There really should be some law against torturing us! Oh, now am definitely scared to read it. I really miss Daemon, though.

Bridget | 1517 comments You girls have convinced me. If you say that Apollyon won't leave me pulling my hair out waiting for Sentinel, then I guess I need to get with it. Plus I'm dying to see a fun, flirty Aiden. I've always been team Aiden, but sometimes I wanted to shake him for how he acted!

Same here. But I see his reasoning why he acted like that. He always loved Alex it was just the whole "halfs and pures don't mix" crap that screwed him up. I believe he redeemed himself. And now he's SO MUCH BETTER!!! I can't wait to see him in Sentinel. He's gonna rock all our worlds. Aiden all the way! Yes, read Apollyon :)

I know what you mean! I wanted to shake him too but in Apollyon there is no need. He is open, fun and he even cusses, I know shocking!! and the scenes between Alex and Aiden are absolutely hot! I really loved this book.

Ekaterine (thegoddess) | 478 comments I don't know if you girls have read this, but it's really good insight into the closed off Aiden's head. It's the Zoo scene from Aiden's POV.

Ah now I finally have the background. I read somewhere it will be pulled of Amazon but didn't know it was the authors decision to do so. There are always going to be people hating a book or let's just say very loudly disagreeing with it. I still think it's important to stay somewhat objective in the rating and then just make clear why it wasn't for me. I've had that issue with "Reaper's Property". Objectively, a good book. I personally wanted to rip my hair out.

This is kind of where I'm at too... I'm pretty impatient, especially when the books are really good... so I've been refraining from beginning the series until all books are released, but at the same time, I wanna know what all the fuss is about. It's a lose-lose situation right now =/

Yeah, I just heard about the issue with Michelle's book, and it's so weird because two of my gals who I respect and believe wholeheartedly when they rave about a book LOVED this...like, 5 stars and rave reviews! So I grabbed it up, but I'm pissed that all of that drama is around her work b/c I love pretty much everything she puts out!

I just read Hopeless like last month and Oh My God!!! It was probably the best book I have ever read. Seriously! You need to bump it up and read it now. I promise you won't regret it. I was in a daze for weeks after trying to wrap my brain around it. It took me a while before I could read anything else. I just kept replaying it over and over in my mind.
