Okay so finished reading
and have to say that I almost didn't finish this one. That first half had me so angry. And I so did not care for the main female character Nell. The story had really great things about it. The writing was beautiful in parts. So very intense in others. But overall it had so many things that I was not sold on. This was a 3 star read for me. Glad I held on and finished it because the author has great potential. But not a great one for me. Think I'm going to wrap up the Mad World duet by reading
next. All of a sudden with the discussions here it made me want to read it. I'm desperately hoping for a great read after the 2 less than great reads I've recently had. Oh yeah and also started reading
. So hopefully these next 2 will make up for the last 2 LOL!

Book 2 is my least fave. I would say 3, 1, 2. But I have mixed feelings about 2.5. If you haven't read it yet I would recommend reading it after 3.

Falling was a big dud for me; I couldn't stand either of them in the second half, he was a Neanderthal and her personality just irritated me to no end.
I can't wait for u to finish the Mad World series, it's one of those that if u just dive into the story and get lost in it, the flaws and imperfections fall to the wayside. And you know it's easy to get lost in Shane, he is one fiiiiiine specimen! LOL

Did u mean my point about the Dark Light series? If so, YES u must pick it back up! LOL. The fist wasn't bad, I just got irritated with her naivete. So worth it to get to book 2 though, and both are incredibly steamy!!!

Need to read Seduced In The Dark this month too. So many books I need and want to finish up.
Completely agree with on about Falling Into You. Just couldn't warm up to the MCs. Nell grated me more than Colton though. And some of the story just made no sense to me. Oh well. Thank goodness we have so many books waiting to be read. On that note, if you haven't read
totally worthy read in this one. I loved it.

I ended up really enjoying it Paula! It's definitely a typical smexy romance novel but it was pretty good as far as that goes!
