilla teased with an Evil Queen-esque laugh. “It really is.”
THE BELLE OF STORYBROOKE | There’s “a lot in store for Belle” back in Storybrooke this season. Said Kitsis, “What’s happening back in Storybrooke and what’s happening in Neverland [will end up] connecting in a surprising way.” As for Belle and Rumpelstiltskin’s future, the EP mused: “The question I’m wondering is: Will these two ever be reunited? Will they find their happy ending?”

COMING UP NEXT | Being a realm where you never grow up, "We feel like Neverland makes people confront their pasts," says cocreator Eddy Kitsis. "Plus, it's like a jungle, so it's magical yet at the same time dark and sexy." Just be wary of he who lords over the place. As cocreator Adam Horowitz notes, "If The Dark One is afraid of someone, you should probably listen to him!" Our intrepid travelers will have to deal with one another as well. "They all have this baggage and history that we've built up over two seasons, and you see it all come out," Kitsis says. (Meanwhile on the romantic front, "The feelings between some of these characters will be hard to deny.") Back in Storybrooke, Belle's role in the larger arc "becomes clear early on and is something we're really excited to reveal," says Horowitz, while Neal "has a big problem," injured and stranded as he is in Fairytale Land. Asks Kitsis: "How is he going to get back?"
TVLINE BONUS SPOILER | NBC's Revolution lent Giancarlo Esposito (aka The Magic Mirror) back to Once, but to what end? Says Horowitz, "If the Evil Queen is going to find out that a sleeping curse [on Snow White] was broken, who better to deliver the news?"
RETURN DATE | Sunday, Sept. 29 at 8/7c (ABC)

I loved it we got mulan back and robin hood yes

2. the queen was sopposed to end up with robin hood wow
now balefire is on the island and next week will focous on the dark which is all ways good and it looks like they are doing lord of the flies :)

Regina and Robin. lol
What's gonna happen to Charming? No pixie dust, no cure. I guess Rumple will save him. Wish we saw more of him this ep. I'm glad Bae is in Neverland.

Have you ever read Lawhead's Hood series? It was excellent. I still have Parke Godwin's Sherwood series to read, and Robin McKinley's Outlaws of Sherwood. I should probably read one of them soon.

Peter as the Pied Piper was very cool.
Arhhh, Emma and Neil will be apart for as long as they can drag it out, lol
This whole undoing thing, I don't think it means Rumple will die, I think it means he'll be unmade, no longer the Dark One.
